Very unassuming from the outside but this store was much larger and offered more than we thought. There's no end to the variety of pet foods, snacks, toys, and more and the customer service was fairly quick and helpful. Running quick checks on prices, it did seem to either compare or edge out a few other similar stores but this can depend on what you're visiting for. Parking around here has become easier as well as the construction gets closer to completion. Still wheelchair accessible nonetheless and the store is spacious and keeps the satisfaction of it's human and furry visitors highly in mind.

This store is the best place to go for all of your pets’ needs. The customer service is impeccable and the inventory in the store never disappoints.

It had what I needed

So far this store is great. I'm finding the things that I need at ease. Sometimes, however, some of the items are more expensive than another store. Wondering if they do price match or not.

Kudos to the entire team at the Hollywood store! The staff are friendly, professional, and always available to support me and my family. We place online orders for curb side pick up (which is very convenient and efficient), and we also come in store for some purchases. Both experiences are always great! I would especially like to recognize Lydia who is always attentive and extremely helpful. She puts in the extra effort and goes above and beyond to help us with special orders… we really appreciate her! So glad to have this Pet Supplies Plus store nearby. :)

This is unfortunate that I have to write this review. We had a new groomer today. They had our dog for 6 hours. I was hung up on by the later. The manager was not helpful at all in this situation. We will never go back. We've had a great experience with Brent when he is available. The lady today has horrible time management.
