I had never visited a pet doctor before. My experience was the best since the phone call to make the appointment until I left the place. More than pleased, with everyone's kindness , the doctor and his assistant are very professionals.Thank you so much for such excellent service.

My regular vet was out of town so I brought my cat in because she had recently dropped weight and didn’t have much of an appetite. The doctor took blood and the results were not good. Her white blood cell count was extremely elevated (79) to be exact. She was also anemic, had a fever and her red blood cell count low. I immediately thought of cancer and told him when I first took her in (years ago) she had a tumor and asked if this could be cancer. With no X-rays or any tests, his disregarded my suggestion. He told me to come back in 7 days and gave me a ton of medication. I did. Her white blood cell count had come down but was still way too high, her fever was higher than the week prior and she was not looking good. He said it was an ear infection and gave me medication and told me to come back in 3 weeks. I then explained that since my initial visit my other cat had come down with an upper respiratory infection and I thought she may have one as well. Again, he disregarded my suggestion. Two days after seeing him I went back to my doctor and when he saw the blood work from dr Santos he said he was extremely concerned and felt this was life threatening. He took her back and felt tumor’s on her liver and then took X-rays only to find out she had a huge mass that was pressing on her stomach (which is why she was losing weight) and her other organs. At this point she was so sick with the URI that she couldn’t make it and she had to be put down. Dr Santos misdiagnosed my cat on every possible level and had no urgency regarding her blood work or her fever. To ask me to come back in 3 weeks was completely unacceptable given her circumstances. I could never recommend this doctor to anyone with an I’ll pet.

The best clinic! They were able to acomodate my 2 large dogs in their schedule at the same time and the experience was very easy. We are happy with the great service they provide. The staff is friendly and professional.

We love Dr. Santos and his team! He has been extremely helpful with our first puppy. He answers all my questions, explains things clearly, and takes great care of the animals he treats. The staff members are very friendly and obviously care about our pets. They call the day after each appointment to see how our puppy is doing and ask if we have any follow up questions. I'm very happy with the service here.

Great staff. Best vet in the area. They gave my cat a second chance & gave him amazing care. We found this place through word of mouth(aka someone raving about them in public by the tags location.) They checked my cat throughly unlike other vets I had been to in the past. They cared for my cat better than other vet had in the past. My only wish is that we could found Santos Animal Clinic much sooner in my cat’s life. Prices are quite reasonable and the decor is lovely.

I can honestly say that after today my Pets have a new Vet. I went to another Vet with my 14 yr old dog who I know had to be put down and I was told that they were extremely busy to wait in my car. I then remember about Dr. Santos who had actually come to my House to see my other Dog when he was Mobile and called them, no sooner did I explain the the receptionist what my situation was she told me to head straight to them that they would see me right away. Today was a difficult day for me having to say Good Bye to one of my Fur babies and Dr. Santos and his staff were so compassionate and Loving, I am beyond grateful. I was able to see the sincerity in them they really do care about the Animals.

I’ve been looking for a good vet around my place and found this one today. So far, so good. People treated great my pet there, also vet went to talk to me about the possible cause of the symptoms my dog is having, they had patience with me and my dog and were very professional. Vet is very knowledgeable and kind.

I had no idea that house call vets were even a thing but it is! At first I was skeptical. I wasn’t sure if he would be good and didn’t know what this was going to be like but when he showed up and everything was smooth and perfect from start to finish. Not only does Dr. Santos come to you but he is extremely knowledgeable and THE BEST Vet that I have seen ever. I would have paid double for his services but just on top of all his knowledge and him coming to you he’s very affordable. This man is my new vet forever!

They are amazing human beings!!!! This is my first time having a puppy so I was very nervous, but they treat you like family and they make you feel safe. I love the fact that they call you the day after the appointment to check on your puppy. The doctor and staff are super professional and most important they have a passion for what they do. This will always be my #1 vet!!!!
