Not Professional enough ...My Pet was not feeling Well they didn't DO ANYTHING for HIM. What they DI really Quick is Prepare the THOUSANDS of $$$ they want to CHARGE YOU OF COURSE.. The Lady DR Was SICK .This Dr Was NOT SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING BEEN SICK LIKE THAT .. WORKING PUTTING OTHER PEOPLE IN RISK .. I NOTICED THAT EVEN MENTIONED To Make STORY SHORT I FELT SICK THE SAME EVENING Of Course We Came back Positive for COVID Thx to PANDA and the Blond hair Lady Dr .. they Should PENALIZE HER FOR KEEP WORKING PUTTING PEOPLE ON RISK the Way SHE DID .. SHAME ON YOU PANDA Clinic and Dr.. SHAME ON YOU.. ????????????????????

The absolute worst. They put you on hold for more than 30 min, then hang up on you. They barely speak English. I don’t speak a drop of Spanish. They are extremely unprofessional. I actually don’t know if the receptionists or the vet is worst. The receptionist laugh at their patients. It’s so bizzare.

Very clean and professional place however I didn't feel that the vet or staff were sympathetic. They are cut and dry.

Panda Animal Clinic and Dr. Perez KILLED MY CAT. My cat was taken to Dr. Perez for a routine procedure, but my cat ended up with KIDNEY FAILURE AND GANGRENE as a result of Dr. Perez's negligence and ignorance! My cat died a few days later, and Dr. Perez denied responsibility, though my cat was completely healthy and happy prior to entering Panda Animal Clinic. Further, Dr. Perez could not have been more resentful and rude after my cat's botched procedure, which ultimately resulted in her death. This matter will certainly be escalated. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO PANDA ANIMAL CLINIC AND DR. PEREZ! Please feel free to contact me if you are still considering, even after reading this review, taking your pet to Panda Animal Clinic. Terrible Secretary or reception when I took my dying dog. Lack of compassion and being insensitive left a bad experience for me.

This place has horrible communication skills and only care about making money off ur pet. I can’t say anything about the doctors but the staff is rude. They made my wife cry. I wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Great team at Panda they diagnosed my 12 year old Boston terroir with pyometra after taking her because of change of behavior no eating drinking more water not wanting to go out for walks. She also had a hernia, a large mass her lower stomach and a mass on her eye lid. She was also spayed during this surgery. Couldn’t be happier with the results.Super big surgery just the prep was 4 or 5 hours. Super great job they might be better them some hospitals. Thanks guys Trina Bean couldn’t be happier.

The absolute sweetest, caring, and loving veterinarian office in East Hialeah. Both vets have great respect and bedside manners for their animal friends. My Rottweiler was welcomed with open arms and he sure does feel comfy around everyone. The location is great and the office is squeaky clean. Definitely grateful to have a permanent place for my furbaby!

Well they take care of my dogs and all I can say thank God for Panda Animal Clinic

Unfortunately our experience was just short of adequate. Because we moved, we were trying to find a Vet nearby. Since Panda Animal Clinic is just 4 blocks away we figured we would give them a try. We took our 3 year old, 114 pound, Weimaraner there to check a skin rash he has been having. The Vet was in the room for about 2 minutes. She saw the skin quickly and talked about it being a surface skin rash. She Walked out of the room and 5 minutes later sent the assistant back in the room with $488 worth of recommendations; Shampoo, ear cleaner, pills and a shot. I get everyone needs to make money, but this just felt lacking in effort and care. Due to the pandemic, only I was able to enter the room with our dog, my wife stayed outside. I asked the assistant to explain the bill to my wife, who was in the lobby. He was short with her too. We asked for her to explain the bill and kind of go over the items with us, but we were told that "the doctor doesn't come out to the lobby". I can see if there were several other pets in the office, but we were the only customer there the entire time. We were actually asked to come in 30 minutes prior to our appointment as they didn't have any other person there. We paid for the office visit and walked out. Maybe others have had a different experience, but this was our experience. She might be a great vet, but not the kind of communication or care we want for our boy. Needless to say, we will be taking the 45 minute drive to our regular vet.

After 14 years using this clinic, today was my last time. When Dr. Perez was in charge of the clinic everything runs perfectly. Great service and good fees. She decided to retired in 2019, after years of hard work to create a name in the business industry. I went this past January and I felt the difference, in customer service and in prices... Today I went back with a 2:30 pm appointment; I arrived just on time, after 45 minutes waiting I ask to the front desk person and she yelp every had to wait, we are busy; I replied than after 14 years was the fist time waiting di long with a preexisting appointment. Finally a 3:30 pm ( an hour later) the dogs were weigh it and we pass to the examination room... keep waiting for a Dr that in 30 minutes never showed up. Once completed and hour and a half I left the place because I think there was not respect to Me as a 14 years customer and my time is valuable too.

I dont plan on going back to that place. Through phone they give you a price then at the moment they're attending you they give you a different price. Ive been waiting 2 hours for them to attend me.

IF YOUR PET NEEDS EMERGENCY CARE DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC OR ANY OTHER CLINIC JUST GO TO AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL OR AFTER HOUR VET TO PET. I EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY DOG OVER THE PHONE. THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD DO THE SURGERY AND AFTER WAITING FOR SEVERAL HOURS THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY DO TO AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL. THEY END UP CHARGING ME $725 FOR RADIOGRAPHY AND SOME LAB TEST. THIS PLACE TAUGHT ME THEY ARE MORE ABOUT THE MONEY THAN HELPING PEOPLES AND PETS NEEDS.

Ever since DR. Perez sold the practice to incompetent theives the quality of care over at panda hospital has completely Deminished. First of all from over charger to ,practicing surgical procedures that were unnecessarily pushed on poor helpless pet owner who didn’t know better. I will be taking my business else where I urge that no one attend this clinic for you pets well being and your mental sanity.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The Doctor does not care about the animals. I took my pet there because it was close to my house because it was an emergency my pet was feeling bad, i did not know what it was and all she did was an fecca exam and did not come back. The second day i went to another vet because my dog was vomiting turns out the medicine she gave she was supoosed to be given according to his weight and age turns out my puppy died. I you would not want your dog to die DO NOT TAKE HIM THERE! The Worst assistance they do not care! Do not recommend. If i could give 0 stars i would!

I took my cat about 3 months ago, they did exams that totaled $780 and they still couldn't tell me what was wrong with her, I took my cat to a different vet and after the vet carefully looking at the exams that they did at Panda, I was told that some of those exams were not needed, so I spent my tax return on exams that weren't needed. This other vet was able to tell me what was wrong with my cat, and treated her. Shame on Panda hospital and the Doctor. You should refund back my money.

Doctor decided to not treat my dog because he was annoyed that my parents were asking too many questions. Walked out and said to just pay for the doctor visit.

As of this morning I had a very bad experience with this clinic, avoid this clinic at any cost. Their main goal is to charge you for unnecessary test for your pet; they will treat you poorly if you do not give them the answer that they desire. The head doctor did not show any empathy he just want to charge money. When I told him just to do the necessary test on my pet his demeanor changed, and he said to just ”take your dog to an animal hospital ” without an explanation for all the analysis and X-rays and still charged me for No help. Please read reviews before going to any vet clinic .

Absolutely useless clinic I waited three hours for a vet who basically refused to speak English, gave me a completely different price and was very rough with my cat do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

I recommend them to anyone who is needing a new vet or thinking of changing from their old vet.

Never go there, they don't know what they are doing.

They treated my dog like broken bone and what he has is an infection in his finger.

Dr. Perales was born to help save and nurture animals lives, that has become more and more apparent after every visit with my cats and dogs. He has saved our cat: Diva's life more than once and that is more than we could ever ask for. If you have a little one that needs veterinary attention: do bring them here or to West Miami Animal Hospital (Dr. Perales works at both locations).
