If you want a caring, knowledgeable and funny vet do like I did and make an appointment with Dr. Emilio Zouian (I always mess up the spelling, just ask for Dr. Z) for my fur child. They've been my Luna's vet going on eight years and whenever she's been a furry vacuum cleaner and eats something she shouldn't they always patch her up right or when she has had something more serious. The other partner, Dr. Adriana Martinez, has also attended Luna (she seems to handle mostly the morning, and Dr. Emilio the afternoon shift) and has been just as caring and knowledgeable with my princess. In addition to an in house digital x-ray machine and basic blood work, they also send out doggie allergy tests which helped us find the right food for her. They also have electronic medical records, just like with people. I also appreciate the fact they're open late (until about 7 on weekdays and 1pm Saturday) and don't usually charge boarding if she's being checked. They also do followup calls to see how le four legged infant is feeling.

Clean, doesn't smell bad, fats service and so far my puppy is better.

I was given different prices over the phone and at the client. I called to find out the price for a full panel blood work for my cat, I asked them over the phone for the price of everything a FULL panel, when I arrived it was twice as much. Honestly more than I pay in south beach at my regular vet. Vet was really nice, but they DO NOT work with Chewy. You can not go to this clinic then order online at chewy! They will NOT approve it, Chewy says this hospital is on their Do not call list..... the vets office will try to play dumb with you saying they "do not understand". My neighbor who recommended this clinic told me after I already went there when I asked her about chewy. She said, oh yeah they don't approve anything with chewy. Just go elsewhere........

I called more then 10 clinics to get quote for spade surgery of my 2 super small and healthy kittens. All clinic’s had high rates but a set price with what it included. When I called Muller Office , the first time receptionist place me on hold to find prices and she never answered , I called back 2nd Time to get a quote they said these exact words “THE DOCTOR WILL MAKE UP THE PRICE WHEN YOU COME IN” this could really be interpreted into so many ways. SUPER SHADY , that is absolutely unprofessional NO list of prices ready. I understand all animals are not the same, and additional thing might need to be done for a separate price added to the total of the surgery. BUT, basically they Profile You and they will charge as much as they can depending on what you look like .

I had been going there for many years, a loyal patient taking my one and only dog. And I walk in for my appointment and I get greeted with a scream “Put a mask on!” not good afternoon not hello. I advised them I didn’t have one and they have the audacity to SELL me one for a dollar. If this is your own business and you want people masked even though we are all vaccinated now and there’s a glass in front of your desk the minimum you could do is hand out the mask for free. I advised I would take my service elsewhere and the girl in front desk answered with “bye bye”. Extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and not even understanding nor explained reasons behind. I’m how sad to treat a loyal customer that way. The idea of the mask didn’t bother me as much as the treatment. If you walk in masked you will be treated with privilege and if not, you will be treated like a an African American person during segregation era. Absolutely disgusting!

Did not like the look of the clinic. Very low class some lady was screaming at the employees about some paperwork in front of me and my dog. my dog is very anxious and peed himself shortly after. will not be coming back...

My appointment was made a week prior, and was confirmed the day of. When i show up at my scheduled appointment time, I was informed that Sonia (the owner) & Dr. Martinez (Veterinarian) left note with staff that due to a PERSONAL problem with my daughter (she was a previous employee who resigned). My dog has been under the care of this clinic since he was 5 months old(13 years old now), this is not only petty and unprofessional its inhumane. My pet is very important to my family and i wanted him to continue to receive care where his file is kept. The fact that she communicated this to all her employees that they could not see my dog is ridiculous and unprofessional the owner is a petty person who holds grudges not only to my daughter but other employees who also resigned to continue their education or seek better employment opportunities. Ridiculous and would recommend to my worst enemy.

Mueller Animal Hospital is a hidden gem in Hialeah! We have had to take a few of our pets for various surgeries and procedures with Dr. Emilio. He is brilliant and very efficient at his job. I really believe he saved our fur babies lives. The practice manager, Sonia Salazar, is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her clients and staff. She is so knowledgeable about veterinary medicine and clearly cares a lot about the clinic and animals. I recommend this vet clinic to everyone!

This is the best veterinary. Both of our dogs contracted Parvo. A very serious virus that can kill a dog if not treated. Not only did they do an exceptional job of bringing our dogs back to life but they were the most reasonable in pricing and the doctors’ bedside manner is really amazing. She explained everything with detail, took her time and was very realistic. The staff was very very nice as well. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Dr. Emilio is an incredible veterinarian. The entire staff is friendly, professional, compassionate and I love how they checked and gave me a real time update on my cat each time I called. My cat had a urinary tract obstruction and they saved his life. He had to stay there for 4 nights. I also saved over $1000 compared to another vet. Dr. Emilio was highly recommended and he went out of his way to explain everything to me and my husband in detail. The office and clinic was clean and you can tell everyone there is a genuine animal lover. I visited my cat twice during those 4 days and the assistant Cesar was great! He made sure all of the recuperating animals were happy and calm. This was the first time my cat has ever been sick. If you want an honest, friendly and knowledgeable veterinary experience- this is the place to take your anipal!!!

The morning doctor is not as good as the afternoon doctor. She made me spend $1750.75 when I told the doctor he told me he would have done it for $600 dollars or less

We’ve been bringing our animals here since I was a kid about 25 years ago and continue to bring our new little dude to this day even though we live out of the area. Their staff is always very friendly and courteous and their doctors are extremely knowledgeable, honest and treat your animal with the respect and gentleness they deserve. Mueller is a fantastic model of what an animal hospital should be.

I am grateful for the quick attention my pet received at this local. This place has good prices and attention to detail. Communication can be tough; they should consider investing in information pamphlets for patients after surgeries. But they really seem to care about the animals.
