I have my 4 year Borador ( Lab Border Collie Mix) that had its first grooming appointment ever with Maribel and it was the best experience I've had for me and my friend Rocky, I was worried because he came from a abused background but she was very sweet with him. I will book with her for my next appointment :)

I always buy some my baby food from this shop it closed to my home but I will not go back again because when I ask a manager about the produce there he gave me a wrong information about the price and when I go to check out is wrong . I went back to him all he said any body can make mistakes.l am a manager some where too.If I make mistakes I will say sorry instead of yelling to customer.

They have everything for your pet. They are great at grooming! I travel half an hour just to get my 2 dogs there. It's worth the ride and the dogs look FABULOUS!

I mostly go there for pet Grooming. They always to a fantastic job with my samoyed dog.

Beautiful place with lots of products. However few staff if you need to ask something.

Recently filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau on behalf of this establishment, they failed to check the products on shelf which then later made my dog very sick. It is not my responsibility to check for expired dates I should feel safe with the product I’m buying from this location if your employees are that lazy to check the inventory I think you should hire better ones.

I had the worst customer experience today at this particular PETCO HALLANDALE location. From the person in charge at the checkout to the manager…. terrible moment of inefficiency and above all rude and with very little respect for the needs of the client. If you want to avoid a bad time, avoid this place as much as possible

They don’t treat animal’s properly. I adopted a cat and they told me it was in great conditions... when I got home they called me saying that the kittie had contact with another cat with worms. On top of that she had fleas and threw up several times. I don’t understand why they make you go through a whole process of contracts making you think the animals are given in good conditions when mine was far from that. After i signed a concern that the cat was free of fleas, Angel the person that took care of me said that she was treated before against fleas... but when I was at petco they said she never had before. I’m very happy to have the kittie out of a place where clearly they don’t treat animals properly.

I can't say it's my favorite store in the world but it does have a pretty ample selection of products and you'll probably never run out of options when shopping for your pet
