I called this clinic for my cats, the staff answered the phone very nice and I immediately made an appointment. The manager Jeffrey was very helpful and explained everything they were doing for my cat clearly.

Dr. Barbosa is wonderful he performed surgery on my Hunter a few years back. I highly recommend. ♥️

I Called and scheduled a surgery for my cat with Shannon. She advised me to arrive at 7 am. I did that and on the day of surgery, at 7 am, she tells me" your cat is too young for surgery"! Really! Made me go there at 7 am, prepare the cat and she knew exactly how old is my cat. Horrible experience.....

Dr. Barbosa is one of the best veterinarians I have ever had, he truly cares for his patients ( ????&????). He's very good at what he does and you can just see the love he has for what he does. He came out to my house and put my dog down that was suffering so bad from cancer and the last thing he was worried about was his payment. I will recommend dr. Barbosa to anyone who wants their Pet in the care of a great veterinarian who is the best at what he does

GOOD SERVICE IS OVER! Used the service for 03 years. After the new manager arrived, it is a disaster. I paid US$ 350.00 for a travel authorization one week ago (!!!!). As the air company postponed my trip, I called JUST to update the certificate. ANOTHER US$ 350.00. !!! JUST FOR A NEW PAPER !!! IN ONE WEEK. POOR DR. BARBOSA, THIS INCOMPETENT IS THROWING OUT YOUR CLIENTS.

My puppy has been there since we got her and they have treated her like they themselves were the owners. I mean this in the best way. They show the kindness and attention needed to give anyone the confidence that they don't just see another number. My puppy enjoys going to the vet and being carried by Julia. Best in South Florida. Doctor Joe Barbosa is a wonderful veterinarian! He cares about his patients and clients. My cat was neutered, vaccinated and microchipped at the Animal Hospital of Hallandale. After the visit we got follow up call from caring staff. At the office visit Dr Barbosa also went over the diet plan and recommended flea and tick prevention and answered all my questions. Thanks to him my kitty is healthy and happy and so am I! I recommend this clinic to all my friends who have cats, dogs, rabbits and birds. Best place with affordable prices!

My little Rudy is very sweet, but turns into a nasty little monster when he senses a vet. Dr Barbosa and his staff were absolutely professional and humane to my little guy and to me. I so much appreciate the whole experience after having been to several other animal hospitals in the area, what a relief to finally find the right place for my dog.

Great with cat's and Dogs

I had a wonderful experience. Dr Barbosa was thorough, kind, and most of all knowledgeable. He did not overcharge me in anyway, he was fair which is extremely rare these days. His office staff was not overwhelming, it felt more like a family run business and he made me feel as if I was coming to his home for the first time, he even washed the towel that I brought with my dog. I highly recommend!!

Dr.Barbosa and his staff of merry ladies are amazing. They have a true family, down to earth vibe. Knowledgable, professional, and all cat lovers..... I love my dogs. Dogs are the pillar of amazingness .... But they got me to like cats.... I never thought the day would come... I brought my beloved Mi Nina here and they treated her like a royal princess. Dont waste time going anywhere else. I've been going to vets in south Florida with my family since I was a toddler. Now as an adult I can compare and say Barbosa and Crew are the best.

A great doctor and very fair prices!!

Used Dr. Barbosa for years very happily. However his office now has a glib, fast talking office manager. Jeffery is his name and he interferes between the doctor and patient...only to confuse the issues. Wishing you luck Dr. Barbosa if you want to loose the comfortable familiarity your practice once afforded customers. Would like an explanation from you, person to person, concerning tests completed on my dog Buddy Markowitz.

Dr. Barbosa is wonderful! He has been caring for our dog, Sparky, since 2010. Just recently, he removed several cysts from our dog using a laser all in one visit. Dr. Barbosa is up on the latest medical technology and is also compassionate and trustworthy.
