Dr. Fox is a wonderful Vet. Caring knowledgeable and professional. I have had experiences ranging from having emergency surgery to repair my dog’s snout after a raccoon encounter, to helping in an accidental overdose to a friends dog. I was thoroughly impressed with Dr Fox, composed and professional conduct and his calming effect on my family during those incidents. Since then I have experienced excellent service from the entire staff especially Sam . It is a pleasure dealing with River Bridge Animal Hospital. I give them a thumbs up!!

They change too much for service , at check out you get a bill that only rich people can afore,,please ask before service $900 for regular vacation for two chihuahuas I think it’s too much

I adopted a new dog. This Vet did her spay. I liked the Vet and staff - but hated the parking lot. I did not feel safe with my 2 dogs. Too much activity in the parking lot.

We have been going to Dr. For for years. He is a very good vet. We highly recommend him.

Dr. Zellmer was so patient and kind throughout the entire visit. I'm so glad I brought my dog to a place that was safe and comfortable for his annual check-up. Thank you so much! ????❤

My wife and I have been bringing all of our pets for years to Dr. Fox and it saddens me when I read one bad review from someone on here. We have had to put down two of our dogs in the past and this is the place that never stops caring especially when we had to decide to put our dogs down. Our dogs were well known to Dr. Fox and his staff and we were and still are, very confident of Dr.Fox ad his staff. They treated and still do our pets as family and you can sincerely see how caring and truly professional Dr. Fox is to old and new patients. Thank you for being there for us Dr. Fox and Staff.

I have been going here for a couple months and they’re nice and good with scheduling. They’re just rude and easily agitated. I call often, for questions and to let them know when I’m coming and they always have an attitude. The worst experience was that I took my dog there because he keeps coughing and they told me his trachea is collapsing. So they said theyre going to give him two injections. On the drive home he threw up twice. My immediate response is that the medication (injections) caused it. I called them and they said to bring him back, free of charge. So I took him back and then they texted me asking if they can give another injection and charge me for it, for his stomach. So I called to see if they knew why he threw up and they yelled at me saying theres no way they could know yet. And that it’s probably him just him being car sick. I know my dog. He’s never car sick. I’m tired of feeling wrong for being concerned for my fur baby. They shouldn’t make a customer feel bad for being extra worried. They lack empathy and patience.

Even though we moved an hour north of here, we still make the drive to see Dr. Fox, Dr. Oquist and all of the staff at River Bridge Animal Hospital because I feel there is no other place with so much knowledge and most of all one that treats you and your fur baby with so much love and compassion. They truly are the best!!!!

Dr. Fox and the staff were an amazing group! Enzo had his first visit and we couldn't be happier and we know that our pup Enzo is in the best care with River Bridge Animal Hospital. Thank you to the whole staff!

My family and our fur family love going to see Dr. Fox and Dr. Oquist! And every person who works there. We always are greeted by friendly staff. The office is always clean and smells nice. Both Doctors are fabulous and have always told been honest with us and told us exactly what was wrong with our fur babies and they recommend their treatments, etc and explain everything to us. In the past, we would board our dog Coco there and she loved going! She would be thrilled when we dropped her off and she would just run away without a second look. That shows you how much the staff cares for your animals! 5 Stars from the Marino Family!

There is truly no better place you could take your family pet than River Bridge Animal Hospital!!! The doctors and staff always amazing. Service is always fully explained and completed.

I think the vets do an okay enough job- but the staff up front are as rude as the day is bright. They make it impossible to schedule an appointment, get records, get a prescription. They are very nasty and makes it not worthwhile to deal with them.

Yesterday was my last and final visit to this office. I have had a good experience with the staff previously but this guy that they had coming out to meet the customers yesterday was extremely rude and dismissive. No care for the animals. He should not be working with any business that deals with the health and well being of neither animals or humans. I was contacted by the office following my visit with my dog to a pet urgent care. I was told that I could take the dog in for a follow up test. No appointment needed. I showed up at the office, only to be met outside by this individual who informed me that I needed an appointment. I tried to explain what I was told when I was contacted by the office and the urgency of the test that needed to be done but he didn’t care to hear what I had to say. He could have heard what I had to say and verified what I was saying with the vet. Instead he rudely turned me away. His whole attitude pretty much told me to F off so that I will.

It has taken me 9 years and 4 vets to find the absolute BEST vet in Palm Beach County. We have a 9 year old black lab with lower back issues and Dr. Fox came very highly recommended to me from another one of Palm Beach Countys top vets for sure and one that is beyond highly respected. Dr. Fox personally called me even before becoming a client of his and spent 30 mins of the phone with me amd would have easily spent more time. We have found the hidden treasure and would highly recommend Dr. Fox to others. He is compassionate caring dedicated and most of all honest. His staff is also beyond amazing each and everyone of them. Thank You Dr. Fox and all of River Bridge Animal Hospital!! You ALL ROCK????????????

I am so glad to have found River Bridge and Dr. Fox for my fur baby. Dr. Fox was attentive, professional, and provided wonderful feedback regarding my dog's health. There was no unnecessary vaccines and tests that were pushed, and the staff and Dr. Fox were very transparent regarding any costs associated with my visit unlike my last vet. I highly recommend Dr. Fox and River Bridge Animal Hospital.

We decided to visit Riverbridge animal hospital for the first time and they did not disappoint! Amy was very friendly and was able to accommodate us for a last minute appointment. Dr. Oquist was patient, kind and professional. She explained everything well and was understanding. Out of all the veterinary clinics I’ve been to this has been my favorite. Everyone that helped me was so friendly and caring. They even called me the next day to check up on my dog and sent me a welcome card with coupons and magnets.

Everyone at Riverbridge Animal Hospital are all so kind and caring. I can’t imagine taking my cat anywhere else. They even have a cool app so you can have all your pets info, make appointments, view reward points, etc. They were also so great when my dog passed away last year.
