The veterinarian and his staff all are kind and wonderful people. Our puppy is in great hands and we will continue to use this vet regularly. The price was very affordable. Hi Quality people providing hi quality service.

I moved down here from MN a few months back and have been looking for a reliable and accommodating vet ever since. My girl is super fearful of both dogs and people and the staff here were VERY accommodating. They took us both into a room right away, they were super patient with her. When it was time for us to leave they made sure that there were no dogs in the lobby! Honestly a 10/10 experience. The vet was also super friendly, accommodating and patient with my girl. I was very happy to say the least. They're also very responsive when you call or need them to call you back. Very affordable too, which is a huge plus. I had such a positive experience here! Highly recommend if you're considering it.

This vet office is AMAZING !!! You will not regret taking your furry or not, so furry friends and family members here. Dr. Para is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are phenomenal, and it doesn't take long to realize this doctor truly cares about his patients. I was extremely impressed by his sincere recommendations on the different options we had to try to treat my sweet Lil Girl. She came in with limp and leg pain. Most vets (in my experience) go to the most extreme and expensive option first. Dr. Para did not. He was compassionate to our dog, us ourselves, and to our wallet. We called the day after Christmas, which was a Sunday, and guess what ?? He fit us in on Sunday without an extra charge, being it was the weekend. It's just an overall super duper vet hospital. Lastly, it is just that... a vet hospital, not only a vet office. I love this place and feel confident in his abilities to treat my precious baby. He was understanding of my dog's nervous, seni-agressive nature due to prior abuse she suffered (we came with a muzzle for everyone's safety just in case). However, there was truly no judgment or fears. I appreciate a fellow animal lover and it is obvious he is one. I have not always had that experience at other clinics. Thank goodness for Dr. Para and my daughter for finding him.

My dog had a fish hoof stuck in his mouth today & they help use immediately. Didn't charge me a large fee and saved my baby! Thank you!

Great experience!!! I went first time today after firing my previous Vet for having to wait forever for Vet to respond about a serious concern with my cat who he had seen for an eye infection that wasn't getting any better. I found Congress Animal Hospital through an internet search. And I immediately felt comfortable talking to Kim who answered the phone and gave a great impression. I felt very welcomed when I came to their office. Dr. Parr was extremely kind, compassionate and thorough. You can tell he loves animals. Such a nerve-wracking experience trying to find a good qualified Vet who won't rake you over the coals. I think I found the right place.

First visit...friendly staff. Dr is gentle with our dog; very thorough.

I was visiting here form Maryland and was recommended this vet clinic by my friends , was impressed with the service..next day appointment available.Dr. Para was amazing witn my dog Angie..in Maryland 2 different vets told me that she needs surgery for her issue Dr.Para was able to help her with the right medication which Iam so greatful for!

Marley my Australian Shepherd had severe yeast infection on his front paws. He needed to see doctor ASAP and his regular vet is up in Orlando. We got appointment to see vet within that hour and I was bit nervous when I was walking him in because he’s typical Aussie who really doesn’t care for new people immediately and it would always take time for him to relax. We got called in and to my huge surprise this doctor got down with Marley instead lifting him up on that metal table. Marley warmed up to him quickly and let him see his paws. I couldn’t believe my eyes. His assistant was super nice as well and they took such a good care of Marley that I decided that this vet will be Marley’s doctor for now on and next visit I’ll transfer his records down here. They treated my baby kitten and said she was doing better. Gave us hope. Didn't overcharge. Then we went home and she died an hour later in our arms.

Dr. Para and his team are absolutely amazing. We took our dog Benjamin in because he was having stomach issues. We were beyond worried and freaking out. Dr. Para and team are so calming and thorough. They truly care about your animals as much as they care for their own. They will continue to follow up with you to make sure your pet is healthy! They legit called me every morning until Benji was healthy, happy and running around with he zoomies! I appreciated that very much. Everything about my interactions with Dr. Para and his team were amazing. From beginning to end, they were professional, compassionate, kind and caring. Thank you Dr. Para and team, you all are truly amazing!!!!!

Everyone is very nice ! I got my dog neutered here and I felt very comfortable so did my dog and he's super skidish but the doctor has such a gentle personality my dog was soothed and went right to him. Also very reasonable prices makes keeping up with necessary check ups and shots super easy!

The Dr. , Dr. Para was very kind, knowledgeable, and explained the issues concerning my sweet cat Thomas, very plainly. Dr. Para is also a very special human being. He is very calming and compassionate. He helped make a very difficult situation; losing my best friend, as comfortable as possible. Congress Avenue Animal Hospital BEATS OUT ANY OTHER VETERINARIAN FACILITY IN THE AREA!!! (My usual Vet is now my FORMER Vet despite having top ratings online.) In my 35 years of having pet dogs and cats, I have never before been to such a WONDERFUL facility. First, upon walking in, the staff is very, very welcoming, pleasant, and comforting. Second, Dr. Para is unlike any Veterinarian I have EVER met! He very patiently explains what is going on so that I understand. And the prices DEFINITELY BEAT any other local Veterinarian's prices. Twice I came into Boynton Lakes Pet hospital in a panic concerning one of my dogs. The doctor and the staff explained everything to me and what my dog needed. Both times I left there happy with the serve, care and detailed information about what they did.

I brought my cat in for her annual exam. The appointment was on time. The staff was very professional. The doctor personally explained the results. She will need to have her teeth cleaned soon. I highly recommend the service.
