Took our dog here for boarding for two days and had a great experience.

Took my puppies to the groomer here and they did a fantastic job! Super friendly and caring. My puppies were taken care of so well. They were also reasonably priced. Will certainly be back!!

So disappointed with how bad they’ve gotten. I really trusted them and the past 3 times have been terrible. I gave them so many chances. They’ve made too many mistakes. A few examples; bringing me the wrong dog for pickup, bringing me my cat in her crate which was soaked in urine, not being open at the proper time. They seem very out of it lately. They have poor customer service, poor social skills, and overall no longer functional.

Had a TERRIBLE experience. Came in for a bath for my dog, when they gave her back to me they said that she had to come in AGAIN two days later to get her sanitary area trimmed and shaved. So they bathed her twice in two days, charged me twice, and then proceeded to fight with me on the phone about the 100$ I had to spend in three days on two separate visits.

I have a dog aggressive rescue with major trust issues. I have always been disappointed with the training and preparedness of staff members at most boarding facilities in the past. At Prestige, everyone has been incredible with my dog. She trusts and listens to them, and she actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot, unlike other places where she would cower in fear at the site of the building. This is my go-to place.

My husband and I are new to town and wanted to book our three pets for boarding. We called and got a quote. No problems with that initial interaction. Since then we've called 5 times over the course of 2 days and no one will answer the phone. We also 2 left messages and didn't receive a return call. This is worrisome for us so we will be looking for another boarding facility.

I have used Prestige to board my two dogs. I have used them three times in the past few months for 3-4 days/nights each time. The kennel techs and staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. I have boarded my two pups in the “deluxe suite” option. I have also used Prestige once for a grooming back for my Aussie who has a very thick coat, and the groomer was able to get out thick and dense matted hair that had built up in his butt fluff. The shampoo they used also smelled nice and lasted smelling nice in his hair for at least 2 weeks! I will continue to use Prestige for boarding and grooming!

It’s my first time and last time business here. We sent our dog here for grooming at 7:40 in the morning. Then, we waited for 5.5 hours for the grooming service. I’m very worried about my dog because the person who take care my dogs was very rude to me. I don’t wanna waiting for more hours and let my dog suffering in that place. So I take them away and still paid for the service. When I did the reservation and check the grooming time through the phone call and online, they both said the service would be 3-5 hours. I totally understand, but we waited for more. I don’t know how could both of my dogs stay in a small place without eating anything in the morning. Their staff was rude to me. She said “if u cannot wait for 5 hours, it’s not the place for you.” Alright, I will never go back again and write complaint to related department to protect my right.

My Australian shepherd was groomed today by Linda. Very nice job and happy boy! He smells great!

I brought my cat here last minute from another boarding place that had cages that were much to small for her to stay in for 9 days. I don't remember the name of the lady that helped me but she was so friendly and helpful. She explained the rates and what it includes, she was upfront with me that they'd have to board her at the hospital for one night before they had a place open for her at the pet resort. The cages they have for cats are way better, the higher prices option gives your cat a spacious cage with the litter at the bottom and three tiers to jump up and lay on. They also seemed to really care for and connect with my cat. Would recommend.

Staff is friendly. I have only ever used the groomers, not the kennel fyi. Your animal will be taken care of. My dog seems to enjoy going there and she looks pretty when she comes home. Well priced and also connected to a vet so if they notice any issues during grooming, they will take your pet to the vet.

Clean, people are nice and competent. Actually I've never been to a better place.

The groom I recieved was horrible. It was very choppy. The guy said he won all these awards and I figured I'd try it. I was very disappointed. I will use my old groomer. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for.

I had a wonderful experience with my 2 kitties, the staff absolutely loves their patients. The vets truly listen to your needs and concerns as a pet parent. My cats may not like the vet, but I know they are taken cared of each time I visit.

The groom/cut was terrible. It was choppy and made my dog look worse. On top of that, I was calling all day for updates on when I could pick up my dog. They had no idea when because they couldn't contact the hospital to see whether or not my dog was done with his vaccinations. Ended up having to pick him up right when the spa closed (on my own accord because they weren't sure if he'd be ready for me to pick up that day). I'm sure that this is a nice spa that others have enjoyed, but I did not have a good experience. Would not recommend or go back to this place.

I support all dog boarding and training facilities in Gainesville, FL. We need more Doggy Day cares.

I walked in looking for a new groomer for my poodle. He got a great cut at reasonable price. Everyone was so nice and friendly

Very pleased with the quality of grooming. Our schoodle looks great. Attention to detail is evident. Will return.

Have to wait 10 days to get my dog into be groomed. Receptionist not very helpful. I’m going to have to find another groomer
