This was the first time my 2 dogs were groomed. One is a Black Mouth Cur 95lbs and the other is a beagle, both rescues. I honestly did not know what to expect. Both went and came back tags waging. She did an excellent job, washing, nails trimmed the works. Thank you Celeste, you are my dogs new BFF's

Celeste did an amazing job cleaning and trimming our pups nails! She also got the knots out of our nervous cats fur and trimmed her nails. She was a very friendly and caring groomer. I would definitely recommend her to anybody. Thank you, Celeste!

Called in an attempt to schedule for my fur baby but Celeste was rude from the moment she answered. Maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed today, but I did not feel reassured to leave my baby with her. Edited to add: Celeste, you actually never asked when I was hoping to schedule before you spat at me that you were booked until next Thursday. At which point I decided to apologize for bothering you and assure you I wouldn’t ever do so again. You may attempt to twist our conversation however you feel necessary to reflect better on your business, but I was there and the truth is the attitude was prevalent and unnecessary from the moment you answered.

We have 6 dogs that are not all collar trained so we weren't sure how they would do with a groomer not to mention they are all around 100 lbs. What a wonderful experience! My husband had to really only help on 2 of the dogs and the help was minimum. She took such great care of the dogs we are so thrilled! We will definitely be having her come back!

She is the best groomer me and my kitty have ever met. She was so understanding and fun to talk to, very responsive, and even let me stay with my cat while she groomed her! She's the only person I'll let groom my cat from now on! Thank you so much Celeste for taking care of my kitty!

Very aggressive and violent. Claims she is an equal to Veterinarian. Incredibly delusional, unprofessional and I would not trust her around any of my pets.

Went to Celeste once after terrible experiences at Petsmart and never looked back! She took care of both my Maltese and my pitbull. She is convenient, affordable, and reliable! Couldn’t find better if I tried (not going to try)! Thank you!

Awful customer service! I had contacted them because I have a special-needs dog who is blind and deaf and is having trouble walking because her nails are so long. They assured me that they would have no troubles and could be out here Friday morning at 8:30. At 8:50 I called them wondering where they were. They didn’t apologize they just told me that somebody was supposed to work on their vehicle and it did not get done. They didn’t even bother to call me the day before to let me know or in the morning. Very unprofessional. No call no show.

Celeste is fantastic! She is professional, responsive and did a great job with my dog's grooming (even got him to dry under the dryer which is a first-he has always been terrified with other groomers). He looks and smells so good! She also came to groom him on short notice before the holiday which was so nice! Her rates are fair and affordable. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and book her for Denver's next grooming!

I was staying with my in laws while I waited for my apartment so I couldn’t groom my dog because I didn’t want to get the apartment full of hair. I called her and the minute she showed up I should have known what kind of service I was getting. She was yelling from the stairs to the person that works with her giving her directions for the cord. My dog has very thin hair and she had knots which is something I told her via text, I’ve been able to do this by myself and also in Miami where I lived. She was clearly stressed because my dog has knows and was in a hurry to get to the other appointment. It was very awkward and uncomfortable because I could just hear her complaining every 30 seconds “Oh my god”. Oh my god. Like it was an inconvenience for her. My dog would cry because she pulled her hair with the comb and then she would say something like my dog was exaggerating. I’m no groomer but if you’re pulling at dog’s hair you are supposed to grab the root so it doesn’t pull the skin, that’s common sense. The other woman was nice to my dog but Celeste was just complaining about everything even my dog’s basically non existing tail which is how it was when I got her. If you have any basic grooming that you can do yourself I guess Celeste can handle it but if your dog has knots then she will try to do it in half an hour and gets stressed out because she’s in a hurry. I will never use her services again because she shows no professionalism or love for animals at all. and I know she will respond very bitter saying “Maybe if she was properly brushed, or I had another customer, or feel free to do it yourself”. You can’t take that attitude on a customer because that’s why they go to you because you’re supposed to be a pro. But yes, I’ve been bathing her myself because after this experience I can’t trust my dog with anyone. ______________________________ Update: Of course she replied saying what I thought she would say, but even better! She called a paying customer pathetic. It’s just so beautiful to see what a professional she is.

Great overall. Very accomdating in terms of client’s schedule. She is great with our dog. Fair prices and she is always happy to see my dog. My dog Roxy loves to see her.. until the bath. :) Highly recommend.

This is one of the most unprofessional dog grooming services I have ever encountered. ignoring all other red flags on tone of voice when calling, etc, etc. after scheduling my appointment I sent a text confirmation text of everything discussed in the phone call ( name, dog type, weight, location and appointment day and time). The day of the grooming about 2-3 hours before I asked if it was okay to change the location for the grooming and was told "ok". 7-10 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time that was confirmed in the first text was confirmed. I was told that the assistant must have misinterpreted the appointment and was asked to reschedule for the next day. Now today, the day of my dogs appointment I m told that my new location didn't have the correct outlets needed to perform the grooming. If outlets had to be provided by the client, it should have been stated online or sometime during the phone call. I am so hurt and disgusted that after a rough semester I sold my books for some money to get my dog groomed and now this close to Christmas I won't be able to find anyone to clean him. she even continues to tell me our Wednesday appt wasn't a reschedule despite the proof in our text thread and the screenshot I sent to remind her. would never trust my baby in her hands

We have used this service several times before and it was fine, but this time the service was piss poor! The pull up, set up, and service time was maybe 10 minutes!! They half washed our dog (not even his face), half clipped his nails, and did not even clean his ears!! We have done a better job in our bathroom!! If you can't do a thorough job in the appointment time that YOU suggested, then set a time that allows you to not be so rushed! This is how you lose customers!! #moneywasted!!

Very nice people but the quality of the clip was not great and I had to ask to have uneven spots fixed.

This was the best grooming experience I have ever had. They were so nice and very knowledgeable. They even gave me tips on how to better maintain my pup and keep him healthy. They groomed him pretty quick but very thorough. The smile on his face right afterwards says it all-- definitely the place to go for dog grooming

Celeste is wonderful! She was great with my dog Daisy. Daisy was abused by her previous owner and Celeste made it stress free and quick. She did a great job and was so kind and loving to my Daisy. Can't wait for her to come back. Highly recommended.
