Had exactly what I needed in an emergency. Nice selection of pet carriers too!

It was great ! They were out of the bird feed I normally get, but I was able to get a better deal on a different kind. The employees are always so kind and helpful when I go there. It's a very nice place to shop. Very welcoming and friendly.

As with most stores, barely any product on shelves. Certainly leans toward stocking more dog supplies than cat. Very keqn selection on cat food and litter.

I’ve shopped PetSupermarket but this is my first visit to this location. I was in town for a vet visit and needed to waste some time. When I drove up, I was a little concerned about the appearance of the building—it’s old. Upon entering the store, I was greeted. The inside is rather cramped but easy to find what I needed. A sales girl came over to assist me and even carried dog food to the counter for me. The store was fully stocked, very clean, and very well organized. I’ve been in the retail business for +30 years. This team takes pride in their store! It definitely shows. I’ll be back in a month for another vet visit and I will definitely be shopping this location again!

The associates at Pet supermarket are very friendly & informed. One girl especially was very educated on bunny supplies which is why I was there. She was very helpful.

Very good customer service. Great prices and they have almost anything you need from fish to cats to lizards to birds. Lots of stuff. I shop here constantly for much needed big dog chew toys lol

Always hreat, happy, helpful employees! And every few months I saved like 10 to 15 dollars and I have five expensive food for my dog! I'm always buying thing for my carrot and my cockatiel always lots of toys, and fish in my fish tank! I prefer to travel back to where I used to live by Gainesville now I live in Jacksonville but once a month I go to the doctor out there and I go to my pet supermarket and Gainesville because they're the best people that work there they really care and they love the animals!

I am and have been a steady customer since sometime in the '70's. We have rescue kitteths/sisters. The staff are always very helpful, kind and even willing to carry my purchases to my car. They have such a wide variety of pet supplies that I could spend hours just looking around.
