Our rescue cat Ripley was overweight, in poor shape, and in a cone-of-shame at all times--she has a rare condition involving seizures, among other things. Dr. Kesler has been very knowledgeable of her condition's therapy (the last vet made things worse), which has made all the difference in the world. Oaks always explains everything and has never made us feel like a bother; we have three cats in total, and all go to Oaks. The staff is detail-oriented, prompt, compassionate, and honest (we've never been charged for unnecessary tests, procedures, or products). They also periodically check-in on our cats, and we've laughed that even with health insurance, our cats get better medical care than we do. Under the supervision of Dr. Kesler and her fantastic team--thank you Alexys and Alyssa!--and many kitty treats later, Ripley is finally making headway-- bounds and leaps. She's cone-free and on her way to living her best life. I cannot recommend Oaks Veterinary enough, they're an incredible team who truly care about the well-being of animals!

Oaks Veterinary Hospital has been the only health care provider I choose for my fur babies for the past 15 years.The veterinarians and staff are knowledgeable, kind, friendly and informative. This IS the place for pet care and boarding.

I have 2 cats that the Oaks family and Dr Kesler take care of. The team has been nothing but understanding, compassionate, and well informed since I started seeing them when my first cat was 4 weeks old. One of my cats has behavioral issues and they work with me to make him comfortable and the staff safe during appointments. My second cat I actually adopted straight from Oaks, she came neutered, vaccinated, and chipped. I referred a family member to them recently and we both got a credit and thank you. Punkin is also a superstar and even though the COVID protocols are in place, he graced us with his presence.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my girl. My girl is my first dog I’ve ever had and I was nervous that I would have a hard time finding a vet that not only I love but she loves as well. I can’t stress enough how loving and welcoming not only Dr. Kessler is but also the entire team. Great prices and bundles as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better team helping me keep my girl happy and healthy.

Yesterday was my first time coming here, with a medical emergency for my cat. Dr. Hampton and the Technicians were so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable!! I was so upset upon arrival but left feeling assured and confident with my kitty who will be just fine!!! Hallelujah!!! Thank you Oaks Veterinary Hospital!!!

My oldest furry friend has been a patient here for her 12 years, and my other friendly friend has been since we got him at 2 years, five years ago. I feel like the have provided excellent care of my dogs! My oldest has a ruptured knee and we can up with a treatment plan to keep her comfortable and active. I can always get an appointment when needed. I feel like everyone there, from front office to Vets, genuinely cares about my dogs! I highly recommend them!

Sent my cat to get treated for not walking straight and not eating. 700$ and 2 days later the reference to blue was denied. They couldnt diagnose nor treat my cat. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone who needs emergency treatment.

Dr. Kesler and her staff are Very caring and compassionate. Treatment options and expectations are thoroughly discussed. Prompt communication. After all the runaround at UF small animal hospital this was a great relief. We are hopeful our poochies tumor will get under control. I highly recommend this hospital.

These are great people. Dr. Kessler helped me with my cat. She helped me get my cat healthy and happy. I'd highly recommend this veterinarians office for your pets health and needs. We have been taking our cats to Oaks Veterinary Hospital for years. They are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, courteous and accommodating! They go out of their way to make you feel like you are part of the family!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to talk too. Kept me updated regarding Homer my puppy. Practice safe distancing. Good rates and puppy plans.

I did not like them at all and left. Very dishonest. I don't like being lied to. They told me one price and then when I got there it went up by hundreds of dollars and then they blamed it on the poor little office worker. I can't trust people like that with my fur babies.

Rates were $150-200 higher than other vets. Did not show any interest in new client relations with 2 young canines. Well established financially stable clinic not needing continued client growth.

Awesome vet!! Great people who really care about your furry family. I highly recommend using them if you're looking for a vet.

I had a difficult decision to make regarding my elderly cat. Dr. Kessler was very thorough and described in detail the problems facing my cat. She, as well as the rest of the staff, was very compassionate and kindly took care of my kitty. Oaks Veterinary Hospital has been taking care of my feline companions for quite awhile. I highly recommend them for your pets’ needs.

I am not a regular customer here, but I had such a great experience I might become one! I came here to get my dog neutered because of the more affordable price they offer. With the neuter the pre-surgical exam they do is free! They send you home with meds and a cone that you pay for separately from the neuter, but the grand total was 10 more than the *starting* price of only the neuter at my regular vet! Dr. Hampton was the vet who helped me and neutered my dog. He was very kind, polite, and informative. He walked me through everything I needed to know and took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable. If youre looking for a new veterinarian clinic, I'd reccomend Oaks!
