Gizmo is a Long haired Havanese and can get pretty over due for a groom quickly! The staff at NPDS are all awesome and treat each pet as their own! So easy to book an appointment and when I leave Gizmo there, I know he's in excellent hands! He always looks, feels, and smells so good and fresh when I pick him up!

This place is amazing!! They are friendly, always answer the phone and can get my girl in on such short notice! Zelda really does look like a princess after she comes home from her groom! I love this place!

Natures Pet is by far the best, most friendly, clean, and amazing grooming salon that I have ever been to! I had the worst experience in Petco. I was afraid to take my fur baby to a grooming salon for months, until I came across them. They treat your dogs like family and respect your concerns/requests. My fur baby leaves extremely happy! 10/10 recommend. Thank you Alexis and team!! :)

Melissa did an amazing job on my dog this week! It was the perfect “winter” cut and he came so cute and I could tell he felt better. I highly recommend her!

They are very nice, it was my second time there and I think that it's completely worth it for the price and quality. My dog has black nails so I worry about cutting them myself and she comes back soft, trimmed and with a fresh smell that lasts for weeks. She isn't scared of coming back either which is great because it's not a forced visit

We took our 3 month old giant schnauzer puppy in today to be groomed with Melissa. She did an amazing job with his puppy cut. She gave us tips on how we can work with him to make future grooming go by smoothly. He did great with her being his first time there. We are definitely going back for future appointments. The rest of the staff were so warm and welcoming. The facility was spotless and neatly organized. So greatful we were recommended by one of Melissa's clients.

These guys have been taking care of my toy poodle ever since I moved to the Villages and they do an amazing job. I'm never concerned about my dog's care while he's there and all of the groomers there aim to please. When Dusty comes home or when I pick him up he's not stressed out and I've had that happen at other groomers. I would recommend these guys to anybody who wants good, caring and well-trained people to take care of their pup.

I really liked the environment and everyone there but this is too big of a deal not to share. In the past max has come home with 1 or 2 cuts being purely scared of scissors but this many cuts is ridiculous. Beware of taking your dog here they might end up going home like a carved ham.

I absolutely love this place! My dog tends to be anxious in new places and new people. The first time we brought him, he had bad matting. We had this issue in the past but this salon gave him the cutest hair cut despite having to cut it very short. We brought him back again and we were surprised to see him with the happiest grin on his face when he got back. Just look at his picture, haha. They treat dogs well and are very professional with their hair cuts - I highly recommend this place!

This has to be the best pet spa and grooming service in Gainesville. I've taken my dog(s) here for the past 7+ years and have always had a more than great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, affordable, and great with your animals. My groomer, Heather, is seasoned veteran who cares for your pets. She treats them like they're her own. Love this place.

Been taking my toy poodle for years. They do a great job. Groomers give the type of haircut I request and are very patient in caring for your dog.

I have taken my puppy here a few times. My wishes were not respected in terms of her grooming and she left with an uneven cut. Such a bummer because I was really hoping to love this place.

Took my dog Gus for haircut, wonderful job & overall a great experience
