Took both my fur babies in vet was very friendly and explained everything well. Just a little pricey for my budget. Also, I wish they had forewarned me that the vaccines would make them lethargic.

They really take care two of my little angels Guinea pigs and best of all, they not too expensive.

Always a pleasure taking the fur babies here. The dogs are always happy and they don't feel stressed. My cats love the addition to the cat tower in the cat exam room. Having multiple animals the staff works amazingly with all our pets keeping them up to date on everything. I recommend them for both cats and dogs.

I love all of the employees and vet is terrific. My pooch is better than ever wouldn't go anywhere else.

We love the Care and kindness we get at Country Critters. The Doc and the staff there are information, kind, and education to us. I do Recommend them Highly and Enjoy going there at the Rural King farm supply store where they are office inside the store, even have their own entrance to the right of the Rural King entrance or you can take your pet through the store and get in the vet office from inside as well. First time taking our dog to a vet in years, they gave him his shots, flea and worm prevention, trimmed his nails. Sent us home with meds, tooth paste and brush, a topical medicine for his inflamed area. It was surprisingly reasonable priced.

I drove 45 minutes to this location on Saturday 6/12 to pick up heartworm and flea medicine because mine is temporarily closed. It was not until I got there that they decided to tell me they do not have the heartworm medicine in stock that they would mail it the same day. After making multiple phone calls and leaving voicemails no one ever returned my phone call I finally got ahold of somebody and they said they mailed it out on Tuesday. It is now Friday 6/18 I checked my mail and there is a slip from the Post Office because they mailed the package with no postage so now I have to go to my Post Office and pay for postage to pick up the heartworm medicine I already paid for. The manager and the staff does not have a clue what is going on they are very unprofessional, very unprofessional and I would not trust them with my dog let alone return to this location. This is a heads up for anybody who is thinking about switching to this location don't waste your time your gas or your money it is a joke. Also the waiting room is a dark, stinky, dingy uninviting unwelcoming place and they will not get my business. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Well priced great care good hours

I called on Monday and asked how much a tooth cleaning for my dog was. I was told $150 over the phone, but I would be required to have my dog come in for an $30 examination. I came in on Tuesday and had to transfer vets so that he can get his yearly shots there as well. My dog is 18lb chihuahua and had immaculate teeth. He does a little bit of tarter in his back molars which I wanted cleaned out. The first estimate, I was told $500. After I brought up that someone on the phone told me the tooth cleaning was $150 is why I decided to go with your vet clinic instead of staying at my other vet. She lowered the estimate to $350 with contingencies. If you are going to lie to people over the phone or can't train your staff properly, the price difference should not be 2-3 times as much. It is ridiculous. I would have stayed with my old vet instead of having to come to you. Ridiculous..

Love the people and the service however the schedule I wish was more days available for the veterinarian.

They are very good and patient with the animals. Their prices are very affordable and they are inside Rural King with lots of pet, livestock and people supplies. They have friendly staff too.

Only have 1 doctor in on Wednesday's for the whole month. Was kind of disappointed in that.

The doctor was great and the people in the office were very friendly. However, just now learned that they closed on March 18, 2020. Only found out by Googling them and seeing a post on their Facebook page. No notice, no voicemail or anything on the phone line. Very disappointed.

Needed to get my dog in for a heart worm test to renew his Trifexis. They were able to get us in same day and the prices are so affordable compared to other local vets. Copper was very comfortable around all the techs which is unusual for him. Friendly staff that didn’t try to push me to buy anything we didn’t come in for. I drove past three different veterinarian offices on the way and it was worth it. We will definitely be coming back here for more of Coppers health needs. ????????

The Docs and staff at Country Critters are the best. We have a 206lb. English Mastiff and he's treated the best here. Other vets have actually shyed away from him. Our big guy has been given nothing but the best care and attention from the time we walk in until the visit is over. Thank you all!

I must say that I think Country Critters Veterinary Clinic, which is inside of Rural King, has outstanding people and service. They are very helpful as well as they don't take too long.

We left our local vet of over 25 years after RK opened and started to bring all of our babies here. The staff is great and although there have been three doctors in the time since the opening of Country Critters, they have all been equally friendly, compassionate and considerate in the overall well being of our fur babies. The staff is wonderful to the animals...very accommodating and informative about the health of the pet...I never have a problem getting appointments and my American Bulldog loves it..
