They now carry Open Farm which is just another exceptional product to go with their others. And of course, they provide knowledgeable and personalized recommendations for my dogs.

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. As a plus my pup loves all the treats they have available!

I love this shop! They carry raw food, Tiki cat canned and Ziwi canned food which I get for my cats. I am a bit disappointed however that it seems to have much less of an equal amount of cat and dog products and now carry more dog than cat products. I am hoping that is just due to ordering and the pandemic. The selection of frozen raw food for cats is really lacking in options compared to the dog raw food. I also wish they carried the Tiki Cat After Dark line (pâté and the "in broth" with organ meats After Dark) which has the highest meat content of any TC line. I currently have to get it from PetCo. Bring back the little catnip bags for cats too, please! My cats love when we bring these home for them. Otherwise, fantastic service always. Pricing is reasonable and they have an excellent rewards program. Pope especially is always incredibly helpful and kind.

Great natural food market for pets!

Wish I would have started shopping here years ago. The staff are extra friendly and I love the selection of treats and grooming supplies. Items are at a great price point too.

Took Wally my goldendoddle in for treats and to see what options they have. I was very pleased with the customer service and the availability of natural pet food and care options.

My puppy and I always love coming here!! The staff is super helpful and sweet. They always make my dog feel so loved which I really appreciate. Their selection is very good and the prices are extremely fair. My pup is obsessed with their bully sticks and I am too because they last!!! They are way higher quality than anything I’ve gotten from Petco/ Petsmart. I will forever come here and would 10/10 recommend checking this place out if you haven’t!

This place is awesome and always has the same employees and I love them to death!!! In a manner of speaking LOL. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about pets the foods they eat and their treats if you look in the local mini mint you'll find a coupon for a half pound of natural doggie treats with your purchase and this place is great because they have non-junk dog food healthy healthy dog food and cat food and all kinds of treats for your dog or cat bones chewies you name it check it out you'll be amaze d! Also I forgot to mention if you buy 10 bags of dog food or cat food there you get the next bag free how great is that?

The most friendly and helpful people in Gainesville! They have a great selection of quality foods, toys, snacks and all things your pets needs.. including everything I need for my rabbits. If they do t have it they can order it for you. They are always willing to go the extra mile to assist in any way. Excellent prices too!

Found the place based on a Reddit post. Very happy I heard about it. I've been looking for a pet store that has self wash stations. The staff were very kind, helpful, and nice to my dog. The pet wash stations were clean and fully stocked. Definitely going back!

Absolutely love this location. I've been coming here for years and, while all the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, Suszanna knows my account by heart which makes checking out and keeping track of my rewards super easy. They are currently expanding to hold more stuff and I can't wait to see what they get; they have an impressive collection of natural pet products as is so it should be exciting! Worth the visit for sure

Very cozy but full of so many options. Very kind and helpful employees. Wish they had vdog or other vegan food options for dogs. Though they did have vegetarian and vegan treats. ????
