Fantastic bunch of folks who have done a great job with our two dogs. Made the switch from another area vet around a year ago, and I continue to be very pleased with our decision.

Was very concerned for my dog. I'm appreciative that the doc found the problem with great care. My dog felt better immediately. Fair price and great expertise. Wouldn't consider going any other place. Ty much doc and staff. Great job

Dr. Kempa was very sweet, calm with my pets and very thorough. My dogs had their first visit with her and we were very pleased. The Vet Tech was also great with our dog, even though our dog was having difficulty with a procedure. Thank you so much!

Were very good about replacing special dog food cans that were damaged with no questions asked. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Was very clean and comfortable environment.

They got me in with my sick puppy right away and also let me pop in and get his temp checked next day because I was worried. They friendly and gentle w your pet .

Very professional staff, Dr Wendy was very atentative to our 3 furry family members. Very clean and inviting office and exam area. Very gentle to our kittys. We have one more very fast kitty to have her visit shortly We recommend. Dr Wendy over any vet in the area, her office is on Business 331 in Freeport.

Turns out Wendy and I went to school together 40 years ago. Can't think of anyone I'd rather take care of my new puppy. These folks do a great job!

I have been coming to Best Friends for a couple of years now. I have 3 dogs and every time I need to bring one in, me and my dog are treated with the utmost respect. I have no problem with the scheduling of appointments. One of my dogs is quite the handful and they have great patience with him. They truly care for my pet's wellbeing.
