Caring about my pet. And helpful service

I would not recommend this vet to anyone! My cat was sick and I called to see if they could fit him in. They said yes so I got ready and arrived about 10:30 am. At 2:15 I was still in the parking lot waiting for them to fit me in. I could see an hour or maybe two to fit someone in but not almost 4 hours... I then left and no one ever called my phone to say I could bring him back in. Less than 1 star for me...

Great customer service and friendly people

I knew something was wrong with my dog and after calling my regular vet who said they couldn't see her for a week and a half, critter care made an exception. I was so thankful as my baby dislocated her hip. They took her right back and fixed her up. The team is exceptional!!!

I hate when I have to take any of my animals to the vet but when I do, Critter Care is my first choice. Their prices are competitive, they're always friendly and they care about my pets. I was in denial when they diagnosed my Oliver with asthma but after several other "second" misdiagnosed opinions, I brought him back and he's thriving. Thank you!

They were great. We had an emergency with our puppy and she had to stay for a couple of days. Prices were responsible and we got to make payment arrangements. We didn't think we would be able to afford to have her looked at, but they took her right in. No down payment or anything. Our puppy would of died if they did not take her in. So we are so thankful for this vet. Our puppy, Maggie, is doing great and healthy.

Always friendly and courteous staff, amazing care that will meet your needs from domestic to farm animals! All are welcome be sure to call and make an appointment, and for emergencies they will try and fit you in asap!!!

Love these people. They are so compassionate and professional. They worked so hard to save my life. Worked every day for 5 days to save my life.. My Mom and brother are so very thankful. I love everyone. Dr. COLLIER, IS MY FAVORITE. ????????????

We just moved here and hasn’t established a vet yet, our 14 year old dog, Cooper had a bad spell and needed medical attention right away. We knew it was time to let him go. I called several vets and no one was willing to help me in an emergency. Until I called Critter Care, they got him immediately, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. It was hard going to a vet where we didn’t know them, but they are so friendly, and were compassionate towards my husband, our dog and I. I am forever grateful to them in helping us say goodbye to our dog to who meant so much to us.

I called here while having a serious emergency. My 6 month old pup decided it was a great idea to chew a sewing needle ball and had possibly eaten a bunch of needles. This was one of three places willing to take me in ASAP even though they didn’t have an working X-ray machine they offered an ultrasound. I ended up being lucky enough to go elsewhere with a X-ray machine but I appreciate the effort and willingness to help. These guys are a lot closer so I’ll probably be stopping by for my pet needs.

Excellent staff, seen quickly, friendly people, they kept my kitty over night called and gave me updates. I will be bringing my animals here when they need care.

You can absolutely should not trust this veteran... Every time we have used this vet we pay in full before we leave but when we need them again there is always a remaining balance... Now again we paid in full before we left each time... And I truly don't trust them for this and other reasons

Every one there is very nice and helpful and seems to really care about your pet/family member and about you

They are a good place but rt now too crowded and busy.couldnt get my dog in for a quick mite check. Went to another vet got in out 30 min.. but I do understand the times

They were not interested in helping..in ANYWAY WAY..unless I put down a $200.00 ..on my pet Rat!!! Mobile Vet was Awesome!!!

Took my main man in to get fixed and the ladies were awesome, get friendly and helpful! Not to mention they had the best pricing or of anyone and they tend to the rare breeds that many vet's around here don't! Thank you to the staff for taking great care of him❤️

Brought my bunny in for a toe nail trim they were very professional and nice and friendly

Dr. Hubbard was simply amazing. Everyone there was so compassionate. I was in tears. They took my rat in on an emergency appointment, trimmed his teeth, clipped his claws, gave him fluids under his skin, an antibiotic injection and meds to take home for his sore throat. I didn't even wait. Dr. Hubbard showed me how to give him his meds and explained everything thoroughly. I have never, in over 50 years, been to a better practice (England or US). To all the staff there, thank you so very much for your care x
