Back in March they diagnosed my really sick newly adopted cat with FIP and said there was no cure and I needed to put him down. They didn't even treat any symptoms and handed me a $600 bill. I refused to accept that and took him to my normal vet and they mentioned alternative treatments. Turns out there is extremely effective and safe treatments available through FB groups (about 85% success rate from what ive seen) and after a few months of treatment he was cured. He is a big happy and healthy boy living the good life. I reached out to them to tell my story and to stop telling other owners that there is no FIP treatments available and they never responded. How could they not be aware of this treatment? Even if its not FDA approved they can still point you in the right direction because the success stories i'm seeing are amazing. They just don't care about your cat. Will never go back.

I've been taking my 2 cat to The Cat Hospital for the past 4.5 years. Staff is great and always very friendly. They have always been very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Gatof was instrumental with his advice, support and treatment when one of my cats was having difficulties with some health issues. He was very much of the opinion the best We followed his advice and coaching and we successfully made my cat healthy again. They are always very thorough and the best feline in town. They continually offer up to date information on new proven practices. I feel incredibly lucky that we found such a great feline veterinarian clinic on the first try and would happily and assuredly recommend The Cat Hospital to family and friends.

I'm new to the state and had never heard of license fees before. They had my cat's medical record which clearly stated where we were from, and they just assumed I knew, I guess. Just told me at the end of the visit what the total was without breaking any of it down, so I had no idea what I was paying for. After receiving the invoice, I saw 2 services added that I never requested, or was consulted about. They just did it under the assumption that I was fine with it. My cat went for a wellness exam and annual vaccine and it was $306, with zero explanation why, until I saw the invoice. The vet was actually nice, but being blindsided by the extra services was wrong.

We really appreciate the exemplary care and genuine empathy. ❤

my parents dont trust anyone else

Brought in a cat for an emergency, they did bunch of procedures and at the end told me that without extensive ER stay, my cat will not make it. And they knew it from the beginning!!! Greedy unethical people

All about the dollar. Horrible vet with no bedside manor. Don't waste your time or money. There are other vets that are far better with a heart. I give less than one star. Never again.

Saw us right away! Doctor and staff were all super nice, caring & compassionate! Dr even called the next morning to check on our Ginger! Cat is doing much better!!

I've had HORRID experiences at other vets in this area so it's a wonderful relief to know my fur kids are in the best of hands with this facility and the kind, wonderful people who run it!!!! (BTW, other reviewers...if ya love this place so much why only a 4 star??? I'm a retired business owner and it's terribly frustrating when happy customers do that!)
