Murphy stayed from Tuesday, Nov. 23, and was picked up about 2 PM Nov. 30th. I was thrilled to see pics of Murphy at daycare throughout the week. On Monday, she was NOT included in the daycare pics, leading me to believe she’d been left in a crate. I did not get a satisfactory answer when I called, but sort of a canned answer that would have been out of character for her. When I checked out the facility on Nov. 22nd, it did not smell excessively, however, when I picked her up on the 30th, the smell took my breath away. I came home, immediately washed her blanket, bag, leash, and vest, and a bath for Murphy to get rid of the smell. She was healthy and happy when I picked her up. There were no signs of lack of care. She was extremely thirsty. I will use Preppy Pets again, with an understanding about her daycare attendance. Linda Bowen

We have been using doggy daycare twice weekly for little over a year now. This past week we boarded our furry friend for 8 nights while we took a trip to Washington DC. Picked him up a little while ago. It seems that he is no worse for wear. He had a spa treatment before I picked him up.He greeted me enthusiastically and was ready to go home. He had an A+ report card and loves playing with other dogs. Took him home he greet his mom, checked out the house and then crashed on his favorite rug. I’d say he enjoyed his stay. But like daycare, he was ready to go home. It will be interesting to see how be reacts next week when he goes back for daycare!

We love Preppy Pet! Not only are they affordable but they take great care of our fur babies. Always know they are in good hands!

This location is AWESOME! My 4 dogs love coming here!! The staff is incredible...they remembered my pups when we came back a second time...one is people aggressive and ran in wagging his tail! I drive past a Pet Paradise and 30 minutes one way to come here! You will be so happy you chose to board here!! Kudos to this staff!❤️????????

We love preppy pet. They take very good care of our fuzzy family members. We have a dog that is pretty rambunctious and a bit much and they take good care of her and always have nice things to say even if she is a pain in their butts. And I am sure she is, but they certainly handle it well and welcome her every time with a smile. We appreciate having somewhere to take our dogs that we can trust and don’t need to worry about them. They love going to preppy pet.

Our Sassy loves this place and they take EXCELLENT care of her.

Left my almost 2 year old lab with them(8 days). Her first time boarding. Very clean and the dog play area was a smash hit. They would also post pics on their Facebook so I could tell how much fun she was having playing with the other dogs. I didn't think it was super expensive either. Highly recommend and I will bring her there again.

Today was the first time I took my baby hunter to a daycare and I’m so happy I gave this place a chance, I just picked him up & he looks happy, he looks like he had a really good time and I was told he didn’t have any issues with other dogs or staff members and I’m so glad because my pup likes to bite and that’s the reason I never left him with anyone, now I have a trustworthy place I can leave him whenever is needed kudos to preppy pet!!

The staff here is wonderful! I boarded Loki, my (very spoiled) young green cheek conure here for about a week over Memorial Day. This was my first time leaving my bird and I wanted a place that I could take his medium cage so he would be comfortable for that long. They were also so accommodating of his diet, letting me pack him fresh fruits and veggies. I love the room he stayed in, it had a big window looking outside plus a big window looking into the lobby. Loki's cage at home is set up in front of a large window and he loves watching the view so I know this room made him happy! I could tell he had gotten tons of attention and love when I picked him up. Thank you so much for taking such great care of him!!

Our dog is a little troublesome but they were great with him. when i picked him up he seemed like he had a great time and loved the people there! They seem to care and actually try to work with your pet instead of giving up after one attempt at feed/walking like other boarding places around here. would highly recommend preppy pet.

Well, they did it again. My mother, 82, fell and was back in the hospital for a couple of days to check out her pacemaker. These good people at Preppy Pets had last minute room for her two dogs and they returned home on Saturday all happy and in great shape. In other situations where the two poodles had to be cared for in similar circumstances, they would be “angry” for days. Not so when they return from Preppy .pets. They aren’t mad and they are bouncy and playful. Thank you Team P P, you’ve done it again. H. My mother was rushed to the Emergency Room with cardiac issues. It was a lot to deal with, some difficult decisions had to be made. And, her assisted living faculty was asking that we take her two dogs. We are already watching three dogs, besides our own. I must say, I was cautious about taking Mom’s pets to a strange place, but we had a coupon, it was close by, and they had vacancy. A week later, Mom is healthy and back home and her pets were excited and clean and happy. I was really impressed, and I have very high expectations. Preppy Pet surprised me and exceeded my hopes. Thanks to everyone there who helped out. Harry.

Friendly, responsive staff. I felt like they had genuine love and concern for the animals they are caring for and my dog was well taken care of.

I can always trust that my dogs will be cared for. The staff is very professional and are organized. I've been using them for two years and have no intention on going anywhere else for my dogs boarding needs.

I took my Bulldog there for a wash, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning, and nails. He was clean however his ears and teeth were dirty and his nails we're all jagged and I had to file them at home. It has been 4 days and now his tail is red and irritated they did not get the soap out and he is infected. I do not recommend them at all.

Our dogs always come home wiped out and so happy!

Boarded my dog for the 1st time for a couple days. He was tired from all the play & he made new friends. Was happy with my choice to leave him in the cafe of Preppy Pet. Will definitely use again

My Golden Retriever Harley LOVES to go here! He is whimpering and wagging as we enter the parking lot! Since we lost our other Golden, we bring Harley here at least one day a week for "playtime". We have also boarded him here several times. It's not fancy, but the dogs love it and they are loved back and well cared for!

So sweet and attention to detail. I will be back!

We boarded our Keeshond overnight with all day play. He came home tired from a busy day of socializing. He always loves the excitement. They take good care of our family member. We already have his next visit booked, this time with bath!
