I don't ever want anyone to go through what I went through I took my healthy 2 yr old English Mastiff and Great Dane to be neutered and due to their complete negligence both had serious complications which ultimately led me to lose my beautiful mastiff and my Dane suffered. I called so many times and returned to the clinic only to have them charge me an obscene amount to treat them when my new vet said extensively this led to me losing my dog. Never use this clinic ever. Almost $2000 and my family’s heart is broken.

This place is amazing. Super clean and friendly. The truly care about their patients. They accommodated us without batting an eye! Dr. Marci, Kat and Mike...thank you from Willow and Aspen and their fosters-♡ We look forward to working with you in the future!

Took my 11 year old dog for an exam, she has had a skin issue since I adopted her,,,,the vet and tech listen to what I was saying and took time to review her past. Gave her good check up and meds,,will definitely follow up with this vet. Office staff, tech, and vet were very friendly and helpful

This place is so underwhelming, it hurts. The techs are surly and won’t draw labs on my dog because he’s “scary”. As a healthcare professional myself, imagine if I didn’t work up a patient because they were intimidating? Maybe don’t work with animals then if you’re that scared. Also, the vet themselves was one of the most unprofessional vets I’ve ever encountered. Never even introduced herself when she came in. Was in a foul mood, it seemed. Barely did an exam. Every question was in an accusatory manor, as if I wasn’t taking care of him appropriately. If you want mediocre care, come on in, the water is tepid.

We are from out of state and had to bring our dog in to get looked at because she was lethargic. Kelly Crossing was the only vet that was open with an available time slot, so we took our pup there. The front desk staff were extremely nice, so we were hopeful our experience would be great. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When the vet came into the room to talk about what was going on, she seemed extremely disinterested. She took an x-ray of our pup and came out to say "You need to get a muzzle for your dog"... (because she ate something that was upsetting her stomach). We were not happy with that response, but she quickly went into the back room again and then the vet tech came out with a bunch of stuff. Usually our vet walks us through what everything is and what they recommend doing. Nope, this vet and vet tech came back quickly in the room and said they were going to give her two shots and something else. Honestly, we should have stopped them to ask for more information, but we wanted to trust them. They then sent us away with antibiotics and some other stuff. They wanted us to go to their sister hospital (Colonial Animal Hospital) to get more testing done since they "didn't have the equipment". When we went to their sister hospital it was 10000x better. When we walked them through what we just went through, they seemed concerned and were confused about what they had given us (our bill with Kelly Crossing was almost $500...) and told us not to give the antibiotics to our pup right now because it would not help. Colonial Animal Hospital was MUCH more helpful and walked us through everything, providing great explanation. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I also want others to know about our experience and proceed with caution if you are considering going to Kelly Crossing.

We took our cat for boarding from August 21 through August 28, 2021. The staff is caring, profesional, accommodating, and made our cat feel comfortable and secure. The facility is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. We would like to thank Kat and the staff for their excellent service. We highly recommend this facility.

Just found out this clinic has changed ownership and management and you can definitely tell the difference! Took my girl with a pyo and they took really good care of her. I recommend this clinic 100%.

After more than a few issues with Dr. Marcy we lost confidence in her diagnosing, assessment and treatment skills. Our dog is now under the care of a wonderful, knowledgeable professional who we trust. The practice also nickles and dimes you with high charges and even $5 to print a prescription. Glad to have moved on.

Took my shiz tsu for an examination due to a # of health issues , one being excessive weight gain over a short period . I had advised the vet there had been no change in diet. Vets advice was to put dog on a diet and return in 3 weeks I was not satisfied with this advice so went to another clinic who did blood work and discovered a tumor on dogs liver

Assistant was excellent with our dog. She sat down on the floor at her (dogs) level. The vet seemed to have a not so good bed side manner.
