East West Vet Hospital is an excellent facility. The most obvious thing that you notice is their attentive care of your Pet. Staff is very response and demonstrate a high level of knowledge, professional practices with a whole lot of caring of your Pet.

Having recently relocated to the area, we were looking for a vet to personably and authentically take care of our two pups. From our first appointment, the vet and the techs made our experience feel very transactional. Our dog Bella was developing skin masses and they were overlooked at the initial appointment. When we followed up, the vet wasn’t confident in his direction for next steps and we honestly left the follow up appointment extremely defeated and confused on how to help our girl. This type of transactional service for a pet may work for some owners, but if you are looking for a vet that gets to know your pet (your family member)and shows compassion, follows up and takes the lead on your pets needs, this is not the right vet to visit. After many phone calls and effort on our end to connect with the vet and not just being allowed to speak to a tech, we ended up scheduling an emergency surgery for our pup. We were satisfied with the procedure and accepted whatever was next with our sweet pup. During her recovery, the location of her stitches was in an area that is extremely tough and rare to heal due to the movement of an animal. Upon a follow up appointment to seek advice on the healing process, the vet tech grabbed our dog and abruptly left the room. She came back moments later and in a very accusatory manner told us we weren’t caring for our dog. That we were careless in our monitoring of our pup. Our pup was days away from possibly being sent over the rainbow bridge so this type of aggressive and accusatory communication left us feeling heart broken and attacked. We are adults and can handle and expect to have a constructive conversation. But to be talked down to by a tech who hasn’t even been involved in the process or without even inquiring with us felt unprofessional and degrading during the emotional time we were experiencing with our pup. I hope my message helps you decide how much interaction you need, want or expect from a vet. Our sweet pup has since passed. We had the process done at Blue Pearl in Fort Myers. We have yet to receive a call, message or note from the vet that conducted the mass removal surgery, did the follow up appointment and knew about the issues we were having. If you need the authentic and compassionate service most vets provide, East West is not the place for you and especially not for your pet.

Horrible vet!! I have been using east west for the past 5 years for regular checkups. My cat was wheezing so I took her in. They gave her antibiotics and sent me on my way. She got worse so I came back asking for tests telling them Money is not a consideration. They perscribed more antibiodics and sent me on my way. As she got worse I took her a 3rd time they gave her prednisone and a bronchial med. My cat got much worse so I took her to Burnt Store Animal hospital. She had a tumor in her throught and a tooth absess that east west didn't see. She was90% blocked. She had surgery and will be ok no thanks to East West.

I have a large dog who has severe dog aggression and East West Vets has proven to be adaptable to us and our needs with our pup. My dog hates nail trims and yet he lets them do it granted he cries as he feels it’s unnecessary but he is all wiggles and wags right after. He is a good judge of character and he loves seeing them. They are so kind to the pup and us. So glad we found them.

I brought my cat in because of a scratching problem that affected his skin. Dr. Emily trimmed his nails and treated him with a steroid that relaxed him almost immediately. She examined his ears to made sure they were not causing the discomfort. It was my first time at this clinic, and I was impressed with everyone. This is a first class operation that I highly recommend.

Awesome, real people work here. Very good Doctors. They truly love all animals! The first two pictures are of Angel and Lucy. The third red poodle was Rosie, which this is the last picture that was taken before she was put down. I cried, they did too. Hated to have to put her down, but I couldn't have done it without them. Thank you guys at "East West Vets", you're the best!!!⚘????

I really enjoyed this clinic since I started services. They ignored my prescription request for 4 days. Which is fine; I worked in veterinary for 5 years. I know these things take time. I called to check in and I was told that I will have to pick up or have a script sent to my email to send to my online pharmacy since they do not work with any pharmacies. So now I have to mail my prescription. It takes 5 minutes to call in a prescription, I’ve done it plenty of times. This seems like a very overcautious attempt at minimizing liability or just a way to get people to spend money there, even though it’s almost always more expensive. Either way, it’s extremely inconvenient and I really don’t know how people can get their life-saving meds for their pets in time this way if they don’t sell them there. Thankfully it isn’t the case with me. It seems as though they would have perpetually ignored my request. Good thing I called. It’s not very professional on their end.

DR.Emily was great with our dog sporty. She was very caring and patient with her and her attitude issues. I will be going to Dr Emily again when sporty needs to be seen.

East West veterinary clinic is by far the best care facility and I have lived in Cape Coral for 38 years. The prices that you pay are very fair. I go there once a month to pick up a special diet food for my cat and I've never had a problem making an appointment or getting the care that is needed right away. There staff is exceptionally nice and caring. The veterinarians are very good and make your pet feel calm as well as the parent. I recommend them often and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been with East/West now almost a year. They are a group of caring people who do their best to meet the needs of my pets. If you are tired of vets that treat you like a number. Come check out East/West you will be happy you did!

I needed an appointment however none were available. East West squeezed me in and made it work. They are so gentle and loving. I was offered 2 different options for my dogs ear infections and they fixed him right up. Also, they were able to give him his vaccinations that weren’t due until May, early. That saved me another trip.

Everyone here is very friendly and take good care of my animals. I don't ever worry leaving my girl here for boarding. They spend extra time with her and let us know how she's doing. The vet services are excellent as well and reasonably priced. I highly recommend East West Veterinary care.

East West Vet was very clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great first experience and will definitely be going back. I also like how the exam rooms had benches to sit on.

They are always there for your family member. Our dog Posie has had a long list of minor and major problems. They ranged from two AL knee surgeries to everyday shots and problems. Dr.Arcenaux is the best and most patient vet we have ever had. Today Posie is healthy and runs around well for a thirteen year old. Highly recommend.

East West Veterinary Care Center was recommended to us and we were very happy with our first visit. Dr. Crafton was professional, knowledgeable & personable. He was also eager to answer all our questions.

Wonderful, warm and caring staff. They have had 2 of my dogs. One has passed away and the other is still with me. They assist in everything and I would not go anywhere else. If you ever need to board, it is great for that as well as they have a doggy pool (if the dog wants) and some dedicated walk time for them.

On Dec 13, 2020 my female, 12 1/2 yr old, dog had a concerning temperature. I called EW Veterinary Care Center with my concern and an appointment was made for that evening. Upon arrival her temperature was taken and proved it was high indeed. Ron Arceneaux DVM, examined my precious dog and prescribed an antibiotic. This veterinarian was extremly caring for my dog as well as being empethetic towards me. After I administered the 2nd dose of prescribed antibiotic the fever broke and my 12 1/2 yr old senior dog was responding. I am thankful that this Veterinarian took the time to talk/explain to me and helped my old girl live.

The whole staff is phenomenal, the ladies up front are always very nice, and Dr Emily and Dr Crafton have both been very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very picky with my fur babies and I feel very comfortable bringing them here.

The staff is awesome. I just moved here from California and they just showed so much compassion for my dog and I. They called back to follow up on my og and how he was doing. A great all around experience.

The vet, vet tech, front desk - the whole team here are wholehearted animal lovers but also very compassionate for the fur babies family. Our Rosey got into something poisonous or ate a critter that made her very sick. It was scary but they so easily and efficiently tackled things with great care and thoughtful remedies/tests. No over charging and unnecessary processes like some clinics - just taking care of your dog as they would their own. We are watching our baby slightly improve day by day but our confidence in the care and their checking in with us for follow up has been so comforting!! I highly recommend this vet and their sister clinic. So happy to have found them for our seasonal needs.

Recently one of my “kids” Sofia Marie died suddenly at home early on a Sunday morning. The East West people were very compassionate and kind and took the lead in making all the arrangements over the phone. When Sofia Marie and I arrived, they brought us in the back door so I wouldn’t have to go through the lobby. They called later to see how I was doing, and let me know when she was ready to be picked up. She came home this week and they were just as kind and attentive to me when I picked her up. Thank you for making a very difficult situation as easy as possible and for caring about Sofia Marie and me. Very thankful they have always been there in our time of need and treated my “kids” and me

Thank you so much to the entire staff at East West. Dr. Emily and her entire staff did their very best to reassure us when out 11 yr old pup had to be put under anesthesia for a procedure. We are so thankful we found this place and hope to have a lifelong friendship with the staff and our pup, Sadie.

I was referred to East West Veterinary Care Center after a terrible experience at another vet. Not only did they restore my trust, but they gave my boy the best care I could have asked for. Dr. Emily and her staff are incredible! I refer them to anyone I can.

I’ll be honest. I mostly chose East West because I live across the street from it. However I’ve been really happy with the doctors and staff any time I’ve interacted with them. I luckily have a fairly young and healthy dog, so our visits aren’t frequent, but as she ages, I am happy to have such a knowledgeable team to help with anything that comes up.
