I just moved here from another state and had a really wonderful vet. I am so happy to report that this vet is clean and the staff... from the doctor to the techs to the receptionists ... is amazing! There was a warmth there that only a pet parent would understand! Also, they have totally separate entrances and waiting areas for dogs and cats. And, they take payment from you from inside your exam room so you don't have to worry about your dog straining on the leash at checkout. Just a class act place.

Dr. Shivers runs a great practice. Very knowledgable and honest about my pet's medical conditions.

Veterinarian is hard to work with if your pet has special needs (old age, knee problems, arthritis, etc.).

Very annoyed. Was told my visit would be less expensive because the tech would be giving the vaccines. Afterwards I was informed I needed to schedule another appointment because rabies cannot be given by a tech and requires an exam. They just had an exam two weeks ago. There are pop up rabies clinics that do not have an exam. Just feels like a way to charge more money. I will not be going back. You did NOT offer to work me in today. And I told you specifically that I didn’t want multiple appointments because of the cost. You said both vaccines could be done at the same time.

Fantastic staff. Gorgeous, clean, comfortable facility. Separate cat and dog sides/entrances for pet's comfort. Dr. Shivers and staff are kind, caring and patient. Highly recommend.

Dr Shivers and staff are fantastic!

My wife and I took our beloved cat to them, they were absolutely top notch, professional, kind, caring, reassuring. Some of the most difficult decisions people make are sometimes the what is not best for you but what is best for the ones we've loved.

Great place, great people and great service

I pretty sure I found a great place that cares about our animals. Great staff. Wait was a little long but worth knowing someone cares.

Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is for your fur babies.. At first I was hesitant when it comes to my Sabrina. She is an American Staffordshire Terrier... And there seems to be a lot of stigma when it comes to that breed. What’s funny is that I am financially better off then those who pass judgment on this breed of animal. However if you are looking for care for your animal. I cannot think of a better place then here. I am very impressed from her doctor to the vet techs. Their business model should be the example for the vet industry. If your looking for care for your fur baby... look no further... while I am here until My move to Costa Rica in 2022 this will be where I will take her. And I feel very strongly and with high probability that we will fly down here for her care after the move. That is how high rated Indian hills is to me..

Great people who really care about the health of not only our pets but also their owners too. They ask folks to wait outside during appointments and that's a very healthy habit for now. Thank you for listening to science and sticking with physical distancing and masks until we get everyone vaccinated and get the COVID numbers down to a healthy level.

You can tell they really love the animals under their care. You might have to wait a little only because they give all animals the time needed to be cared for

I LOOOOOOOVE this place. We have a little senior shih-poo that we board here. I drive pretty far to board her here bc they give her so much love and attention. The staff is so friendly. I just love it.

Trivia and light is hilarious

We take both of our dogs here. One has complex medical problems. Dr. Stratton is wonderful, she is knowledgeable and takes a lot of time with us to explain all of the treatment and options. The staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
