My cat Liddy is a scaredy cat. Everyone at SAH treated her with kindness which is very important to this equally nervous cat mom.

Wasn't a long wait very professional and to make it all better they even sent me and my fur baby a card in the mail! I recommend these people to everyone

They are the greatest vets around and are more reasonable than most in the area. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. They are equally great with cats and dogs and were very compassionate when I had to put my elderly cat down and are just as great with my older dog.

The vet techs always take care of my fur babies needs. Dr. John is so sweet and gentle and knows how to give shots without my fur babies even noticing. Excellent vet! A little on the pricey side, but the service and entire staff are professional and super nice! Well worth taking my babies there for their medical needs.

Always the best care! Doctor John and Doctor Karen are so very clear in diagnosing the problem and are prompt to give you results. Staff is wonderfully welcoming and friendly. Can always count on Crystal at the desk to help you out! I moved to Fl from Ma 9 years ago and was lucky to have found them.

Very friendly but yet professional. You could tell everybody from the front desk to the veterinarian really likes animals.

They were phenomenal!! My cat is a little on the ~edgier~ side, and upon entering the clinic he started meowing and growling. The staff at Summerlin Animal Hospital were excellent and helped calm him down and proceeded to go through with his annual visit. Provided me great education on ways to help calm him down in situations like these. Highly recommend!

Dr. John’s veterinary knowledge is extensive and his paw-side manners are highly evolved: he is a very good veterinarian.

We rescued a kitten from the pound and I called and asked if they declawed. They stated yes and placed me on hold, then told me “the doctor does not want to do it for you” because of my reasoning (clawing at my 1.5 year old and clawing at my 14 Y/O cat”. They totally judged me for wanting to declaw. If they’re against declawing then the shouldn’t offer the service! Poor customer service!

Literally the best vet we have been to! First time appointment set for 8 am, it is just past 8:30 now and we are already back home. Our pup is a big scaredy cat, but he quickly warmed up to everyone who handled him. Efficient, kind, knowledgeable staff. Happy to call this our new vet :) Thank you all!

We have taken our dogs to Summerlin Animal Hospital since they were pups. Dr John, Dr Karen, and the whole staff are phenomenal! Our dogs love each and every one there, and the they get excited when we tell them it’s time to go to see the doctor???? Thank you all for working together to make each visit an exceptional experience for our ‘boys’????????❤️

The staff at Summerlin Animal hospital is terrific. We have been taking our cats there for years because we have complete faith in them and recommend this practice to others all the time.

I have trusted this office (Dr. JOHN) for 10 years with my dog. Even though she has cancer and is seeing a specialist, he still offers to give me information.
