They didn't do a very good trimming our dogs paws, pics attached. Mainly my reason for the rating is.. when we got our dog back, she was scooting frantically and in alot of pain as they cut her in her private area where it was raw and a little blood on her bed. We had to put a cone on her and put medicine in that area for almost a week. I did call and told them about this and they apologized, however a neighbor told me the same thing happened with their small dog. This accompanied with what I feel is not that good of a trimming is the reason for my rating. Our poor little girl had to suffer for almost a week. : (

They do an incredible job, every time I take my dog ​​they ask me what look I want for him and just by showing them a photo they make it perfect, thank you very much for the service I am very happy

They all always do a great job with my Rosie. She is a very scared girl and she loves going there and always happy when we pick her up.

Tucker loves going for daycare he gets to play with all his friends !!!! Maria and Cheri do a great job trimming his nails too !!! Not to mention how good he smells after a bath and brush out !!!

These guys are great, Sadie loves to go and has never had a bad haircut there. Very caring professionals and very reasonable pricing too!

Have been taking my Bulldog there for years! They are the best.

Every time I go here to get my dog trimmed they cut him. This last time the cut was so deep they had to bandage him up. Really not happy with how expensive it is just to have my dog literally carved into.

They did really well with my two dogs. My German Sheppard is aggressive and they handled him well. They did a great job.

July 15 was our second time going to Glamour Paws for nail service for my 13 year old corgi guy....honestly, after bringing him here the very first time, this is the only place I feel comfortable bringing my guy to get his nails clipped. I think the owner is AWESOME!! She is sooo easy to work with and her lovely assistant (don't know her name) was AWESOME, too. My guy HATES(!!!!) to have his nails done and they were very long and these gals did amazing with him. I know it was seriously life changing for him, afterwards. I trust them with my corgi guy. Sidenote: We were at a vet appointment earlier same day and I still chose to go to Glamour Paws instead of having the vet's office trim his nails...that's how much I trust them!! I know that this will be the place that I will keep bringing him to and that's such a relief to me!!

Love this place. I love the fact the the dogs aren't caged, they are put in pens. All the groomers are great. Definitely would recommend Glamour Paws

I will NEVER be back again. Took my two dogs in to get their nails trimmed. A woman who I assume to be the owner, grabbed clippers and the grinder and started on my first dog out in the open lobby with me holding him. She was using the clippers and my dog is whining and whimpering and I told her please don't use the clippers, he really doesn't like them and his nails splinter. She kept using them, and then using the grinder after, ignoring my dogs whining out of pain. Then she grabs my other dog and her assistant and says "let's just knock him out really fast". I've never seen someone rush through a dogs nails so fast with no regard for how the dog is feeling. Again using clippers. And then she cuts too far on one foot and my dog screams and is bleeding. That is one of the biggest reasons I never want clippers used on my dogs, you can cut too high and get their quick. And then rushes through his last few nails and stops the bleeding. And then charges me $40 for this rushed uneven job she did on their nails. I have never seen someone with such little regard for how they treat someone else's dogs.

My baby girl looks AMAZING!!!! I had a appt with a different dog groomer and they said they wouldn’t touch her because she moving to much! Mind you she is only 6 months old. Called them up told about my experience at a different place they told me to bring her in and she looks like a whole new pup! I Will NOT be going anywhere else ????

My dog is older and very anxious. They go above and beyond to make accommodations for him that make me and my dog feel better. Thank you Chris, Sherry, and Kayla! It means more than you know.

I took my dog here for the first time. I was a little nervous because he had never been to a groomer before & I wasn't sure how he'd react to it or the fact of other dogs being around. The reason being is his anxiety & he doesn't deal well with men. To my surprise as soon as I got him out of the car he pulled me in the direction of the groomers. We were greeted by a very professional & kind Chris. Agger filling out a some paperwork Chris came from behind the counter & familiarized himself with Chocolate Mousse(yes that's my dog's name). At first he was barking & what not Chris was patient & sat down on the floor while he let Chocolate come to him. Once Chocolate felt comfortable he went to him. They took him back & me being attached to my dog I waited in the car. When it was time to get him, he was cuter than usual & happy. I asked how he did while he was back there they said he did very well. I was surprised & will say that I will be back for my dog's grooming needs. Thank you Glamour Paws!!!

I WILL NEVER BRING MY BABY HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!! I told them every time I brought my dog in that she has a bad shoulder and to be careful, they said absolutely we always are. I gave them THREE chances, and every time my poor baby comes home limping so bad in pain she can barely walk. I usually never write bad reviews, but I have been so upset seeing my dog limp and not even want to get up and walk. They obviously are rough with the way they groom or don’t pay attention to the animals afterwards. Gave them way too many chances and will never do so again.

I couldn't be happier! Another place told me they wanted to charge me extra because my cat bit them then went out of business before his next grooming was due. That's when I brought my guy here and warned them he may bite. She assured me they would take extra precautions then when I picked him up she said he was one of the best cats ever (which is what I think too. I think the difference is in the way he is treated here!

I found this business when going to the local Publix. What a find !!! I have a few dogs ( more than my development allows) who require their nails to be clipped frequently. No appointment necessary for nails.....Sherrie ( hoping I spelled that right) is phenomenal with my guys! One is such a screamer, yet she does this work with the patience of a Saint! Not just the nails, but talks to them, soothes them, very close to a therapy session! I bring two at a time and there is never a problem. From what I see on the dogs that get groomed, they come out like new cars ! Great location, easy parking lot, very pleasant employees ! An overall great experience!
