Amazing!! They always squeeze my sweet little baby in as soon as they can. They have phenomenal staff, super friendly. Very responsive to e-mails. They make my puppers feel so comfortable, he loves coming here!

I did have a difficult time getting Baron seen right away, however, Dawn, the office manager, stepped in and scheduled us within an hour with Dr. Sharon. We want all of kitties as patients at Animal General. It turns out that Baron is quite ill and we are praying for the best. Thank you and blessings to all of the lovely people here. Dr Gonzalez and Dr. Julie Are not only extremely knowledgeable and figuring out what was wrong but they show true compassion for the pets and their owners. They take the time to explain what’s wrong and how to fix it. The whole staff is very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I have a senior dog with a long medical history. We are new to the area and this was our first visit with Dr. Black and Taylor (vet tech). They took great care of my pup, and also took plenty of time to answer my questions and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend them for all your vet needs!

The visit was very quick and easy. Quince was well cared for. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional.

It was OK, however my Cat is not getting better...I'm worried she's not eating, drinking or passing any stool yet...told to "give it time"....Still hoping she gets better!!

We've been taking our dog Milo here for a few years and have nothing but positive things to say! He is a full sized golden doodle with environmental allergies and can be sensitive to his food. Dr. Black heard me out about what our problems were and what was important to me in a solution and now we have him on an excellent regimen. His skin issues are well managed and our picky eater is enjoying his food! Animal General always makes a great effort to fit him in quickly when we need a sick appointment.

My Sassy had 2 shots and blood drawn they are quick, knowledgeable and caring. She was tired but back to her old Sassy in 24 hours. Thank you for what you all do. Your lives make a difference in this world.

My story changes here about dr. Gonzales I had an appointment for two of my cat so they were very late taking us 45 minutes in scorching Heat I called and said I'm changing my appointment and left the property the next day I found my Animals records thrown in my walkway to my private property I would not recommend Jekyll and Hyde veterinarian and also who's money hungry so I'm sorry that my story has changed which follows after this I would never give them acknowledgement to my life.
