They always take such great care of our cavapoo “Louie” as if he is one of their own. He is always always excited to see Adam and all the other staff.

I brought my recently rescued dog here yesterday. She is a sweet girl, but right now she is TERRIFIED of every single noise and every single person she sees. Dr. Cushner and Dylan were both very sweet and patient with her, even though she needed to be picked up to be moved at times! Hopefully our next visits are less chaotic (all my dogs fault), but everyone I encountered here was very kind and helpful :)

I was not impressed with this place, they overcharge for everything and some of their staff is rude.

I want to thank the entire staff and Dr. Birken for providing urgent, honest and trustworthy care for my dog.

I have been using Victoria Park Animal Hospital for over 3 years. It is the cleanest vet office I have ever been in. The doctors are professional, personal, and caring. The service has been great

They deserve way more respect than they get it and I'm so thankful for them. ????????In case you needed to hear that today! There's no one I trust more with my pet than the amazing team at VPAH! From their front desk employees to their caring staff and techs...to their INCREDIBLE vets...I am so lucky to have them taking care of my Frenchie. He recently had ear surgery and they treated him with such amazing care. I knew he was in the best possible hands and would be looked after. Highly recommend this animal hospital! ???????? only team I trust with my baby :)

Avoid at all cost! If you care about your pet stay away from this place. My yorkie (who is sick right now)was seen by these people 3 weeks ago. This people had prescribed him nausea medication. He ran out and they refused to give him the medication if another visit wasn’t paid for. Granted the dog was not there and meds had been prescribed by them already. Clearly, their ethics code needs work. Places like this should come with a massive warning. They would rather see your pet die and be in pain than do their job. Please take your beloved furry animals to people that care, not places like this.

VPAH is only ok for regular check-ups, blood work, vaccines and general things but NOT FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN THAT, as a matter of fact they deter you from leaving your pet there and will recommend you a million other vets to go to. In my opinion they over charge for services and unnecessary things like showing me how to inject subcutaneous fluids on my dog. What vet charges for showing you that? $125 because they have to "drop what they're doing" to triage my dog fee (despite me waiting for an hour as I clearly heard the staff in the back office chatting and laughing away) plus another $125 for emergency fee. Nicole (manager) pretended to discuss waiving this fee with an imaginary employee and came back 2 minutes later to explain why it still couldn't be waived. The 2 ladies at the front desk are nice and courteous but don't go to Ricardo to be checked out, he clearly does not want to be there and will take forever on phone calls just to avoid checking you out. I have no desire to return despite how close it is from home, I'd rather keep going to my old vet even if I have to drive an hour to get there. Also, don't be fooled by their reviews, the grooming reviews may be great and give them a higher overall rating but read the reviews in regards the Veterinary practice and you'll see what I mean.

One of the vets that saw my cat seemed to be helpful but the manager (Nicole) that runs the hospital has absolutely zero empathy towards the animals and only seems care about how much she charges you.

Everything about this animal hospital is top notch! Should be a 10 star review!

This is a terrible practice. Please save yourself the headache and take your pets to a real veterinary practice.

Dr. Alison is the BEST vet AND person I know. She wakes up each day with an amazing outlook on the day. She LOVES being a vet and has such a passion for her pets and the hospital she created. She is very thorough and honest with her patients and has a knack for explaining situations so we can understand things. Dr. Alison has truly dedicated her life to animals. I always feel safe when I see her! She deserves to be acknowledged for her outstanding work being a vet.

Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Birken and her staff. The care for my pup has been amazing. Always available when we have an emergency or just a quick question. If only all doctors were as caring as Dr. Birken. In great hands with Victoria Park Animal Hospital. Highly recommended

I came in here because they said walk ins were welcomed. Well, after waiting for almost an hour, the slob at the front, Ricardo told me they couldn’t see me because they were too busy. He’s terrible and gives the veterinary hospital a terrible first impression.

I’ve been taking my dog here for several years, and they’re amazing& kind &professional and the wait time is very short, which is nice!

I can't say enough about this team! They truly care about you and your pets. I highly recommend them to anyone who loves their dog or cat. They will take great care of you! At one of the toughest times for me and my dog they were sympathetic and compassionate and worked hard to save my dogs life. You guys rock!!

Had a excellent experience and more they handled my dog Jack very good. Was completely satisfied and now found my new veterinarian.

This is my new vet office! Love the superb customer service I received from the office manager Nicole. She made me feel very comfortable and confident that my little calico Julia Pawberts would get the best possible care for her upset tummy. Dr.Allison is very nice and got JP feeling like her spunky self. Thanks to the wonderful Staff for taking care of us! ????

Great Animal Hospital!! We have a 1yr old puppy and been with Dr. Allison Birken since day one. Our dog LOVES her. We had a few emergencies and the entire staff was there to help right away each time. I highly recommend using this vet. We also use the puppy spa which is next door and awesome.

VPAH is a god sent. I've been takin my little Robert Meowny Jr. Here for some time, but would like to Thank the wonderful and caring staff for always making us feel like family. RMJ always gets a little nervous going to the vet, but the staff always handles him with care. The office manager (Nicole) always goes above and beyond in making sure we are well takin care of and to answer any questions we may have. My 10 month old goldendoodle has been coming here since the day I brought her home at 10 weeks. She’s always excited and never afraid — even after her spay procedure. She also goes to daycare there as well which makes it more comfortable for her.

Dr. Birken Is the best veterinarian in Broward County hands down. She's intelligent passionate and amazing with my dogs. A+++

They have tried to make things right. My first experience here was great. As repeat customer I am disappointed. The first visit I felt confident in their desire to help my animal. However I brought my dog there under emergency circumstances and was charged over $1000 to have about 4 hours of care. After I asked for some help with available discounts and concerns over the charges for daily care that didn't begin until after 1pm they refunded $60. That is .6% of a difference and really bothered me after paying separate charges for the "care" and IVs and accessories then they sent me home with $200 of medications my dog would never take. I went from loving this place to having a bad taste about them in one visit. If my next visit isn't great I will probably be finding a new vet.

Very high priced, try to add services whenever they can, so be sure to go over the estimates they use as sales tools very carefully. Staff is very confused and confusing. Tried to make the place work for years because of convenient location, but I give up after this last visit.

Dr. Birken was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and concerned...a true professional.

I really really like this practice. The front office always makes me feel like they are as concerned as I am about my dog. They always get me in when I call for emergencies. The clinical staff is always so friendly and my puppy loves them!! I trust Dr Birkin with caring for my baby. Shes not aggressive but not conservative either in her treatment. Which matters to me....and they're so close to me too! Bonus!
