Extremely impressed with TLC per services. I will for sure be bringing him back. I had an appointment with another place to have my dog groomed and they canceled last minute. It was very important that I get my dog Benji in that day being that he had very bad knots on his legs and a bunch of other places. Which can be very painful..I called Tlc explained to them the situation and they were able to fit me in that day and were so friendly and accommodating they told me I could bring him in right away. I was amazed at how well they did and reasonably priced they were. The woman who groomed him was amazing and sweet. Although she only spoke a little English I made sure to let her know how appreciative I was of her and you can tell how much she cares about the animals. She was very genuine!! I will for sure recommend this place and be back. They took such good care of my baby. Here’s a before and after picture of Benji

Super friendly people and they took care of my dog super well. My dog has anxiety when left alone so when they told me that they brought her out to just sit with the lady at the front desk because she was crying really gave me a perspective of how well the treat the animals that come in :)

My dog fluffy LOOOOVES TLC. I moved here recently from SoCal for work, and shopped around for a place to board. My new company has required me to travel often as of recent and it’s wonderful to know that my chow chow, fluffy, is in great hands. She knows as we pull up, where she is and gets so excited in the car. She pulls me right into the back to say hello. This is a family run business and you can tell they know what they’re doing. They’re always super flexible and you can tell that they love these animals. 100/10 would recommend.

Brought my pups for boarding & grooming while I was on vacation. Received a million calls while on vacation from multiple people because they had no idea what they were doing with grooming after I explained multiple times to various people there. I arrive to come to find my pups with horrendous butchered haircuts. My Maltese had one side shaved short while the other was long, his face and ears are un even and he looks like he has a mohawk. My standard poodle had loose chunks of hair and his entire body was uneven with lopsided ears. I called and asked to speak to the owner to inform her her groomer was obviously incompetent. I Specified to the the person who answered that I wasn't calling for a refund but wanted to speak to the owner about all the problems I had with the facility. I had previously boarded and had grooming here and never had a problem. They took my information down and said they would have her contact me and nothing not even a simple phone call to apologize for leaving my fur babies horrendous for Christmas. Last time ever going here and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Ive had some mixed experiences with TLC. What you get is certainly dependent on your groomer! Last groom by Angel would have been 5! But they said he doesnt work there anymore. Today was worst cut he has EVER received by far! Sent a picture & this is what I got. My dog on left & pic on right. Only reason Im giving a 2 is the staff usually has good customer service. *UPDATE*: when I messaged TLC privately no one called me. I posted this & Im told this is unfair, she did the best she could, and the groomer is upset. they would rather not have me as a client because of my post! Well if anyone reads this post they will see that I stated Ive had good experiences in past with other groomers. You cant expect a 5 when you dont do good work. Ive added another pic of when someone else did a good job. I removed the groomers name, maybe she had a bad day.

I was very disappointed with the service provided by TLC pet care. I boarded my dogs with them for about 12 days over the thanksgiving holiday while I visited family out of town. This place has good ratings, so I assumed they were a good choice. When I dropped my dogs off, the place seemed clean and the woman behind the counter was courteous. She assured me that they would take care of our dogs and send pictures and updates regularly via text. I initially felt good dropping the dogs off. I didn’t get any photo updates for a few days. I started getting paranoid. Had they been stolen or sold or killed? So I had to call and insist, three times, before anyone sent any photos to me. I was about ready to end my vacation early and come home to pick up my dogs. Their inaction was extremely concerning to me. When I finally did pick up the dogs, I noticed that my small pug had gained a significant amount of weight and the brand new bag of dog food I initially gave them was nearly empty. That bag of food should have lasted much much longer than 12 days. I gave them very specific instructions on feeding, so it seems that they either grossly over fed him or they didn’t allow him to get any exercise, or both. Both of my dogs were also clearly nervous and unhappy upon bringing them home. I have never had this happen after dog care or kenneling before. My pug wouldn’t allow me to pick him up normally for several days, which has never happened before with any kennel or dog hotel. I believe my dogs may have been abused or neglected during their stay. Perhaps the people at TLC pet care are good groomers. Their reviews seem to reflect that, but I would advise against using this business for boarding.

I truly have to say that the groomer Daniel was excellent he was caring and careful, my baby looks amazing and he was not stressed out as when he went to other groomers, the price is affordable. TLC really carries the name right. I highly recommend them.

We found TLC through our neighbors and are very happy we did. They’ve groomed our dog twice now and so far so good. Two groomers show up at our door, on time, and fully bathe & groom our dog in about 1 hour. We had different groomers each time and they all seem to love dogs. Most importantly my dog comes out happy, clean and perfectly groomed to my liking. We love the service and recommend them to everyone!

This place uses dish soap to wash your animals… blue dawn dish soap. And when you call them out on it they delete your comments and messages because they know how wrong and bad that is for your dogs skin/coat!! Do NOT GO HERE: UNPROFESSIONAL. They block you on Instagram when you call them out on their unprofessional dog washing. They don’t even try to comment or say anything. The people washing the animals and grooming have no idea what they are doing besides ruining your dogs coat. They are always late and you better call or they won’t even let you know your puppy is ready for pickup. Guaranteed this message gets deleted but I won’t stop

If I could give a zero star I would, do not expect to bring your dog here for a fun doggy day care because it’s far from that. Instead your dog is stuck inside a tiny room alone and basically paying to kennel them when you expect to be paying for a fun playful daycare for dogs. Extremely unorganized too and when upset and told them they were terrible customer service and didn’t even help to solve issue. Don’t even waste time or money. Only reason went to them in first place was from found a dog daycare online that had everything we expected based on website and their sales pitch, come to find out this business now owns that one and failed to change anything or inform us that’s them now and don’t do anything the old business persuaded us in for. 100000% don’t recommend. Also how unprofessional the owner of this establishment comments back to unsatisfied customers bashing them back???? good business handling. Also, my name isn’t Alexis nor do I have an anxious dog. Thanks for the story about someone else’s dog on my comment though. Good entertainment!

First time calling them to set an appointment and from the get go was an issue with the lady that answered the phone. So I said maybe she had a bad day. So set an appointment and I told her I need it for 12:30 told me no problem its confirm. Then I called the day before the appointment to make sure we good cause I had a doctors appointment for the dog which is right after said nope can do it for 12:30 this is after it was confirm. Then put me for 1:30 okay. I called to see where is the groomer and I get a lady telling me she won’t be here till after 2:30 or so. Mine you I had it confirm cause I have a doctors appointment at 3:00 pm for the dog. These peoples communication skill sucks. They can’t be honest with there customers at all. I wouldn’t recommend them if they where the last one around. Things happen for a reason and I’m glad it did cause I would never know how my dog would be after they groome her. Terrible people. ????????????????????????????

TLC Pet Care has been superb with my cat “Kitty”. They always show up on time and treat my pet child with the utmost care. Definitely recommend.

Today my little babies were well taken care of by TLC mobile services. Panela got full grooming and my Bambi got basic. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

They always do such a great job with my baby.

They ripped off my cats claw- he was bleeding and distraught. We had him groomed once a month in Miami and he never left bleeding or upset.

It was grooming excellence. $$$ as grooming goes. My cat came home happy!

My fur babies are very happy with their spa day. Cheeze can be picky about who shaves him but he always feels at ease with the TLC groomers!

One of the best mobile grooming in my area! Daniel is so kind and patient with my baby girl. I would recommend this service for anyone who has a senior pet. He's the best!

This is an amazing place to take your fur babies! They are professional affordable and attentive to both pets and humans alike. I incourage you to go or call and they will come to you for a great experience. They even offer pet birthday parties! Got to love it!

I love love love this place. They do great work and they really love your fur babies. I got my dogs nails done for the first time outside of my vet and they did a way better job. I went back and have my baby a spa day and let me tell you he looked fantastic and smelled fantastic and he came out with a captain fantastic cape on. It was so cute and so worth the money spent. I will be a furever customer. Love you guys and thank you so much❤❤❤❤

I had to leave my precious baby, for almost 18 days. It was very hard for me. But tlc did an amazing job. The sent me pictures during the trip that helped a lot. They treated fifi like their own I highly recommend.

I have a Persian cat with a very long fur. They did an amazing work! He is clean and well groomed. Important, that it’s a wonderful communication with Catherine and they showed up right on time. These people are highly professionals. Recommending them!

Do not trust these people with your cats. I specifically told them my cat used to be a stray is very nervous. They lost my cat within the first 30 seconds of having her then had the audacity to ask if I wanted my other cat to be groomed. Are they out of their mind???? Now I'm running like crazy trying to find my cat hoping that she will come home. Take your pet next time to an actual place to groom them.

There are too many points to talk about this place and the review should be divided in boarding services and grooming because is totally different experience and service. As grooming our French bulldog was good , cleaned and provided with special treatment for the hair . We left our dog for 13 days for boarding , and everything started with the price provided via WhatsApp , and the one we really paid it was more . The woman didn’t respect the deal and this was the first thing we should think about the professionalism of the place. The information provided was poor , we didn’t even see photos about the place he would sleep and stay . We had to ask to show us everything and to ask even the basic and minimum information about the service . We paid in advance anyways the 100% in advance expecting the best service with us ( not only with our dog) . They forget the treatment to the client , to ask for a single photo or video the owener referred me to another person ( &89&$789&, text her and ask her the photos) super rude , cero compromised and with a tone annoyed always in text. We ended up feeling embarrassed about asking about how he was because always they answer with a cold attitude and again with a annoyed mode . FOR EVERY SINGLE THING that we complained after we pick him up , they had something to reply and not even one time said sorry about you felt this or that , not even a courtesy from their part. Every complaint that I told the owener was replied by : the dog was super happy so we don’t have any fault if he got scratches in his face because all the dogs play bitting each other and with the nails . What?? Then what they do when they should be supposed watching on them. The Luxury collar that he carried came dark and and trashed condition and when I asked about that she said : MAYBE BECAUSE YOUR DOG WAS PLAYING ( revolcándose ) with other dogs and that collar was necessary to leave it on because we have many dogs similar so to don’t confuse it has to be on. I attached a screenshot of the only video that they provided after asking few times showing that it was few dogs without collar , and they had only 5-8 dogs maximum those days on boarding and is totally ridiculous to justify that careless with no sense replies and lies ! Of course it will be here a reply from them defending themselves as they did today in WhatsApp . After I told them about if should be BASIC to provide a simple photo they said that they should charge money for that in the future. Definitely this place the last thing they have is sensitivity . I don’t know how is the other employees but the owner leave a lot to desire. Even talking BAD about other companies of boarding saying that I don’t know how other places treat dogs so at the end I have to be grateful with them. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL IF U REALLY CARE IF UR DOG . AT least not for boarding services No! They have to learn first a little bit of costumer service and to be professional!
