I brought my son’s hamster to get seen by Dr Kiser and he was amazing! Our hamster got bitten by our cat was not doing ok ???? The doctor helped us understand what was going on with our little hamster and gave him antibiotics, staff (Vanessa) was very helpful also. I had to call her again for instructions because i was very nervous and she was extremely helpful and sweet. I will definitely come back from now on for the care of my other pets!

Waited for 3 and a half hours to see a vet because my cat was squatting nonstop and bleeding. Ended up driving back home when it hit 4am because I was still waiting to be seen. Never got 1 call from this place. Thank god it wasn't a uti, just flutd. And no it wasn't busy, I was the 4th car and the 1st left after and hour after I got herr but they didn't call the 2nd car in till and hour later. And yes you have an record, the cat in question is sofia. This happened early mon.

I brought my senior chihuahua with a traumatic eye injury on a Monday evening. After managing to arrive and give them the list of meds he was on, I finally broke down. The vet tech who assisted me on that visit, Gillian, immediately reassured me they would take care of him and that this was not a life threatening injury -like she knew I thought it was. They rushed him to the back for pain meds and a little later came to discuss the situation. He needed eye surgery. They completed the surgery and gave me instructions for care. I was very pleased with the way everything was handled, from the speediness, thoroughness and the Covid precautions (heads-up- only one person allowed in pet with building). I was very worried two days later because my boy was in so much pain, so I went back in for a re-check. Lindsay greeted me with calm efficiency. The doctor, Dr. Kiser was SO kind and so knowledgeable and confident. He put me at ease and let me know the surgery looked good and recovery was progressing well. He took the time to show me how to more successfully administer the eye drops and pain meds. I can’t say how pleased I was. The story doesn’t end there though. Unfortunately, at the re-check with his regular vet, they took his cone off and Charlie swiped his eye. When I got home his eye (that had been sewn shut) was wide open. I returned yet again to EVC and Lindsey told me to come a little later and reassured me it would be ok for Charlie to do so. Once I returned, I feared we were facing another big surgery, but Dr. Kiser was able to make sure the eye was still supported and get it cleaned, check for potential scratches- and they were SO considerate and humane. I hope you never have an emergency with your pet, but if you do and are close to this vet, you will be well cared for in their hands.

Vet and staff listened to my concerns and were very compassionate towards the decision that needed to be made. Their care for my pet and my feelings were above and beyond!

brought my 10 year old miniature schnauzer here last night for the 1st time because on our after work walk around 6pm he stepped on a bee and would not put weight on his front leg and was whimpering. My vet had already closed for the night but recommended I bring him here. I only had to wait about 15 minutes and was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Thomas was able to find and remove the bee stinger and showed it to me. The nurse (sorry I forgot her name) was also very kind and helpful. I was very happy with my experience there and the cost was actually very reasonable (I was not expecting that). Thank you for helping my pup and making me feel comfortable!

If you're reading this review, you're likely very concerned about your pet and need to make a time-sensitive decision on where to take him/her. So, GO HERE NOW! As the daughter of a vet and pet rescue board member, I was impressed with the team - they were transparent, reactive and thorough when my elderly cat needed emergency medical care. The costs was more than fair --- especially considering they provided onsite Rx and have capabilities to complete lab work onsite. While they may not have giant flat screens or self-serve coffee station in the waiting room (commonly found at BluePearl locations), the price is much lower due to not spending resources on those glossy facades that do not serve to the benefit or care of your pet. I'm so grateful to have found them when I did - my kitty is doing wonderfully!!!

I haven’t even gotten my dog back, but the woman running the desk was so unprofessional I had to review. I’ve been in the industry for 23 years, I’ve never met a person so rude, inept, entitled and disrespectful in the animal care industry …

Saturday afternoon my baby girl Princess Blanca was having really bad seizures for the first time and I don’t know what to do!!. Rushed my baby to 24 pet emergency center and immediately they grabbed her from me and took her to the back!. What was even more shocking is how Paige, the doctor and everyone (I am remember there names) there was willing to work with me to save my baby!. Paige went out her way to make sure that my princess was gonna be seen and taken care of!. I don’t know what to say or how to thank them!. Princess is home now and playing like nothing ever happened!. When I picked her up later that night, you can tell they took really good care of her because she’s not a people person dog ????!. They explained to me what to watch out for and if anything come up bring her back!. It’s Monday now and she’s wild like a child… Thank you so much You guys!. I really appreciate everything you guys have done for Princess ???? ????????

My First time ever going to a Pet Emergency. I must say I was very impressed not only with the care my pet received...but the cost. I felt it was very reasonable. The wait was not that bad at all. Dr Schneider and Lindsay were super nice. Thank You Again.

Had to wait a couple hours to get in, but that is understandable for an emergency center. The doctor was great and the nurse on duty was also awesome. Props to her for all of the flack she has to deal with for people being upset about waiting. She handled it well.

My gratitude to Dr Schneider and Lindsay Montgomery for taking such amazing care of my darling bichon Olivia during her bladder stone ordeal. Lindsay was also very helpful post surgery with my multiple questions and kept me sane while my husband was out of the country. Thank you so very much!

I loved this place! My dog was already having health issues and I thought they were getting worse so I needed to find a vet that could see us the same day. I called multiple places and this was the only place that could take us same day. I saw Dr. Thomas who listened to all my concerns and explained everything perfectly. Additionally, the price was not as bad as I thought it would be for an emergency center and same day visit. I will definitely be coming back for future emergencies.

The owner Paige was just super professional and amazing. I have never dealt with such a sweet lady in my life. A mistake happened and she called me right away and found a solution with actually caring. Something people do not do these days. Thank you so much Paige. You guys Rock.

I experienced very sympathetic relations with this Pet Hospital and appreciated all their sensitivities when I brought a feral kitten ……..I recommend them because the staff cares about the animals first and the owner. Xox Thank you. ????

I took my dog in because she had gotten into her food and ate about a weeks worth. It was kind of late at night and it was about 20 min wait. The vet was patient and excellent with my dog. I had to trust them with her life not knowing them from a hole in the wall. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because the person at front desk is a little rude. I understand they are busy but we think of our pets as our children and it’s nerve wracking! A little kindness and patience can go a long way. Once we were inside the experience was better. I will bring my girl here again.

Grateful for Pet Emergency Center! Helpful, caring staff and compassionate doctor. Had to bring my dog in last week. They admitted him quickly and 20 minutes, had answers and next steps - unfortunately, required emergency surgery. They explained everything (procedure, estimated costs, recovery, etc) and took away much of the anxiety. I was kept up-to-date on progress and recovery. All went well and my pup is recovering nicely. ????

Dr. Schneider is an amazing dr. She saved our bunny whom we thought was not going to make it. Only negative thing about this clinic is the receptionist. Very rude and insensitive.
