Doctor is very unprofessional got to go to a different dog place !!

After months of seeing multiple vets and struggling to diagnose our dog's condition, Dr. Gonzalez was able to provide us with an answer and set us down a path to getting him healthy again. Thank you so much!

So I have a small dog I literally called all the vets around and could not get an appointment for my sick chihuahua.... I literally called them that same day and they made accommodations to see my sick dog, they are professional and tell you how it is there was no BS. They told me the prices I expected it to be an arm and a leg and it wasn't. The staff is amazing because I would literally call all the time and they would politely answer my call even if it was dumb question. I highly recommend this place to anyone because everyone is treated fairly and the animals receive the best care.

They were able to get us in the same day for a last minute appt need. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick and we appreciate it very much. Great vet!!

Dr Gonzalez and his staff are amazing. They go above and beyond with their patients. Made our Coco's operation a pleasant one. Dr Gonzalez called to update us on the procedure and how it went. I’ve been waiting for a quote over 7 days, when my dog diagnosis, was that needs a surgery. No more details about it, recovery , etc. Just told me that I should wait for a quotation. Is the 1st time that during covid, I experienced the most careless service. Even when everything is through the phone. They only gave me, medications for 7 days without any other indications. My dog still without any quote, any treatment and no pain medications. Definitely I’m moving for second opinions. So sad to had that experience in my first visit, when your pet diagnosis was good.

Dr. Gonzalez and the staff at Fort Lauderdale vet center are absolutely amazing. We have been with them for 2 years and they have always been available for our Avery for everything from checkups to emergency visits. I am so very sad to be leaving them as we are relocating quite a bit farther North in Lauderdale. Recommend them wholeheartedly!! ???? ❤️

Wonderful service! I recently picked up a stray cat and the staff was friendly and professional. They answered my numerous questions and were so personable.

I've been taking my little Picasso here for the last 5 years. I found Picasso on the internet and when I picked him up, he was not very healthy (blood in his urine and fleas). I called Fort Lauderdale Veterinary Center on a late Friday and they made time for me to come in right away. Not only that, but they were informative and helpful always to anything that has come up. They are always so kind and polite and sweet to the both of us. I am going to miss coming here when I move to Miami and highly recommend them for the love and care of your pets.

Always a pleasure to take our dogs to Dr. Gonzalez! The staff care about the animals and are polite and helpful. The vets are also happy to suggest homeopathic treatments as an option for general health and well being rather than just prescribe expensive meds right off the bat when there are alternative possibilities. Highly recommended business!

Dr. Gonzalez and his staff make every experience a pleasant one. Every question gets answered with professionalism and patience. Our dog Creed has been going to him since he was a puppy and they do a great job of knowing him and us as soon as we walk in. They really make us feel like our dog is in great care. I love my dog and knowing he is cared for with the same passion is a huge stress relief.

I took my new cat to the vet to get her shots and a lump looked at. They were very professional and adhered to strict rules around coronavirus which made me feel good about bringing her into a new place. They took great care of her and informed me of what I needed to do to help her live her best life. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet!!

Dr. Gonzalez and staff were just phenomenal. There professionalism and customer service was exceptional! The best I’ve had since living here in South Florida. He really saved my cat Nami. She had been calling out/crying more often than usual and digging in the tub and then I noticed she had blood in her urine. He immediately got her in and made her comfortable until a day later where he could get her in for surgery to remove two dime sized bladder stones. I really love him and all his staff, they saved my sweet baby kitty, (she is neither a baby nor a kitten and she is NOT sweet) but he made her feel so much better and I know she of above all is thankful for Dr. Gonzalez and his loving staff. Thank you again! I’ll be seeing you all again real soon, because like I’ve said before, I have two other “baby kitties” Leona and Hercules who have yet to meet you all!

I was very nervous to bring my dog to the vet during the covid-19 pandemic because I wouldn’t be able to go in with her, but this staff made it a very stress free experience! They were all so friendly and I feel more than confident that they have my dog’s best interest. They are professional and some of the nicest people, and they don’t overcharge! :)

Without having met me except for one phone call, the entire staff moved mountains to help get an appointment scheduled for a dog that needed to fly out of Miami in a few hours and was lacking a valid health certificate. They saved us hundreds of dollars and many many hours by being so accommodating for a dog and owner that were from out of the state and country and had never been patients at the clinic. Thank you so much for the help!

We spent the holidays in Fort Lauderdale and brought our pup out here from Texas. Fort Lauderdale Veterinary Center was highly recommended to us so we brought Canyon here for an exam to be cleared to fly home. Dr. Gonzalez and his staff were very accommodating, patient, and great with our dog. The office is very clean and organized. We will definitely be coming back to see them the next time we're in town for the holidays. Highly recommend using their services. They definitely went above and beyond with our situation.
