This is a great grooming Salon. I have my dogs nails cut here all the time. The owner is super nice and very knowledgeable about grooming and all types of dogs.She always accommodates us . THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES. ALWAYS FRIENDLY.

I love bringing my Yorkie to this place to get grooming. Mrs. Tanya and her husband are the best at what they do. At first, I was hesitant to bring my baby king here because I did not know anything about this Pet Salon. However, I am very glad I did. I feel so welcome whenever I walk inside Continental Pet Salon with my dog. They have great costumers service skills and very excellent dog service skills.

Continental is awesome! My dogs are very sensitive and selective with people they like. I have never brought my dogs to a groomer where they DRAG me to the door. Their baths and haircuts are top notch, affordable, and best of all- my dogs LOVE THEM! Thank you both so much. (See the before and after of how great they look after being shaved)

Best ever for your animal ????

Our dog Cookie has gone through various groomers through the years. After what we assume was a very bad grooming experienced that left our dog scarred for life, we were determined to find a groomer who could - to put it bluntly - handle the aggression of our dog. Other groomers have tried muzzles, while others recommended to sedate her. We called our vet to get their advice on sedation, when they recommended Continental Pet Salon. Needless to say, this salon was a miracle for us. Tonda and her husband were extremely patient with Cookie, and left us feeling extremely satisfied. We will definitely be coming back for Cookie's next hair cut.

I absolutely love this groomer and her assistant, such a warm friendly place. I have been bringing my dogs to her since they were 3 months old, now they're 13 years old. I would never take them anywhere else and they couldn't be more happy to see her when we get there. My fur babies always look and smell great when I pick them up. And I cant thank her enough for how wonderful she treats us.

Great Experience! My dog is a German Spitz - like a larger pom - so there's a lot of hair to brush out, some hair to trim, and opaque black nails to cut. She squirms when she's getting combed - so I'm glad to have someone else groom her. I took my dog to Continental Pet Salon yesterday for the first time. I chose them because I liked their reviews online - and they're convenient as I live south of the New River. Ahead of taking my dog in, I called my vet's office - they are familiar with Continental Pet Salon and have only ever heard good things. Continental Pet Salon has a nice atmosphere in the place: calm, clean and friendly. Tonda, who has been grooming dogs for 30 years, made helpful suggestions and options for grooming my dog. Tonda said it'd take about 2 hours. I like that Tonda schedules grooming so the dogs have only a short waiting time. When I returned to the shop after getting a call two hours later, my dog was relaxed and smiling - like she had a pleasant spa day. Her grooming looked great. She smelled good. Clearly, the people at Continental Pet Salon know how dogs like to be treated.I'm glad to have found them and will be returning.

Tonda and her husband are amazing. They are very gental and super friendly. my dog absolutely loves going in. His tail wags non stop when he sees them. I wouldn't trust any other groomer with him. If you're thinking to try them, don't hesitate any longer. You won't be disappointed.

We at continental pets would just like to give a big thank you to all of the people who take the time to come on here and post. We don't usually do this but we came acrossed a review that was kind of upsetting. Last week we were on our way out the door at 3 pm when we got a phone call from a girl named Ashley Hernandez. She asked to come in with her 2 small dachshunds. We told her we were closed but since we love the animals and what we do we stayed so she could come in. She took 15 to 20 minutes to get here once she got here we immediately started service on her dogs. However if you read her review she pinpointed out a few of our negativities here some of those being that we cut her dog's nail too short or the bath was too quick or we didn't rotate our dryers .And last that her dog kinds still smelled. Either your dog does or doesn't lol. Here are some things she failed to include. I'd like to respond to those issues by saying her dog had just went to the vet and had his nails cut they were already short when she brought them in . The bath seems quick because again as I stated she has dachshunds that are 6 pounds puppies at that it didn't require a 20-minute bath . And as far as the dryers not being rotated we dry all of our dogs here and an open vented cage with three cool dryers and one warm dryer on at a time . In which our facility is very open and we allow our customers to stand freely and watch every move we make with their animals. And unfortunately as she posted in her review we do not accept credit cards because we are a small business however we do accept cash and checks. Also being the daughter of the owner who works here I would just like to clearly state that this is a drug free business and I am sorry that she felt that I was on hard drugs but due to me just recently getting braces I've been having a hard time eating which has caused weight loss unfortunately in my life which I am not happy about however the end result with a beautiful smile will all be worth it. They are the best to me. I've taken both my dogs to them Tonda and her husband are nice and considerate, very professional and knowledgeable about the dogs in their care. They actually know all their names and conditions of the dogs. Continental Pet Salon you rock.
