She truly takes into consideration your ideal look for your pup and makes it happen, can even send you pictures in the process to confirm satisfaction. Our puppy had never been groomed before so I was a little concerned how he'd do and how he'd look afterward and Michelle made sure I was kept aware of his progress every step of the way via text to allay my fears. I couldn't be happier with Michelle or her team. Alfie came out great and everyone is happy.

I was only in town for a couple days, traveling thru by boat. My yellow lab, Cassie was having difficulty transitioning from cold north to south Florida. They managed to squeeze her into their already busy schedule and clipped her up. She is much more comfortable now.

This was my first time using a grooming service and I am so glad I chose Michelle's...she took my doggie last minute before closing and was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about her services...it was also very affordable and my dog came out of there very calm, smelling and looking good! She even sent me a cute update photo of my dog...I couldn't be happier! Thank you Michelle!

Michelle is absolutely incredible. She is amazing person and she clearly loves what she does. My senior min pin, Dolce, loves coming here even though she dislikes all other groomers and vets. Michelle sends me multiple pictures while dolce is there and always sends her home with cute collars, bows, and/or scarves.

Great service Pleasant atmosphere. My pet & I love's the one on one attention they give as they listen to what you want for your pet as well as advise you what they see the pet needs. You are look at 3 different visits and I love every cut and care that Bam-bam has received! If I could give Michelle's 10 stars I would. Michelle's does a fabulous job with my Milo. It's easy to get an appointment even at a last minute appointment needed. The gals at Michelle's treat my Milo like one of their own. Love the service Love the employees would recommend them very highly.
