I've never had a bad experience here. They have everything to meet my pet supply needs. They have holistic remedies, the refrigerated type foods, grain free, allergy food and treatments, treats, toys, strollers, collapsible drinking bowls for on the go, harness and leashes, shampoos, specialty items; the list just keeps going. I could go on forever. It's a small store and it's packed with goodness. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a donation tray that goes to a different shelter every month (I think it's a monthly rotation) at the cashier; I think that's wonderful. I like to endorse local businesses and Auggie's is definitely a local business. I will never go anywhere else. If they don't have something you need, just ask. They will order it and stock it for you. I can't say enough nice things about them! I wish I had known about them before.

Workers more interested in talking to themselves than helping you.

Awesome place! I go here for all the time. They have a great selection of foods especially if your dog has special dietary needs and all the people who work here really know their stuff. I highly recommend!

Im very fortunate they carry raw frozen primal for cats . Its been very hard to come across this brand locally. ????????

Incredible selection of food choices for even the pickiest of dogs. The staff are superb.

Great selection and they're always very friendly over the phone. Sometimes my in-store experiences with staff have been less than stellar, but this place is still a million times better than the big chain stores.

I was very pleased to find some food that my dog was able to eat. The lady was so helpful reading labels to see if food contained any of things she was allergic to. I will go back!

They are outstanding, you can tell they care for the doggies and that they're clean and neat. Also prices are super fair :). Customer Service is top notch, they fit me in last minute and worked with my messy schedule, informed me after the bath how they found everything with my pug Franklin and made me feel very comfortable (me and Franklin ) I will be a loyal customer from now on Thanks again for the great service

We took our cats into the grooming side for a little shave and nails trimmed. Jennifer was excellent when they got scared, and was so wonderful with them. Steve took the time to explain to us and get to know our fur babies. I will be a dedicated loyal customer.. I can't recommend this place enough!

Pretty much back to regular operating hours and prevent a stick place to go shopping for your Furry Friends their Spa is even back up and operating

They have everything I want for my dogs I even take my doggy patients over there to get better food for their pets. Very pricey but quality
