This place is just set up to milk you for your money. Be careful if you have yo take your animal there. You dont want to cause your baby unnessary stress and pain. that's to your respons-Treat them properly at the begin with . Dont just let your intern take care of them. The intern who called me back should not be even a Vet after what he had told me about the culture. I paid $200 for the culture to get the the bottom of issues. That culture had more antibiotic names on there than any bacteria or virus. I can go on and on. So just shup up

My experience was the best ! Since the moment I walked in they greeted me and my pup. They examen my dog pretty quick and gave me results to why she was having those eye synthoms. Dr seemed very knowledgable and helped me understand what was wrong with my pup eyes. They were charging me a reasonable price but ended up paying less! They are very generous and kind! Will come back for my pups check up in 3 months.

Cocoa (my 13 y.o. Shih Tzu) developed cataracts and glaucoma. I was beside myself. Cocoa is being seen for almost a year. Last week he had to undergo an eye procedure. Again, I was a wreck. Dr Bertram answered all my questions and followed up twice the very next day. The entire staff goes beyond the call of duty. Whether it’s for a prescription refill, or an appointment, their professionalism is epic, every-single-time. Thank you ???????? so much for all you do!!!

DO NOT RUSH YOU, STAFF IS HELPFUL, SERVICE IS PRETTY FSST, REGULAR VET NEVER ADVISED MY DOG WAS BLIND IN ONE EYE, AND NEEDED TREATMENT FOR GLACOMA. They fit my dog in within 24 hrs, diagnosed and treated the problem that same day, and made follow-up calls to check on recovery progress. The entire staff are caring and professional.

"Big Boy" (Gordo), a stray cat was taken in for surgery to correct a bilateral Entropion. It's been a week after the surgery and he is doing very well on his recovery. Kudos to Dr. Keenan (who I think performed the surgery), to the Dr. I spoke with in the parking lot during the initial evaluation who gave us a few treatment options in a very honest way, and Danny, Olga, Angie and Monica and the rest of the staff. Very compassionate and professional staff. They have been following up on his recovery. I just wanted to say Thank you! I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for an animal clinic that will provide with honest excellent care for your pet and won't rip you off.

We recently moved to Miami and it was very overwhelming finding a new vet and animal eye doctor, especially when we have a senior dog. BUT. I am SO happy we found this office!!! They made us feel like we didn’t have to start over; they welcomed us like family, were very professional, safe and kind. They hugged our dog right away and talked to him like he was one of their own. Our dog did see another animal eye doctor in Colorado where we were originally from, and we liked them but they were very expensive. Eye care can be a lot of money but it makes a huge difference in your dog’s life. This office only does what is necessary to keep the eyes clear, provide relief and track all of the issues. They also are honest upfront about costs and will do what they can to avoid ridiculous bills. AND our dog’s eyes are even better than they ever were!!! So happy!

Great customer service and attentiveness

We’ve had the upmost pleasure of being introduced to the wonderful and helpful staff of Animal Eye Guys when our 15 y.o. pup had issues with her eye. They explained EVERYTHING thoroughly, went through all options, and were so patient and kind with us. Unfortunately, shortly after our visit, our pup passed away (unrelated to her issues with her eye). When Animal Eye Guys were notified, they gave us our sincere condolences. Shortly after, and completely unexpected, we received a beautiful card in the mail further expressing their condolences. Today, I received a letter from ACVO Vision for Animals Foundations informing me that Animal Eye Guys made a donation in our pup’s honor. Strangers never felt more like family, and their continue thoughts and gestures are felt whole heartedly. We are truly grateful to have crossed paths with Animal Eye Guys... they’re beyond amazing! I can't say enough nice things about the people that work at Animal Eye Guys. I had to bring my dog to them for an Emergency visit, and eventually had to have his eye removed. Everyone was amazing, from the staff answering the phones to the surgeon that operated on my dog. The whole process was thoroughly explained and any questions I had were answered without hesitation. You can tell they really care about their job and their customers.

Very nice staff, very thorough and professional doctor, gives thorough exam, explains all aspects of the plan of care. Cost for services is a little high but you get your moneys worth. The wait was a little long but they even came out with periodic reports but most important, they treated my Chow Chow with personable care. Great place. I will return.

I liked the attitude by the nurse that took Luna inside the office. She had a special care and attention to Luna and she was extremely polite with us outside. What a great team. the Miami Garden's office

Top notch service! This office has a COVID protocol, which puts me at ease. The staff are professional, and caring of my cat Rocket. I believe it's Carolyn that has helped me both visits. She complimented me on Rocket's behavior, and even remembered him on our checkup visit. Dr. Martinez provided great service for my cat, gave a thorough explanation of his condition, and put him on a helpful regimen. I highly recommend this office!

I was so nervous about my finding a specialist for my cat. I knew there wouldn't be many to choose from and this concerned me about price and quality. But Animal Eye Guys put all of those concerns to rest.

The best! Every professional was perfect with my dog. I really recommend.

Made and confirmed an appointment, drove 45 minutes through rush hour to get there, only to find that their appointment scheduler made a mistake and set me up for a week later. They were full and now I have a cat with an aggressive virus clouding her eye, unseen by the “animal eye guys”. Their systems are antiquated — no email or text communication, and you wait for 5-10 minutes to speak with anyone on the phone. Very unprofessional. But they have a near monopoly on opthamology in South Florida, so like the cable company and the power company, they feel they can get away with abusing their clientele.

Dr Martinez and Dr Artemis are wonderful they always take wonderful care of my dog.

We’ve been brining our foster cat there since we got him. They’ve done such a great job of caring for him and helping us save both his eyes. He is blind in one still, but he will get to keep it.

Worst experience. Staff was not helpful and rude. I switched Doctor's after my visit.

Fast and efficient service during vivid and reasonable prices

Employees here are very disrespectful and rude, they show no concerns for you worries when it pertains to your pets. They make sarcastic remarks as response to any concerns or questions. When trying to explain something to them or ask a question you are easily dismissed. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone honestly if you truly care for your fur babies. Was expecting way better customer service than received.
