My first visit to this facility made me feel comfortable that I made a good decision to take my cat there for needed surgery. They made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. My older cat needs this surgery to remove a large cyst on his neck. This expense will not be easy for me however my cat.deserves the best care possible.

When I came to this hospital for the first time in the end of August I had a good impression and gave a good review. The second time was a disaster. I found out that the health issues that my cat has now have been there since the first visit but they failed to inform me at the time. The issues are not difficult to be detected (dental problems, ear mites, nodules in her belly) if they have done a proper wellness exam but they didn't. Yesterday, when I asked to speak with the doctor that took care of my cat she wasn't available and I was transferred to her colleague that couldn't answer any of my questions. When I complaint she told me to go someplace else. Is this what to expect from a professional? I don't think so. Extremely disappointed with their services. Lack of professionalism was appalling. Will never go back for sure!

Took my cat for a UTI issue. Everyone was very nice, the vet called and spoke to me multiple times to let me know what was going on and i got a hand written letter in the mail afterwards to thank me for bringing my cat there which I thought was very sweet

I was visiting Fort Lauderdale when my Westie developed an intense itching and scratching allergic reaction. Arbor fit me in between appointments on a Monday, and their treatment brought immediate relief. The vet was a kind, soft spoken, and reassuring doctor. We were so pleased, and my Westie immediately felt so much better. (I was referred by a family member.)

Great experience, they took good care of our cat, they prescribed the right meds and now she's doing so much better. Happy we found this place through a friend who takes his 3 dogs there.

I'm very satisfied with the service, they are very professional, I explained to them that I was moving to Mexico and they helped me with the process so that my 2 cats arrived safely, with all their vaccinations and the medical certificate required by the airline and Mexico. Thank you very much

I have been bringing my pets to Arbor for years. And before that, my parents were bringing our family pets there when I was a kid. The staff and all the doctors are great all around. You can tell they love what they do and really care about your pet. Most recently, my dog had to be hospitalized for 3 days in a row and she received excellent care from Brittany, Dr. Miyamoto, and Dr. Mogyoros. I appreciate all the staff and everything they do.

I am new with Arbour Pet Hospital over the last few years. At first things were okay and I was happy to come back for my pet care needs. Today however I am very disappointed. I realize we are in pandemic and owners cannot come in with pets. My disabled cat had accident in her carrier and I am thankful staff did their best to clean her and the carrier up. I am upset #1 because there is 1 option only for a large cat and flea treatment at this vet. Bravecto plus 2 month only and despite my calls I am not able to get anything but that here for her. I had trouble getting the paper script to send to Chewy and today thankfully could get it after the visit. Certainly flea and tick preventative is not a one size fits all for all pets but they do not have a large kitty dose so I could not get a one month to hold us over so I can mail the prescription to Chewy. We are all going through staffing difficulties due to pandemic guidelines and I did not appreciate the head shaking and eye rolling from female tech as I gave her my credit card to process payment so I could get back to work as soon as I could . I did not appreciate the tech holding his hand up at me when he was walking back into the building. I specifically told him I needed to leave by a certain time when he came for my cat initially after I waited 10 min when I arrived. I had a time constraint for work and really could have had more support from this staff under the circumstances. I am thankful for the care they have provided but really the customer service here could really improve. If I treated my customers that way I would be out of a job. This is Florida and they are slow and do not care about other peoples work schedules so it does not matter. My pet Will not be returning here which is disappointing to say the least

I can’t put into words how amazed I am with the staff at Arbor pet hospital. Heather did an amazing job and so did the rest of her team, I was never left wondering what was happening with my dogs surgery and the doctor called me immediately after and took the time to explain everything to me and answer any and all of my questions. I would give 10 stars if I could !!

They were able to fit my dog Lulu in for an emergency appointment the day after I called. I was super grateful because Lulu was noticebly in a lot of pain and was concerned about her going the whole weekend in her state. The staff was super helpful and accomodating when I dropped her off. They were very communicative and honest about pricing. After calling with concerns they were very responsive and reassuring. I would recommend them to anyone looking for responsible care for their pet.

Such friendly and personable service. I drive 20 mins to take my Great Pyrenees there and they do such a good job taking care of and loving her... and making her smell good when she goes to get bathed/groomed. Affordable services too compared to other vets.

We take our pets to this hospital. This pet hospital's doctors provide excellent service. We like that they do dental x-rays as part of your pet's dental cleaning. Not many veterinarians offer dental x-rays. It is necessary to know the …

MY first visit with a new rescue in the family for a worm check... they were very accommodating and seem to really LOVE their jobs... not just a # in a business... definitely recommend and will be back!

The staff here is very courteous. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and attentive. The team's devotion to the well being of these animals is evident. I've had a consistently positive experience here for my dog and 2 cats over the past 4 years

They gave me a price for what I thought was for my dogs ear infection. Added some 90.00 medicine for allergies on my bill which I was not made aware was 90.00 when they told me over the phone they were sending my dog home with it. And they would not take the medicine back that I just got 10 mins beforehand that wasn't even touched. It is a maintenance medicine in which I can not afford 90.00 a month for. If they would have told me the price and that the medicine would have to be taken every month or if the problems persist I'd have NEVER gotten it. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place just for them not to take back the medicine in which I was not given proper information about. My bill was over 400 which last time I brought him there for the same exact thing wasn't even 300. After all the money ive already spent there you'd think they'd give me a refund for medicine in which I was NOT properly informed about. That is their mistake not mine and I spent almost all of my stimulus money on my dog and I have a 5 month old and that 90.00 for medicine that he will likely have to take again in order to help his bad allergies could've gone towards my infant or finding a cheaper alternative to this ridiculously expensive medication that I wasn't given proper info about.

When spay and neuter services where unavailable at the Humane Society,, because of Covid-19 Arbor Pet Hospital was first in re-establishing service for feral outside cats. One of them from my yard had just had Kittens and the other cat was heading in that direction. I managed to give 4 of the 5 kittens away to one person who said she was establishing a Kitten rescue. The staff at Arbor Pet Hospital are very sweet from receptionist to care givers to Dr.s. When I had dogs, they were great as well. Thank you Arbor Pet Hospital. P. S The cats are doing well and the mama cat is still nursing the one kitten that is left.

We liked Dr. Steele a lot, but I originally requested heartworm medication and flea prevention. I only received the heartworm rx. I had to return the next day to obtain the flea medication.

I've been going to this animal hospital for 20 years with different pets. From the front desk to the doctors, all are compassionate and caring. I do believe my dog receives the best care available here. My current dog has dementia and Dr. M was able to diagnose and refer me to a specialist that added at least 2 years to his life through a proper medications.

Dogs were there for 8 nights and taken care of quite well. Extremely decent price for boarding dogs....the way it should be!!

I have brought 4 cats in to this hospital since 2007. I was satisfied for with their care several years. However, each time there is something seriously wrong with one: the veterinarians have never been able to give me a diagnosis after I have spent hundreds of dollars. Therefore, take your pet to another veterinarian where they can be diagnosed correctly (like I have), if you are concerned about their well-being.
