Willowdale will forever be our go-to veterinarian. I had an emergency with one of our beloved kitties. I called, and they had me bring him in within under an hour. They did everything to make Leo and myself comfortable. I didn't know that Leo wouldn't be coming home with me. It broke my heart! Willowdale was compassionate and helpful in such a difficult situation.

every time we bring our pets to Willowdale is a good experience for them The care, empathy and love they have shared with our dog and two cats has been the best. We are now down to one cat (best feral cat ever!) and even he is not afraid to Willowdale. thank you for all you do for those who need a voice.

I've been bringing 2 dogs to Willowdale over a period of 15 years. All of the staff and Vets have been amazingly professional, and consistent. They truly care about my dogs as if they were their own. I recommend Willowdale with the utmost of confidence.

Dr. Otter has taken care of 7 of our animals over the past 26 years. We can always count on the whole staff to take great care of our furbabies when we have needed them.

Don’t go here! I took my 2 kittens here to get fixed and they said it would be about $200, after surgery it ended up being over $500!!! I gave this place a second chance after hearing good things about it & one day I came home to my cat sick. Everywhere was closed so I took him to blue pearl where they told me he had feline herpes. They told me he would be fine over night and to take him to my normal vet the next day. I took him to willowdale the next day and they said it wasn’t feline herpes. Took him back 2 days later because it had gotten worse and they still said they didn’t think it was feline herpes. I ended up at the all animal eye clinic where they said it was feline herpes and treated him for it and it was gone in a few days. $1100 down the drain. The owner will continue to say that I am trying to defame her business which isn’t at all the case. I’m writing a review to warn people. I also left a Yelp review and a Facebook review where she completely lied and didn’t take responsibility.

Doctor Gimble is great and the staff is awesome. We have been seeing her for four years. We have three Great Danes and two cats and she takes care of all of them.

Excellent vet. They truly care about your pets and wants the best for them. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Doctor ottie is the best

Our pup ate something rubbery along with some stick and acorns ???? All this got lodged in her intestines. The doctors were able to remove it and she is back home feeling much better. We are grateful!

Would not take any of my pets anywhere else!!

Loved them! It was our 14 yo yellow labs last stop before his trip across the rainbow bridge. The doctor gave him a sedative (our choice) and hand fed him peanut butter until he fell asleep, which we thought was very kind of her.

Have taken my fur babies to Willowdale since we moved here several years ago. They have always been kind, courteous and professional. Great place!

loved them at first when we had to put our beloved dog down but then after our new dog I saw Dr. oddie, she was condescending, abrupt, and basically said that our adopted dog was not a cinderella story - she kept talking about her grandchildren and my dog, I don't have any small kids, and I have no idea what her grandkids have to do with me or my dog- the rest of staff were lovely but I would never recommend a vet (Dr. Oddie) who implied my rescue dog was a lost cause- there are no bad dogs- only bad................. sorry but this is a true and accurate statement regarding my experience.

Dr. Otte is so compassionate and helped us with the difficult decisions at the end of our pet’s life. The whole staff there is so kind. I cannot say enough good things about Willowdale.
