I talk with Shirley and Charlie on the phone and when I tell you Charlie was so nice about helping me I am a blind person and he help me so greatly and was patient with me I would recommend vanity pumps to anyone just even for the customer service that they give you they are very attentive to you they try to meet your needs and it’s all about the customer with them have a great day .

Pups were so cute and owner was very friendly and helpful.

She is amazing to deal with. I picked out my puppy and she stayed in contact with me the whole time. She kept me up to date on his first vet visit and when she delivered him to me; she had brought food and answered all of my questions; even ones after she had left. I highly recommend Vanity pups.

I love this place for the care of my cat! They have groomed him many times and giving him a Lion cut! My boy loves to be groomed! I recommend Vanity Pups! I have stage 4 lung cancer and it’s hard to groom him on my own anymore. They are the best! You will be very happy!

I had a wonderful experience with the owner! At first, I was a bit skeptical. Of course I asked questions non-stop! The owner responded to ever single question, day end and day out. I was able to visit my puppy and the whole experience felt secure afterward. Picked up my puppy through special order...took my puppy to the recommended vet and my baby girl is healthy (no medical issues). I would highly recommend Vanity Pups, and purchase again in the future ❤️

Shirley is very knowledgeable! After we special ordered our yorkshire terrier she sent us pictures and videos! Even after being home a week she texted to see how he was doing. I would recommend working with her!

Closed. Tried emailing several times inquiring about puppies on their site. Went to the store and not a thing in it.

Literally just left. There were 3 little dogs at the door. I was afraid they would get out. Apparently not. One bit my toe as I went to step in the door. Nothing serious but there was no apology or anything....the person in the store just looked at me.....wierdest encounter ever at a puppy store.

Rode an hour just for it to be closed during open hours. Looked inside and it was trashy.. won't be returning

Adopt don’t shop. This place is shameful.

No reputable pet shop sells 6 week old puppies. Puppies need to be with their parents and litter mates at that age.

I waited a long time to write my review because I was waiting to see if things would get better but they didn't. We bought our pup first week of June and brought him home a week later. He was given a "clear bill" of health from the vet that Vanity Pups uses. I took him the next day to my vet for a full exam. Come to find out the pup had a parasite. He was on medication, special diet for about 6 weeks. Vanity credited us back the money we spent on the extra medical bills. At this point I would have given them a high rating. My disappointment is that we are more than 2 months in and are still waiting for the litter registration papers. Michael would respond back via my text that either the breeder sent it and he's not sure why they didn't get it and that they were sending it again. This has been going on way too long. I feel as though we are getting the "run around" and now he's not responding to my text message. I've emailed the store directly and nothing. This raises some "red flags". Where did they actually get my little guy from? Makes you think.

We have been searching for a groomer for our Maltipoo. The one we loved moved away. We brought our fur baby to Shirley and she did an awesome job!! They had an opening the very day we called too. We already booked our next appointment!

They do such a great job grooming my dog. He loves it there.

This is a great place to purchase your puppy. The staff is very nice. Michael was super helpful. I purchased a female shih Tzu from them and I and very happy that I did! They also have affordable prices!

Great experience purchasing our Morkie at Vanity Pups. Michael did all he could to help us bring home our daughter’s dream puppy. Store is clean and puppies are well cared for in crib type set up. Michael was friendly, patient and answered all of our questions. He sells an awesome puppy kit that truly has all you need to get off on the right foot with your new baby. We will be bringing him back for grooming and taking advantage of a store discount.

We just wanted to take the time out and say we had a enjoyable purchase of our puppy from Vanity pups the owner was very helpful and went over and beyond in taking care of our bundle of joy and finding her for us the most enjoyable things was she explained everything in detail and was up front and honest with the purchase thank u so much ???? Have been visiting Vanity Pups for a couple of years now. Loved coming in to see and pet the puppies with my daughter and son. We finally decided to add a furry baby to our family and are very happy with our puppy. Shirley was very thorough explaining what to expect and gave us all medical certifications, records, etc. Our baby is a Zuchon and is perfectly healthy. Our first vet appointment was completely covered and part of the puppy purchase. We did use Plantation Animal Hospital (which is their vet) and our experience there as well was excellent. Shirley will answer all of your questions, she is very patient and dedicated and truly cares about her puppies. We had a very good experience through the whole process and definitely recommend them if you are thinking of adding a fur baby to your family.

Happy happy happy!!! Now the way I look at it is if there’s negative reviews some people you just can’t make happy because they did everything to make sure that this would be a great experience for both puppy and I and that this puppy would be completely ready with health certificate to go home and if anything should occur I am fully aware of what they cover and what they don’t and if I didn’t want to do that I did not have to so it’s all about knowing what you’re doing and understanding I think it’s amazing what they do take care of. I was very scared, I have a mini dapple Dashshound And at 2 1/2 pounds it was very scary but everything she told me was exactly the way it would be !! Not only did she keep me completely informed as I was purchasing her but so did their vet which once again we are very informational. So are you people out there that talking negative maybe you should understand what you’re getting into anything can happen whether it’s a puppy or a car just understand what you’re doing and what the possibilities could be and read and pay attention to what they tell you like use their vet pay attention to your animal. I didnt buy a thing from this store. I just want u to know the puppy mills are not in Missouri. We r respectful breeders and we take great care of our Dogs And Pups. If u have any questions about Missouri Breeders you can contact. Me. Been in business since 2001and a proud breeder. Never wrote up and have inspection everry 6 months. Thank you. For u negative people you dont need a pup.
