Friendly staff, great customer service. Make sure you ask up front about all fees related to vaccinations, vet services, etc.

Stike #1: left our 2 dogs there for 4 days, when we went to go pick them up, they could not find our smaller dog. They were running everywhere, 10 minutes later after I started to get upset they said they found her under the other dogs bed. Made excuses, but we heard them say multiple times, I can't find her. Strike #2: Left the 2 dogs again for Thanksgiving for 4 days, called to see how the dogs were and they said doing good just ready to go home. When we went to pick them up, they had to carry the small dog out bc she couldn't walk. She felt very boney, as though she hadn't eaten in days. It took days to get her feeling better and get her strength back. Why wouldn't you have told me she wasn't doing well. Strike #3: this time left the larger dog and took the small dog with us. Only 2 days. No report card update was given this time. I logged into the camera multiple times and they didn't go out til about 2:00pm on the day we picked her up. Whenever we pick her up she is always wet from the pool (other places dry the dogs) and then has had diarrhea for days. The smaller dog would have diarrhea when she came back from them too.... I can't trust them with my dogs, and caution others to beware. Someone told me they don't take there dogs here for these reasons. I wish I'd known that before. They won't give full tours of the facility like other places do. Something is not right.

Overall a great place. We felt the greeter was a little cold and certainly left off a detail or two to us. But the follow-up by management was exceptional. We will certainly trust them with our pups anytime!

The dogs enjoy going to pet paradise. When we pull into the parking lot, they know where they are, and can't wait to go in. The staff is friendly and they seem to really enjoy their job.

My dog came back badly hurt his ear was bleeding, also his leg was badly hurt and with fleas. The space were they kept him was very small ( it is 1 meter ) . Very unsanitary, people there are not responsible if your dog gets badly hurt. I am so sad, please don't board your furry babies there if you love them.

Complete disconnect between the call center and boarding operations. Was told on the phone my pets could get the boarding Immunizations when they're checked in. The boarding center waited till the last day before checkin that they cant immunize them. And while on the phone the manager spoke rudely and condescendingly giving me incorrect recommendations with a (oh well your loss) attitude. Even though my pets were immunized for boarding all 3 caught a cold. And they charge an unnecessary "afternoon fee" for afternoon check-outs.

Pool was broken. Our dog really smelled. Had to give him a bath immediately upon arriving home. Love the convenience, the runs and especially access to webcam.

Love taking my fur baby there. Used the grooming services for the first time and I'm very pleased with the result. We go to doogy daycare several times a month and have used their boarding services as well. The staff is very friendly and it's always a pleasant experience.

As far as I can tell this place is fabulous with the pets. They go in and come out happy, plus they come home exhausted.

My dog came back with several diseases and a sad look on his face. I don’t recommend sending your dog here the workers are irresponsible and it is unsanitary.

The people here are so great! They truly care

Very shady, I took a tour and asked to go and see their rooms, not just their "showrooms." They would not allow me to go back and see. They said it was for safety purposes and "the floors were wet." There was already a dissatisfied customer in the lobby when I arrived. I do not trust a place that is not proud of their work especially for my pets.

Take my 2yo aussie for doggy day care.She appears to enjoy it, needs socialization. Place is clean,staff friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.

Absolutely the worse customer service. The manager, Abigail Thompson was condescending and was not helpful. Being the airport location, there should be an understanding of delayed flights. No such thing for them. I was told I was not able to get my animal because I would be pass my pick up time. To find out that know one stays over night with them is extremely disappointing. What if there was a fire. Individuals who use you and pay the amount they do, should have their animal properly watched. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I will never ever use you all again and you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I've been bringing my fur baby here for years. Both in Virginia and in Jacksonville Florida. Then going to the Jacksonville Florida airport location for about three years and I used the university location for another three years before that. Always a pleasure and I feel like they take good care of my baby. They don't hesitate to give you a tour if you ask which is always appreciated and they don't mind when you call for an update while your baby is staying with them.

We went there for the 2nd time today. Doc Robinson is so nice and seems to care. It is a nice place! They have a pool and a play area for the babies they baby sit. I think it's so cool I want to work there. Looks fun! Lol

I am one of those very hard to please pet owners and my dog Daisy is like my child. I was skeptical and scared to leave her somewhere she had never been, But each day after getting the pictures , updates and messages from the staff I was actually able to enjoy my vacation more, and I could see that she was being loved and well taken care. My dog seems mad at me that I made her leave all her new friends and will definitely continue to take her back

Definitely will take my baby there again, very clean and the staff was friendly.

My daughter had to leave our furry lil four legged family members there... and they were to my SURPRISE HAPPY!!! The camera suites were sold out but they did receive daily progress reports and you can call and check on them. They will DEFINITELY be back next month. AWESOME and patient staff!!!

The best part of taking my dog here was the grooming. The groomer did an awesome job on my dog. Boarding service was alright.

This was our first time using Pet Paradise. Our two Dogs were there for 1week & They were shampooed and nail trimmed while they were there. Now, I’ve worked with rescue Animals for 30 plus Years especially dogs and cats & tropical birds. Our 3yr old miniature poodle came home Very timid and scared every time you go to touch! And this was a NEW behavior for her, because we’ve never hit her! Our Jack Russell Mix was Just Fine. He has a Happy Go Lucky attitude and everybody loves him! So He was Fine when he came home. But, Something wasn’t Right with Her! Unfortunately she can’t tell us what happened! but every time our hand goes near her head she swenches! And it really don’t take a rocket scientist to figure out something happens There!! We will not Be using them again!

The staff there are awesome.
