Twice I tried to make an appointment for my dog, Lacy, about a skin condition. They told me to just take a picture of the area and prescribed some medication. They did not even offer a follow up visit. I'm looking for another vet who actually cares about it's customers and their pets.

Great place. Compassionate and kind, you know they love animals.

The vet and staff are wonderful here. My dog loves the vet and staff. Big place catering to animal and owner's comfort. Progressive treatment and state of the art technology. Thanks to Dr Wilson and staff. Brown says hi.

They said they can't find my CTC check that I deposit with them. Every month I do this month they cash it no problem until now.

I have had several different vets in my life and I have never had one who cares like Dr. Wilson. She works hard for her patients and obviously has a true passion for animals. She saved my dogs life and I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else! Her staff is awesome too, thank you guys so much!

Most caring vets and staff

This is a great office. I used them to have my fur baby euthanized and cremated and they were very great with my fur baby and me and very patient with me to say my goodbyes and I use them for my other fur baby.

Everyone is so nice & friendly! Vet was great explaining everything & the tech made absolutely sure I understood the instructions on how to use the meds.

I have moved a ton of times so been to lots of vets Dr Wilson is the best, and I still drive the 45 minutes to take my dog to her as I can't imagine finding another vet I like so. She did awesome with my last pom who had heart failure, and now she treats my new one just as great. She has a real compassion and it shows.

I used this vet to organize the cremation of my dog based on a recommendation, and my final wishes were not properly communicated to the party completing the cremation services, Animal Kingdom Pet Services. The morning after my dog passed away I called the office to communicate my final wishes. I selected their basic package (Cherish - $150) and opted to add on the paw print for an additional fee ($25) as that was the item I felt was most important for me, as it was the last tangible memory I would have of my best friend. I made sure to reiterate my wishes a minimum of three times. The young lady I spoke with concluded the phone call reiterating that I chose the basic package + the paw print for a total of $175.00, payment would be due upon pick up, and my dog would be returned to the office for pick up within the week. I checked one last time to confirm I added on the paw print and clarified that the week meant a business week (June 23rd or June 24th). It took almost two weeks (June 16th drop off, June 30th I received a call for pick up). Upon pick up of my dog‘s remains I noticed there was no paw print in the bag I was given. The woman at the front desk apologized and I left the office. I returned a second time to ask for a copy of the form submitted to the cremation service on my behalf to see if the young lady indicated my selections correctly, and a third time once I realized the form submitted on my behalf did not indicate anywhere that I had asked for the paw print to be added on to my package. I wanted to be sure the leadership team understood what had happened. Upon speaking to leadership, I was told that the young lady who was responsible for filling out my form and communicating my last wishes was not actually authorized to be handling this responsibility and took it upon herself to do so without asking. They apologized, however this is a situation that is so final, there really is anything that can be done to fix the situation on mine or my dog’s behalf and in my opinion is quite a large mistake to make. For something so final, Animal Medical Center and the cremation service should do a much better job monitoring their processes to ensure that their Client’s last wishes are communicated properly. I am highly upset by this situation and disappointed that this was not taken care of properly. I will never have that memory of my dog, and it shows the lack of care and attention to detail for their Client’s loved ones. I will never recommend their services based on this experience.

Great staff keep our dogs healthy

Lauren and Dr Wilson are my absolute favorite people. They truly love the animals they care for.

Dr. Wilson is a wonderful vet and I’ve been going there for some time- but the overbooking lately is bad. Sadly I’m going to try to find another vet that will have more time to see patients.

They were very good with Jack. Efficient, not an animal mill type of office. They'll be our vet.

Dr. Wilson ans her team are amazing. They are so good with all of our dogs. We always get amazing care and service.

Outside is under construction. The insides are clean, organized, and pleasant. The staff are great. If needed, someone will come to your car and assist you in with your animal. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

My poor lhasa apso lost his eye. DR Wilson has been his attending Dr for the last 8 plus years. She's very practical, and considers the entire situation for the patient and the parent.

I had an emergency with my little chihuahua, and without the help of Dr. Wilson and her staff, Marty would not have lived. Every single person at this clinic is totally dedicated to their work. Each person is knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly, but more than that, they love animals, and it shows. I very highly recommend this doctor, clinic & and staff.???? Also, they continue to welcome Martini as we work through her issues and are just as happy to see her thrive as we are. AAA+

Dr. Wilson and her staff are amazing! Their thoughtfulness, compassion and knowledge are beyond reproach. I can not express the gratitude for everything they did to save my dogs leg. They are great in a crisis and the day to day stuff.

Dr.Wilson is literally the best! I would not trust anyone else with my doggos. She is gentle and kind and can tell she is truly passionate about what she does. My boyfriend’s dog got an inaccurate lifelong diagnosis from another vet and Dr.Wilson confirmed it was incorrect and put us on a great treatment plan. So happy to have her as our vet! ❤️

In spite of the pandemic, the vet's office worked diligently to get us seen. My cat is feeling better.
