Compared to the Page Field location, this store wasn't nearly as clean and the staff isn't very friendly but they had everything I needed.

Very friendly staff. Taylor does an amazing job every time with my dog Harley. Harley loves her and is always excited to see her. I would highly recommend!

They always have what I need.

I called to see if I could get ny dog’s nails trimmed and they said it was fine and they checked to see if he had the rabies vaccine and they said he was good. When I got here they said he didn’t have any vaccines in his record. This is the 2nd time this happened. My dog needs his nails clipped to be comfortable and healthy!!

Good store, well staffed, and stocked. I think I've only been to this location one time that they've been out of what I was looking for. They always greet you at the door, and the layout of the store is easy to navigate to find what you need.

Staff is unprofessional and rude. Staff would not look at me, gave me attitude and walked away while asking for help on an item.

We feel very comfortable taking our sweet Maltese, Kody, to be groomed at Pet Smart, Estero. He loves his groomer, Lacey. We trust Lacey to take good care of Kody and he always comes home happy and looking handsome!

Never ever take your dog here for grooming. All of my dogs nails were bleeding after a nail trim. They tried to cover it up and then just offered a free service next time! If you love your dog.. find another groomer!

Employees didn't have a clue about the products they sell. Namely cat food.

This is our favorite pet smart! We have gotten all of our pets here, their habitats, and their food. Their prices are good and our pets are living a happy life!

Dyanna groomed Marley today and did an amazing job. It’s by far the best groomed he’s been.

Lacey in the grooming dept is great. She works on my Yorkie and always does a perfect job.

My mom couldn't tAke the pet odor. I t was strong choking order. Also I have my service dog with me. He was very fidgeting. Just wondering does pet smart have odor prevent filter that pulls heavy odor

I called ahead and they heald my cat's flea collar for me, but some reason I was prepared and expedicting to buy a Tarantula. But they didn't have any Tarantulas and I hated the cashier's haircut so 4 stars for literally no reason.

Deep inventory of everything particularly cat and dog food.

This is the second time we’ve had our standard Goldendoodle, Birdie groomed there. We will not be taking her anywhere else! I love how easy it is to schedule her appointment from the app in advance and check her in right from the app. Today, I dropped her off and Gina took care of her grooming and did a phenomenal job!They were so sweet and patient when Birdie was acting her typical 11 month old goldendoodle self. I’m also a mom of 3 and when I went to get her my kids were super excited and Birdie was excited and it was a little chaotic, but the team was just so awesome at helping me get checked out and getting Birdie out of there. Steven at the front was helping me get my kids to hold hands in the parking lot since I was holding Birdie and he gave them stickers too. They really went above and beyond today and made this busy momma’s day. It really touched my heart with how excellent their customer service was! Thank you PetSmart Bonita team!!

We also take our dog here to get his nails done - he loves his pawdicures! The staff does a great job taking care of him. I just wish you could book just the pawdicures online.

The vets/vet staff are sweet and caring. The cashiers are always giving stickers to the kids and treats to the pets. Sometimes when an item is gone, they don't restock for a while. I've been waiting for them to restock a cat toy for more than a month now.

Friendly and very helpful staff here! For example, my dog started developing itching/dermatitis. After several visits (and expensive tests and shots) to the vet, we got nowhere. Finally, the "young gun" vet referred us to a veterinarian dermatologist! Really? Went to Petsmart to get some food and mentioned our issue to the staff member. He asked us what food we were feeding him, and when we told him, he mentioned that some dogs develop an allergy to the chicken in the food we were feeding him, and suggested another. We changed food as suggested, and the allergy cleared up. Thank you Petsmart!

Great, just wish they would keep super worms in stock !!!
