I’ve been going to Estero animal hospital for at least 12 years. My vet that I go to I can’t say enough about him. He saved my dogs life! The veterinarians are very personal and so are the staff!

I've been going to estero Animal hospital for 6 years they've always been professional, knowledgeable and caring. I've had 2 emergencies in those 6 years and I rushed my pets over without an appointment and they cared for my pet and me as if we were family I wouldn't go anywhere else

I had called a refill on my dogs prescription of antibiotics for his rash. He gets the same rash once or twice a year. I waited 6 days to hear back and never got a response. When I called 6 days later, they claim they called and left a message but that’s not true. No call no message. I’m going out of town for two months, hence why I called the perception in a week early (with no call back remind you). They are refusing to refill his script unless I schedule a visit first. Now I won’t have the time since I’ll be gone. I was very kind over the phone and still got the run around. With me going out of town for two months my dog will now have to suffer from an extremely itchy rash. They could have helped and bypassed the “visit” and helped my poor dog out, but they didn’t. If they had called me back it may have been a different story. I’m my opinion they just want to charge me for another office visit when we both know the same old meds he needs. Not a happy customer and now my dog will now suffer for 8 more weeks and lose more of his coat, until I can get him to the vet. Very disappointed

We have used Estero Animal Hospital for about two years. The staff, including the doctors, are professional, caring and responsive to our concerns. We don’t feel rushed during our visits and Dr. Jen, our preferred physician, takes the time to tell us in detail, the treatment she provided our cat and the expected outcome. I highly recommended Estero Animal Hospital for your pet too.

I have taken three of my cats to Estero Vet Hospital and everyone at the hospital has been spectacular. The various vets, technicians and staff have been caring, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. One of the best veterinary hospitals I have ever used.

We really have confidence in the care our Scottie receives at Estero Animal Hospital. With Dr Larry’s suggestions we’ve been able to effectively remedy a chronic health issue our Scot has had for a few years. Without medications!!! So grateful for these doctors and the kind, caring staff.

I brought my 13 year old Yellow Lab to the Estero Animal Hospital this morning for her first visit. She was seen by Dr Larry who completely understood her health issues, took plenty of time to explain treatment options, and confirmed that all of our concerns were addressed. We are blessed to have such compassionate and ethical care in Estero.

Awesome, caring staff who took their time with my senior dog to make sure he was well cared for and his needs were met. The whole team was kind and professional from the moment we walked in the door. Additionally, Dr. Dewe-Mathews took her time answering all of my questions, providing knowledgeable answers and never rushing me. As new residents in the area, it feels great to know we found our new vet, and look forward to returning to EAH soon!

I recently took my 11 year old Welsh terrier to see Dr. David. I could not have been more pleased. He and his staff were extremely kind, patient and caring. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I was so pleased to have been referred to Estero Animal Hospital and to Dr. Kirk. The staff was so welcoming and the office was very clean and bright. Found there were different areas to sit with cats vs. dogs for those just in case situations. Dr. Kirt was so nice and very detailed with Bear's exam. Would highly recommend EAH to anyone!

Brought my dog here with an emergency they treated him very well treated me just as well I’m still trying to find out what’s wrong with my puppy. Not their fault it’s one of those things.

Called to ask about pricing on euthanasia and the moment the associate began speaking the line went very quiet, to which the associate got an attitude about saying "I can't speak any louder" in a very condescending tone. Clearly it was their phone as the next vet I called I could hear fine. Unacceptable customer service when an owner is calling during a difficult time. Now I know they are not a vet to go to in this area.

We were introduced to Estero Animal Hospital just after a cross-country move last year. Our older dog became quite ill and friends referred us. They got us in quickly, Dr Larry really listened to us and explained the plan to diagnosis the illness, subsequent treatment plans, and follow up. I would describe all the care of the entire team as compassionate and highly competent. We could not have been in better hands

We have been using Estero Animal Hospital for the past 15 years, since we moved from Ohio to Florida. Although we now live in Naples, we still choose to drive the 30+ minutes to have our pet cared for by these doctors. Although, our dog has been seen most often by Dr. Jenn or Dr. Kirk, at our most recent visit, Dr. Anna was wonderful. She was professional, kind, encouraging and very helpful.

Very caring staff, and very convenient to where we lived. We had to take our senior kitty there to be put down, and there was nothing but sympathy and compassion. They are now our regular vet for our senior pups.

Office staff were professional and courteous. Provided a mask when I didn’t bring one myself. My vet was very knowledgeable and asked questions I didn’t think to consider. Technicians were polite and were very interactive with my hyperactive pup while receiving shots. Would highly recommend this vet hospital.
