I have spoken to so many local vet offices, hospitals prior to calling NewPort Animal Hospital. I wanted this to be my last option since its out of my area and I have to drive 45-60mins with no traffic to the office. However my family and friends could not stop raving about how amazing The vets are, staff and how responsive, attentive all of the staff is to all of their patients and families. Before my new puppy even had a scheduled appt, I had called the office numerous times inquiring about shots, neutering, pet insurance, you name it. Not ONCE WERE THEY SHORT RUDE OR UNKNOWLEDGEABLE! This was the only office who was professional, wanted to help and had the best customer service! My puppy got stung by a bee 2 days before his scheduled visit to establish care and I was fit right in! When I actually went to the office, my expectations were exceeded again with the Dr, Vet techs and front office! Just wow! This is an amazing team and I am so grateful that they will be caring for our new little puppy. He was so happy and truly was at ease with everyones paw side manor. I no longer mind the commute and hope to be in the car of this office for many years. Dr. Amy fisher is the Vet who treated my puppy both times, she is gentle loving and patient. She is not burned out and is still passionate about her career. This was my issue with other Vets, they seemed over it and no longer interested, didn't bother educating or like to explain things either. They seemed bothered and annoyed during consults or phone calls. I am truly happy and would recommend this office to anyone local for exceptional customer service, loving care & knowledgable staff. Hands down the best vet in South West Florida. We trust this place with our dog.. you can't say that about every vet out there.. but you can here. Dr Andrew is the smartest most knowledgeable vet we have ever been to.. Great bedside manner and he's a super nice guy too. He just loves animals. The staff there are on point. The front gets you right in and are incredibly nice as well. I ONLY trust Dr Andrew with our Boston Terrier. I'm so happy we found this place. I HIGHLY recommend Newport to any of my friends looking for a vet..

I have 3 veterinarians in my immediate family, none of which live nearby, but I know what to look for. I have been taking my pets to Dr. Andrew and Dr. Amy at Newport Animal Hospital over the past 7 years. I have always felt my pets were treated with both kindness and clinical excellence. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of establishing care with a Vet.

On it say about me been upset about the nail of my dog not been cut right about waiting time and been nervous on going back WOW

Highly recommend! After such a terrible and disappointing experience at a previous vet, finding Dr. Andrew and his staff was a blessing. Despite the unfortunate circumstances for our first visit, we can truly say we have found our forever vet! When my puppy was having an emergency on a Sunday, the receptionist went above and beyond for us in asking the dr if she could be fit in last minute, to which the dr agreed and had us rush over. Dr. Andrew was extremely kind and welcoming, as well as reassuring when it came time to leave my pup for surgery. He preformed the surgery just hours after the very first visit, well after the time that all clinics were already closed on a weekend. He went out of his way to find the most cost effective treatment options all while making sure our pup received the best care possible. Following the surgery, Dr. Andrew along with the technicians and front desk were so kind and caring, asking every time how my pup was doing and expressing how much they loved meeting her. This is the kind of care and attention every pet owner deserves and hopes for, especially when their pets are sick. We will definitely be switching over to Newport as our regular vet and bringing all our other pets to be established.

We recently moved the the area and did not yet have a vet. We had a sick dog on a Friday and Dr. Jauquet and the friendly staff were very helpful and welcoming, as new patients, and in an emergency. Our dog is all better we found our new vet! Thanks!

I recently took my dog to visit Newport Animal Hospital after moving to the area. The staff was incredibly professional and kind. We did not have to wait long before seeing Dr. Andrew. This is always a plus because Vet waiting rooms can be stressful to both pets and owners. Dr. Andrew was excellent! He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgable. I look forward to bringing my dog back to see him and the staff!

Newport Animal Hospital has always been excellent taking care of my puppy, and all my questions and needs. Not only both Dr Amy and Dr Andrew, are knowledgeable, but also all their staff are very caring and friendly. Also they always had time to assist me straight away when I needed. Their business hours are great. And their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

They told me to come immediately when my cat fell sick suddenly. Calmed my fears, gave me hope & did only the most necessary tests to diagnose her. Very professional & caring. Saved her life!

What a hidden gem in Bonita Springs! The staff was amazingly friendly, patient and accomodating. The doc fit us right in (we'd had no appt, semi-emergency) and fixed my Pom right up. Fantastic new vet for us- highly recommend!
