I have been taking my two doodles to Katie's Pampered Pets for the last year and cannot say enough good things about them. They have taken such good care of my pups and were always a joy to see at pick up and drop off.

We have a Lagotto Romagnolo & finding a groomer who would take the time to listen & research his breed is fantastic. His hair is very curly and easily matted. We had an amazing experience with our pup with Katie’s Pampered Pets. They took their time, and kept me updated throughout the day. He looks so handsome, and we look forward to taking him back! Can’t recommend them enough!

I have two red heelers and this place has always done a fabulous job during shedding season. Krissie is professional and very dog savvy. She handles the dogs as if they were her own. My girls always came home fresh and happy! I have moved to Georgia and have yet to find service as great as this place and it’s staff. Missing Katie’s Pampered Pets and Krissie (best groomer ever) ❤️

Great place to take your dogs. My Corgi Maverick loves coming here to get groomed. Very friendly people, and they do a great job grooming and for a good low price.

We took our shy husky recently. When we told them she was shy, they immediately suggested that we come in early so that the groomer would have time to get to know her. All of the staff was beyond friendly, knowledgable, and more than loving to our dog. They did amazingly with our nervous husky and she has never looked better in the past 12 years I've had her! She has even been happier and more energetic since she's been home. The price for what they did was very reasonable and we will certainly be taking her back as well as our other dog.

My dog came.back looking 10's better than when she came in. They are all so smart and helpful. My dog has a bad allergy problem and her hair was falling out. Not only did her hair look better when I picked her up, but they out her on a new kind of food and I bought some shampoo from them that has kept her so much healthier feeling and looking!!

Awesome owners and awesome shop! They are great people that truly care about your pets and are very knowledgeable. If they don't know an answer, they'll def find an answer and get back to you. They do grooming and pet sitting too. Couldn't ask for a better little pet store!

Great staff very compassionate and take care if your pets very well

My dog came in today for a bath and nail clipping. When the call came to pick him up, his nails were NOT cut, and he was still wet. Yes it's raining today but a half done job means the job wasn't done. The excuses for not cutting his nails, the owner was afraid of being bit by this healer/dachshund mix that is only 20 pounds. When he was brought into the store, the manager said if there was an issue with cutting his nails my wife would be allowed to hold him while the staff took care of the problem. Needless to say, when it was time to pick him up, they reneged saying they weren't going to do that here. Then the owner changed her mind saying fine, we'll do it, but if we get bit, we're going to sue...really, threated a law suit because you don't know how to befriend a dog to take care of it. Then came the complaints from the owner about how he crapped three times in the back. Well what do expect from a scared animal? As he was being taken out of the store, he would look at the staff working there and snarl at them. Leaves me to wonder what was going on, this fella is almost five and never met someone he didn't like until he went to this place. Another of my dogs is Lhasa Apso. We keep her hair cut short and have had the same hair cut on her for all of 12 plus years of life. After giving explicit instructions on how short to cut her hair and we want it all off, the person they hired couldn't do it. Why? Love to know, but that person was already gone for the day and no one else knew how to give a dog a hair cut there. Of course the offer to bring her back tomorrow to finish the cut was made. Will she be going back, no, not ever. Once again, they threated to sue us because they can't do their job. The incompetence is glaring and not worth the headache to get it done right. Change the name of the store or relocate, I will repost this to what ever you want to call this business. Stay away, don't go, trust your dogs before you trust people. 23May2017. Mr. T.L. Great place, will be back again. Very reasonable rates, quicker than quoted time and our pup was very happy and looked great.

I honestly luv this place the staff help me when my baby had a bad yeast infection they helped me in getting the food he needed and he looks amazing every time he get groomed. The have my business for life.

Brought my two large dogs there for the first and last time recently. They both have short hair and just needed a basic bath, ears, nails. At drop off, I was told 2 hours. After not hearing anything for 4 hours, I called to check the status and was told they weren't drying properly and would need another hour. 1.5 hours later I called again and was told 15 more minutes. Finally picked them up 5.5 hours after I dropped them off and received comments about how large they were. If size is a problem, I expect to be asked their weight when I book the appointment. When I got them home, I realized their nails hadn't even been trimmed. In addition, my usually space invading cuddle bug laid by herself in the corner the whole night. She has been groomed many times, and I've never seen her act like that afterwards. I will not take my pets there again.

Great staff, patient and caring. Does a great job with our yorkiepoo (7lbs) and boykin spaniel (40lbs). Each time they look and smell great. They get so excited for their "spa day". Highly recommend.
