The Pet Care Clinic - Doral Doral, Florida

Just took my dog there to get a checkup and up to date on his shots and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

We have taken our pets to The Pet Care Clinic of Doral for the past 20+ years. Dr. Diaz and his entire staff have always kept our pets healthy by providing exceptional quality of care.

We have been taking our dog to Dr. Diaz and his wonderful team for almost 11 years now. Dr. Diaz is a remarkable diagnostician. Our dog had several issues over these years and he always knew how to make her better. His staff is super friendly and responsive. They will always be available at the time of need. Clinic is very clean and smells lovely. Doggies always get treats. Highly recommended.

Finding a veterinarian that your dogs are not only taken care of, but also get excited to see is a rare and wonderful treasure. I have two 70 pound husky/shepherd mix pups, who both love saying hello to Alexis, who calls us after every appointment to make sure they are healthy and comfortable. The appointments times are always respected and wait time is never long. The clinic smells fresh and clean which is a pleasant surprise after visiting other clinics that can only be politely described as a cat-urine scented candle. I enjoy Dr. Diaz and his candor, he's always considerate and explains things thoroughly if I'm confused. I recommend the clinic to everyone we meet at dog parks and pet events. Your pet will be taken care of, and you will feel good during the whole process.

Dr. Diaz is a great vet. He has cared for our beloved Charlie for the past 13 years! He is trustworthy, caring, and very professional. His support staff, including his groomer, are fantastic. Thank you Dr. Diaz! We feel so blessed to have had you as Charlie's vet through every season of his life!

We just moved to the Doral area from out of state, and The Pet Care Clinic was recommended to us for our two pets. We're incredibly pleased after our new patient appointments, dental cleaning, and grooming. All of the staff were extremely friendly, and the doctor was very thorough. Sometimes it's easier for me to communicate via email during the day when I can't get to my phone, and the staff is always responsive and accommodating my schedule. As far as pricing, they are less expensive or equal to other vets that we've had to take our pets to. And the clinic is transparent about pricing and will explain everything. They are competitively priced for the level of care our pets receive. I also enjoy ordering regular medications and prescription food online through the clinic via Vetsource; they're always sending out discounts. Highly recommend!

Pet Care Clinic Doral is our new vet for our french bulldog since April 2020. Very good quality of service from vet and techs. They are always available to answer all our questions and do follow up calls if the reason of the visit needs it. And all the members of the staff are really nice! :)

We have been using this clinic for our Scooby Snax since moving to South Florida. Dr Diaz and his staff have always been extremely helpful and kind. They also go out of their way to help with the pet insurance forms. We also have Scooby groomed with Ricky we and Scooby absolutely love him, he’s great with my little guy. I would highly recommend Dr. Diaz and his office staff for all pet care needs and Ricky for all grooming!!!????

We haven't been there for over 2 years because we relocated but Dr. Rick Diaz is a great veterinarian, very accurate diagnosis and treatment and a great surgeon.

We, my dogs and cat, have been Doral Pet care clinic patient for many years. Dr. Diaz and the staff are fantastic people. We have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

Great place. My dog had to get her eye removed due to an attack and they kept me updated the entire way. What I love about this place is the fact that they were honest. Apparently, when I was charged for the initial procedure my dog was supposed to get a certain medication. These people were honest and refunded me the amount that the medication would have cost because it was not used. I would definitely recommend.

Believe it or not, when I take my dog Dixie to The Pet Care Clinic., she gets so excited she pees. (Can I write that?) She seems to know that they are family and that they are just as excited to see her as she is to see them. Dr. Diaz is always on schedule, efficient, and warm. He checks my dogs out carefully and on several occasions, after a visit, he has called me after hours simply to check that everything is okay. The staff is wonderful. And Melissa is so patient to schedule and reschedule appointments, even if I change my mind three times. Clearly, I trust the team at The Pet Care Clinic. There are plenty of animal clinics nearer to my house, but this is where I choose to go.

Dr. Díaz and his team are fantastic. They even helped me thru the process of finding a puppy. I would highly recommend them. The staff, especially Melissa and Alexis are caring, professional and responsive. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my Jasper to be seen. Even the groomer Ricky is great.

Dr Diaz and his team are truly the best. I have realised that when you find a good vet you stay with them as they are gold. We moved to Coral Gables a couple of years ago and went to a more local vet that was always ok but I was never as happy with. My dog Missy was having accidents in the house and was then vomiting and I knew she wasn’t right. I wasn’t getting anywhere with the local vet so I was like right we are going back to Dr Diaz as I always had, and do have utmost confidence in him. He ran all the tests necessary and his wonderful team were so kind and genuinely caring, wanting to get Missy better whilst also managing how desperately concerned I was because she was so ill by this point. Unfortunately Missy worsened a day later and had to be hospitalised overnight at a 24 hour hospital. I called Dr Diaz in the morning and he was wonderful, he called the director of the hospital where at the time they were unable to diagnose Missy. He recommended they do an abdominal ultrasound and his call got things moving quickly where she got her scan that day. Devastatingly they found she had tumors and she has since been diagnosed with Lymphoma. Thanks to Dr Diaz’s intervention my girl is getting the treatment she needs with a cancer specialist and is really improving. Dr Diaz talked me through it all and was so caring and I will be forever grateful to him for all he has done for my baby. They had a lot of pets at the hospital and could not diagnose Missy, it was Dr Diaz’s suggestion that led them to find the lymphoma and act quickly! Melissa and Alexis are also an absolute dream to call as well and they both have been so wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Diaz and his team. I will never leave them again.

Took care and made sure my dog was in good shape before we took him on a road trip. I was so impressed with Dr. Diaz’s level of attention to my dog’s health. The staff is also incredibly nice! Cannot go wrong coming here! My dog’s tail can’t stop wagging when we walk through the doors and even when we leave. Great place!

Do not recommend this clinic. Horrible place. I went with a friend to take her dogs and had to go pick them up 2 days later. Dogs were not taken care of, bleeding from nose and paws.

I have had nothing but incredible experiences with Pet Care! Dr. Diaz takes care of my dog Kiwi like she's a part of his family. The staff is also nice, they always get excited when Kiwi comes through the doors and give her a treat. This is by far the nicest looking vet office I've ever been to and it smells great inside - makes me feel like the place is clean and well taken care of. I'm so glad I found you guys and I'll be coming back for as long as possible!

The facility was extremely clean and staff treated me so politely. They treated my dog Bazooka so well, like he was part of their family. Dr. Diaz is so smart and yet so humble. He explained the status of my pets health in a way that I could understand. 12/10 would recommend.
