LILO'S Mobile Pet Spa Doral, Florida

I needed a new groomer for my Maltipoo, Verona. She’s very nervous around strangers. Milena from Lilo’s Mobile Pet Spa was very sweet, tender and patient with Verona and groomed her beautifully. Additionally, the people at Lilo’s are always in good communication with me about scheduling and follow up phone calls to make sure that Verona was well groomed and taken care of. I am very happy with their service and will continue to use them.

I had my two doggos get done, they did a great job, clipped nails of a dog that hates getting her nails trimmed which rates high in my book! De shed treatment was awesome. My dogs shed a lot and they got alotttt of ready to shed fur off them. They both smell fresh and are super clean. Thanks guys.

Spectacular, it was fast & easy to schedule an appointment & someone was walking the through the appointment. My dog Daisy is very happy with how they bathed her & cut her nails.

Found this company for my pet my dog can be aggressive at times he likes to growl I had issues with other companies not cleaning him properly but with Lilos the groomer they send always does a great job

I dont normally write reviews however this time I felt I’m making an exception. The service at first appears very professional, although I started to question their customer service when I received a text confirming my appointment with long list of what we call the small letter. The groomer arrived at the time he said, and within 5 mins he started to complain about my dog having knots (yes, she did have) I get a text asking if I want to proceed with the cut or if I want to shave it all. When i asked to have the cut and that I would deal with the knots later, the groomer started to complain, saying he wanted to go do another job first, and was very rude to me, saying he knew how to do his job and that he was not going to touch her legs. $70 and 23 mins later (literally this us how long he took), the dog has returned, half washed, with the knots (that i asked for), glands left intact, nails longs, a bit of perfume and somehow groomed. Again, i get the concern he has but poor customer service, and not friendly at all.

They really do a good job!

Johnathan is our usual groomer and does a great job with our toy poodle. He knows how sensitive her eyes and skin can be and he works great with her hair type. Great service, a bit pricey for a small dog, but overall good quality. We have been using them for a year now.

I have a goldendoodle, first of all they came really late when they where supposed to come on a certain time which i could understand that but for that reason they did not do the work that they where supposed to get done on my dog. Normally since is a big dog they take at least 2.5-3 hours to get it done, they took 1 hour. He came the same way that i handled them, his legs and paws where still yellow, his ears where not clean at all, he came really wet and they said it was because he had knots which is true he has two knots one in his stomach and a smaller one his head, but not in all of his body, first time contacting them and last cause we paid $120 for nothing for him to came wet, to only getting his nails and eyes trim.

The service for my cat it was amazing and she came back after her grooming very relax and happy

Amazing grooming service! I own a doodle and they are not the easiest to get groomed, however, Lilo’s Pet grooming delivers every single time! They groom Oliver perfectly! They work around my schedule and provide great customer service along the with great quality work. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Very Nice Van, Clean, and friendly person. Took excellent care of my two chihuahuas. Had no problem with my fiesty girls which is a first so it says alot. Love this company, can’t wait for the next appointment! Highly recommended.

First and last time I use a Mobile groomer. Groomer arrived with an attitude. He thought he was grooming a chihuahua not a toy poodle. When I called I clearly said a toy poodle. When he finished, he did not cut her facial hair and when he left i checked her her ears and they were dirty. Very disappointed

Henry was very easygoing and took care of Maddi although she was difficult to groom! We will definitely be using Lilo’s Mobile Pet Spa again!!

My German shepherd Max got groomed by Al. He did a great job and was very professional. You can tell he has patience with dogs. Max is huge . I’m very happy with their service . I will continue to use them for my pets grooming needs .

The farthest was so amazing I will recommend anyone my dog is in heaven and so am I to see her very happy thank you for your service.

Lilo's mobile was awesome!! First I got an appointment the same day I called the price they quoted on the phone was the price I paid no upping the price after service. Second the guy that came out was very attentive he took his time with my dogs. Very happy with the service ????

Friday, September 24, 2021 was my first time using Lilo’s. The scheduling of the appointment was prompt and detailed. I scheduled my appointment for my wonderfully stubborn confident 40lb Norwich Terrier. I ordered the works for my unsuspecting friend. Al showed up and had alerted me that he was going to be a little early. Al was super friendly, attentive in listening to my insane descriptions of my “vision” for Troy’s day of tampering and rejuvenation. Al calmly approached Troy the, stubborn, impatient and at times, very judgmental, Wonder Dog, safely scooped him up, gently petted Troy on the head and smiled at him - all whilst Troy was gazing into his new Superhero’s eyes (insert Bodyguard scene Costner carrying Whitney and low volume Theme song starts and builds). Jump to an hour later, a gentle knock to the door, I open and am greeted by Al smiling saying “Troy’s done”’ as he looks down with a smile at Troy. I look down at Troy, and it is hard to see him through the bright aurora of lights around him. That settled and he looked beyond amazing, the smile, the strut, the hair cut and styling AND he smelled incredible. NEEDLESS to say- Troy and I are very happy and look forward to seeing Al again many more times. Thank you AL and LILO’S Happy New Client- Michelle ????????❤️

What can I said? THE BEST.

It was a great experience! The groomer I had for the first time was Al. Will definitely request him in the future. My dogs were not apprehensive or anxious as they have been in the past with other groomers. It was very quick and took a little under 1 hour for my 2 dogs. Would recommend and will be using them again!

Lilo’s Mobile Pet Spa was able to fit me into their schedule as early as today which was definitely a plus. The service that Victor provided to Lola was outstanding. I highly recommend Lilo’s Mobile Pet Spa. Definitely scheduling their services again.
