Love this place. They are always kind and listen to are Specific Instructions. We have a yorkie poo who needs to be groomed in a certain way. Most of the time it's done right. Last time it was a little short in the Bob wasn't right but that's okay. This place is awesome and our baby loves coming there!

Took my Maltese there 3 times they will dye their hair any color if it doesn't turn out how you want she redoes it again free of charge very nice people we wanted him to look like the Grinch for Christmas

We took our 10 yo Yorkie there today and they did a beautiful job in grooming her. This was our first time and we will be taking her there on a regular basis.

Thank you so much for taking care of my pups. Did great job. Also, for putting up with my overbearing protective presence and not booting me out the door lol. Will be back to do routine maintenance on my lil loved ones. They are the world to me and I honestly trust this place with them now. I don't offer that trust lightly.

It was not the first time for the dog in this place but it was for me, when I went to pick it up the dog the only thing I had was that I no longer had the hair in the eyes of the rest, it still smelled the same as when I left it there as if They would only have trimmed the hair from his face and that's it, but I realize after having paid because they are intelligent, first they charge you and then they give you the dog, I don't know if it was because it was the last dog they attended, but if they had told me that already They could not take it another day but it is not fair that they charge me $ 36 for just having cut the hair from his face because that was the only thing they did to him. unfortunately I do not have photos of the before to put them but I do not return to this place. So if i can give you 0 stars that’s what i guve you.

Stephanie and her team are very good with my moms anxious dog. She is the only groomer who showed that she cared and took the time to get little Stella to trust her. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job with quality staff! Thank you ????

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is very clean and functional. We were there to do a meet and greet and definitely will be taking our pet back for day care.

In November we left our dog in care and we do not know what happened that when we looked for him he was no longer the same and a month later he died.

I have a scared little dog who bites (he was abused before we rescued him) and I was honestly scared to go get him groomed because I was nervous he would bite his groomer. Stephanie was super reassuring that he would be fine and she could handle him, which made me feel a lot better. And then came the price... SUPER reasonable! He came out looking like a brand new dog! I had no idea what he looked like without his crazy hair. I’m so pleased and we will be lifetime customers :)

Took my dog here a couple times.last time she cut her to short and left razor burns all over her body. Very bad groomer here. She's bad. Stay away.

We had a great experience with Stephanie. This was my puppy’s first haircut and she was very attentive and awesome with getting my pup used to the grooming environment. Even though she was super busy she took extra time to greet her customers and their dogs. Thumbs up all the way around!

*Groomers are NOT expressing anal glands* I take two of my pups in for a full groom and have been a customer for over a year. It is detailed that they express the glands as part of the service BUT my long hair chi ended up with an INFECTED anal gland, due to the fact that Steph and others WERE NOT EXPRESSING my pups. I took my schnauzer mix in and specified that he seemed to have full glands and to ensure they expressed him during his last grooming appointment. However, when my chi ended up with the infected gland and a trip to the vet determined that her other gland was also extremely FULL and the other INFECTED I brought my schnauzer into vet to get him expressed. I informed the vet tech on my situation and asked if she could tell me if they were full and to my disgust she informed me that both of his glands were FULL. This was about a month after taking him for his full groom and there is no way in that time, that both of his glands would be full. This is absolute negligence on behalf of the staff at this grooming facility. Be aware, and I am beyond frustrated because my chi suffered with pain and discomfort all because I trusted in this business, and trusted that they were caring for my pups to highest degree.

Groomers make their own decisions on how to trim dogs without consulting pet owners first. I was also told the owner inbreeds her dogs for "Pure Bred" puppies to sell them. EDIT: What kind of owner are you? I'll voice my concerns with the Better Business Bureau. The way you reply to Negative Feedback is disgusting and you don't deserve to own a private business. Re-rated to 1 star.
