I contacted this realty company and spoke with Sheila about a rental and explained in great detail that I had good income, good rental history but bad credit. I was very candid and explained the details of my credit and told Sheila that I was not interested in wasting either of our time or my money so if the credit was going to be an issue, then I wouldn't even apply. She told me to go ahead and apply and that she would look at my application and would refund me if she saw anything that looked like I would get denied. Of course, I was denied. IMMEDIATELY denied. I have been texting her for a week now reminding her that she said this, but of course they have no intention of refunding me my $100 dollars in application fees. I have never expected nor asked for an application fee refund. It is common knowledge that rental application fees are nonrefundable. HOWEVER, since she explicitly told me before applying that she would refund it, this time is different. It was a really terrible thing to do to someone who is in a desperate situation to move. I was extremely honest and forthcoming about our situation and the bottom line is, she lied. So I would be extremely careful doing business with this company.

Hats off for yet another excellent job done by Carole Arcaro!! My husband and I met Carole 10 Years ago. We were moving from New Jersey to Florida. Carole worked very hard, and was eager to find us a beautiful home. We also purchased a condo, as a rental property. After living happily in our home, 6 years, we Listed the home with Carole who Sold it quickly. She then helped us with purchasing another home in Deland. I was trying to find a place to live. I have a full-time job. But because I don't make three times the amount of rent. This Realty agency would not rent to me even though I had the rent and can pay them rent month by month I even had the first last and security deposit. But they would not rent to me because I don't make three times the amount of rent. I think this is a bad agency. Unrealistic to people who work really hard and are looking for a home.

I guess my landlord hired these people as a property manager and I was thinking we actually have some problem solved with having a property manager instead none of our major problems that we have been asking to get fixed the last 18 months got fixed. Every month it was all talk to her after you pay your rent and everything still sitting here in the same condition.

Kevin Arcaro is hands down the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. I’m not one to write negative reviews and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous! I highly recommend staying far away from this place and especially from this man!!!

Mediocre company , Paid $50 dollars for an app the house located on 758 alexander ave,deltona FL. They decide it to drop my business because they did not wanted to change the bathroom faucets and tub drain they were pretty deteriorated even rusty. They were more interested in Getting the application money than changing those little details so We can finish the business . So glad I did not move on with the lease I would lost a lot of money Will not recommend this company to anybody

Purchased and sold many homes through Deltona Lakes Realty. My agent Wallace Tainter listens once to what I am looking for and amazingly he always finds it! He is friendly and professional and very knowledgeable.

I have to say that working with Karen and Deltona Lakes Realty Inc. Has been a pleasure. From the first moment i inquired i got a swift response/access to view the home. She responded even after normal business hours and was very prompt on her response. I was scammed by many other property management and was worried, but rest assure this was not the case. I had the privilege to work with Karen Guardino at this office and I must say she is one of the best property managers that I could ever ask for. Believe me, I had a horrible one before I found her. She listens, she is straightforward and honest. She got me great tenants and makes sure that the tenants take very good care of my property. What I love the most about her is her customer service skills and communication style. She answers her calls and respond to your texts and email asap. She makes you feel like you are her one and only client. That stole my heart and appreciations. I also like that she treats the tenants fair also. She is not just my property manager, she is a fair mediator. I don't know about the other agents in this office, but I would definitely recommend Karen Guardino for your property manager.

Kevin Arcaro is who my property manager and this is The worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Nothing gets fixed, it’s nothing but excuse after excuse. Says one thing then contradicts it. Says he will have an estimate by a day & then has nothing. Their “handymen” are unprofessional & just their family.
