Been coming here for almost 3 years now. My Australian Shepherd loves it there she actually tries to rush in every time. Also groomed perfectly and they actually care about a double coated dog getting the proper grooming. My dog always comes out great, clean and tired.

I brought my cat Bella and my two chihuahuas and they were so happy after their baths the staff were so friendly and very professional they were gentle and careful with my pets I highly recommend this place I already told my family members to bring their pets there Thank you for taking care of my Bella the cat and Puka y Lucas the chihuahuas we’ll be back soon !!!

I been there once before and the girl did a excellent grooming on my Yorkshire terrier, but the second time was a different person and I’ll be honest I never had my dog groomed like this was unprofessional , ugly , terrible no worlds will describe the tail was ugly , the head she shave it all off . Is been a couple months now so thank God the hair is growing back !

Such a great place to get your dog groomed! They always answer the phone right away, are very professional, and love on your dog the whole time they’re there. My dog looks so handsome after his grooming today and smells so good! We are frequent customers here and I highly recommend you use them!!

I typically rave about this place because they take such good care of my pups. It’s out of the way for us and even though I get a grooming discount at my job, I still take my babies here because I’ve loved them since our first visit. Roxie was perfectly groomed as usual. Ruby however is an Australian Shepherd and I only take her there for a wolf bath. I told them this at drop off and specified not to shave her. When I arrived they told me they shaved off the “bad hair”. There was no “bad hair” as she’s an Aussie and they have double coats for a reason. While the cut was super cute, it’s not what I asked for. You are not supposed to shave Australian Shepherds as their coat helps them keep warm in cold climates and cool in hot ones. A simple google search will even tell you not to shave them. They did the exact opposite and then charged me for it. I paid because the damage was done, but I am extremely disappointed. Normally the owner does my girls and I should have known better when I saw she wasn’t there. I’d like to return and not let this experience ruin it, but that will depend on whether or not Ruby’s coat grows back the same, because usually when you shave them the coat is ruined.

I don't know what happen with this place i take my dog last week for a Grooming now he is acting weird, i knoww this place several years ago iand had no complaints, i am not sure if the place was sold or just different management >:(

I am so disappointed! 1st of all they didn't wear masks! 2nd I tried to explain to them what to do with my older Maltese. They didn't Listen or they didn't understand. I have been there several times and it seems to have just gotten worse as time goes on, this is the end .my dog was sick all the way home throwing up. It's really a shame . We won't be back.

The worst my Dogs never had Ticks or fleas. Until the day we took them there. We have Maltese dogs. Tiny ones . they will simply place them on floor with other aggressive dogs , such as Pitbulls , American Bulldogs. Etc. What if they attack our small dogs. They are required to separate small breeds from Large aggressive breeds. We have gone to our attorney with proof of Vets documents. They will soon be hearing from my attorney. Warning please do not take your Dogs to this place. Look for Couture Dog grooming and Spa. Ask for Ellissa owner. They are the best .trust me

I called two hours in advance to set an appointment ,and let them know that I had two (2) dogs and even gave them their names. They didn't ask at all how big my dogs are, and still told me to come any time during the day. When I get there, they take one look at my dogs and tell me that they have too many dogs and they can't see mine since they're too big, that "I should understand". I get that staffing issues arise like this, but don't set appointments for people you can't uphold since you're just wasting everyone's time. Never coming back.

Cute and adorable were the first words that came to mind. Small, fluffy, happy puppies and dogs everywhere. All tails wagging and all pups playing while they wait for their grooming appointment. The best part of all, the smiling face and the beautiful groom of my bff Shadow. I listen to my neighbors when they tell me about trusted places I can take my pup. THIS place is a treasure found. Thank you ladies....Shadow looks fabulous! Several days later (today) I took my difficult rescue dog, Lucky. Lucky is a sweetheart with any human she has learned to trust. Unfortunately, our previous groomer was mean to her and I swore she would never have to go to any groomer again. After seeing the sweet love my new puppy received I decided to give it one more chance. OMG!! Not only did Lucky come home looking like a sweet diva with gems between her brows, I found her smack in the middle of the all the other dogs happy, her tail wagging, and so amazingly calm. We Woof must sprinkle each dog with magic dust, Because this was pure and simple enchantment ....❤️❤️

This is by far the best groomer in all of broward county and palm beach put together! Honestly, it's so hard to find the "perfect place" and believe me we searched high & low but when we walked into "We,Woof" we knew our search was over! We were absolutely amazed by everything! There top quality cuts with phenomenal prices were wonderful but more importantly than that.. there love and compassion with professionalism was something we've never experienced before! They made us feel right at home!

Great Place to have your dog groomed. The staff is wonderful and our family dog Buster is always well treated and looks amazing once he is cleaned and trimmed. He has his next appointment today Feb 12th 2019 just in time for Valentine's day. Jomar and Nely

Petco turned down my 13 year old dog but they took him in immediately! Very clean and super friendly. He came out exactly how I wanted him! And the price was terrific too! They took very good care of him ❤️ Highly recommend!!
