We have always had pets and lived in different areas of Florida, but we would drive from anywhere to bring our animals here. They know your animal's personality and how to deal with each pet. You will never find a more caring group of people that really care about animals.

Adam and his staff are simply the best. I would never want to take my dogs anywhere else and have them sit in a cage all day they are playing all day while supervise and have a blast my dogs wag their tail every time we walk in there. We have been going there for over 15 years, since they opened. Family run and the best staff ever!

Great place, terrific staff. I always know my dog is well taken care of here. They really take the time to know my dog and the other dogs in their care. So, so happy I found this place when we moved here 2 years ago!

I work long hours and I started bringing my miniature dachshund Tokyo here almost daily for doggy daycare and it really has been the best decision I've ever made. The staff is always excited to see Tokyo when I drop her off and I watch her play w dogs on the livecam all day. She absolutely loves it and looks forward to getting dropped off daily. Professional, personable, reliable staff and I know my dog is in good hands.

Adam & staff are simply AMAZING! I brought my dog, Lula, in for short-notice boarding. They bent over backwards to expedite the paperwork & made Lula feel welcome & comfortable. When my return flight was delayed, Adam didn't hesitate with an extension & even provided the additional food. With over 15 years of experience, I highly RECOMMEND this location for your peace of mind. They've seen it all & handled it all. Also military friendly! Thanks again, Adam! You guys truly saved my bacon!

We brought our dog Ziggy for an extended stay. The staff is very friendly and Ziggy had a great time. They have open play time for the dogs in the morning and afternoon. They also have boarding. This was great for him as we went out of town for over a week. We will bring him back.

Felt an almost prejudicial, unfriendly energy from the staff. It was weird. Everyone fully masked, could not see their faces. No smiles, no joy or spirit of any kind in my interactions with them. Didn't feel a love for dogs there at all. One being walked by an assoc. was an emotional wreck. Not SoFla peeps, seemed more like nervous New yorkers. I dunno, there's no honesty out there anymore. Everyone afraid. Dogs sense that. P.S. - Covid is NOT "rampant". That's an out and out lie. Masks are a health hazard to ur employees working an 8 hr shift. Please do some research and update ur policies.

A wonderful staff of handlers who take gentle and careful care of the dogs. It’s a great facility, and my dog loves running around out back by the wading pools. So glad we found them!

Folks are super friendly and good temperament with the dogs. There is a person with the dogs while loose at all times. The place is kept clean. I like that they give them a nap time and crate them. Definitely recommend them.

We really wanted to love this place but, unfortunately that was not the case. My wife and I boarded our 1 year old English Cream Golden Retriever here for 3 nights. We communicated with the staff almost everyday and really enjoyed being able to watch her play, nap, sleep and eat.. we got home Monday night with our pup and noticed a huge area on the side of her face was bulged out with blood and pus. We immediately sprung into action and noticed the area covered the entire side of her face. We took her to the vet to find out she has 5 hot spots and they are all infected. They had to shave the side of her face , inject her with 3 steroids and now she is on heavy antibiotics. She is in so much pain and it’s beyond frustrating that no one even thought to notify us. She did receive a going home bath where surely someone would have noticed the side of her face to the top of her head but, no one let us know. The next day I called to ask them what happened and the woman almost made me feel like it was my fault. We have never had any issues with our dog before this. The 3 day weekend ended up costing us over $1,000.00. We will not be returning.. And yes my name on google won’t come Up in your database as this is my email on google. Puppy name Brooklyn she was there may 7-10th of 2021

Since adopting our rescue, we were planning our first vacation and so were really nervous about leaving him for about 2 weeks. After looking at various options, we decided to just visit Dogstown University as an option for boarding our dog. We were pleasantly surprised, as this is no ordinary kennel. We met with the owner Adam who gave us a tour of the facility and he, along with the manager Joslyn, spoke to us at length about our pup and their commitment to dogs in general. We tried their free day of daycare to orient our dog to the facility and staff, and we are also currently trying out a short overnight stay to see how he does. What won us over is their complete transparency of the process and the dogs’ routine with the help of 24x7 webcams on all locations within the facility where your dog could possibly be. The staff there are immensely caring, and I saw our dog being given lots of TLC on the webcams by the staff watching over them during playtime. Their routine is also different and better than other kennels, as dogs play for over 6 hrs rather than just being left in their sleeping suites by themselves, and by bedtime they are pooped enough to go right to sleep! Overall I would highly recommend them to board your dog as I trust them to take care of my pup when we are away.

We boarded our 1 year old Rottweiler Izzy here for 1 night. Izzy really liked it here so we will be returning to board her for 5 nts when we go out of town at the end of the month. I like that they take the dogs for walks and have group play time, which Izzy really enjoyed. I also like that we can check in on her via the cameras when she’s at group play or in her suite. Also, when I was calling around to see which place would be best for us, I liked that the person on the phone that I spoke with was very knowledgeable, very professional, and very helpful. That is important to me to make me feel at ease when sending my pup off to boarding for the first time. When I went to pick Izzy up, she was hardly interested in seeing me, lol...she was looking around to find more dogs to play with ????.

I never write reviews but I wanted to share my gratitude for Dogstown University as today was my dogs first day of day care. All the staff (specifically Kaylee and Catherine) made me feel so comfortable leaving him at day care and provided lots of helpful information and accommodations for my baby! Thank you Dogstown University for caring for my pet just as he would be treated if he were at home! Every time I checked the cameras, he was having a blast! He cannot wait for his next day of camp!

We booked a week and provided our pets vet/shot records per their request. We received a call, informing us that they require fecal checks every six months, as opposed to the yearly check our vet recommend. When informed that we don’t have the ability to do so prior to our arranged booking, nor should we have to incur the cost of an additional check, which has never been required at any others locations we’ve boarded at; we requested to cancel the visit. To which the young woman on the phone actually said, “Fine, no skin off my back,” and hung up on us. Poor customer service and entitlement are a bad look for businesses when you have competitors. Definitely won’t ever book here again or recommend.

5 STARS !!! Absolute blessing to have Dogstown U as a place my dogs LOVE and are treated as well as we do and they deserve. Checking in on our dogs viewing them on camera playing with the employees and getting loving attention while we are gone gives us such peace. And seeing all the dogs playing, wagging tails, really enjoying themselves. Seeing staff always cleaning and organizing also shows and proves they are a 5 STAR Resort! Thank You for ALWAYS taking GREAT care of Crystal and Oliver.

I am so grateful this place was recommended to me! I send my 6 m/o Goldendoodle there almost every day, and he comes home happy- and best of all- exhausted! The staff is extremely friendly, and their facility has so much room for the dogs to play. I feel so much better about being at work all day leaving my dog in such capable hands. Highly recommend!

Dogstown University is truly a lifesaver for our family. Knowing we can leave our Havanese in a safe, caring environment on those trips when we are unable to bring him along means the world. We love it and the staff is wonderful ???????????????? The video cameras also allow us to stay posted and see him while we’re away.

We had to go out of town for the weekend and had no one to watch our dog. After touring a couple places we went to Dogstown University and we were amazed. The owner Adam gave us a tour and explained all about the campus and the routine. The facility is super clean, with plenty of inside and outside activities for the dogs. The staff interacts in a very positive manner and it is very loving towards the dogs. I love the fact Dogstown University have cameras! Since l could check on Jack from time to time, l was able to enjoy my trip knowing he was happy and receiving lots of love. Jack will start to go to Dogstown University for daycare a couple times a week. I recommend Dogstown University for anyone looking for a daycare and/or overnight stay!

We absolutely love Dogstown University! They are clearly animal lovers and take amazing care of our baby. The first time we boarded her, she was only about 6 months old and nobody wanted to take her at that young age. We had a family wedding in California and were somewhat desperate and really nervous. Adam stepped up, assured us that he would watch over her, and he did! That was 8 years ago and we have never even considered leaving her anywhere else. They are wonderful!

I brought my puppy here and I literally watched my puppy being neglected and mistreated. Horrible place and I would not recommend this to anyone who loves their pet as much as I do.

My pup LOVES Dogstown University! The staff are super friendly and treat her like she's their own when we travel. The live video cam is a game changer. I can now look at more than 20 cameras and see my fur baby playing outside, inside and sleeping soundly on her bed through the night. Major peace of mind.

Dogstown University is a great place to take your pet. My dog loves it there! The owners and staff are wonderful and truly care about the animals. The facilities are great! They also have cameras so you can check-in on your pet. I recommend Dogstown to any of my friends looking for daycare and overnight care for their dogs.

Terrible dog camp, basically keep your dog in a kennel the entire time.
