Doctor Ledesma, is the best doctor for your pet, he took care of my labs when I had them, and also put them down with passion when it was time for them. I still remember the day I had to put my lab down. But now that I have a cat many years later, I will take to him always for honesty, caring, and reasonable cost

They really are the best, I travel 45 min to come here. I inherited my dog and wanted to take him to a vet closer to me but the way they care for my dog is unmatched. Everyone from the front desk to the techs to both vets (father and daughter) are amazing. My dog has a limp and his other vet dismissed it, but they were more aggressive with their approach here and he is walking so much better. Prices are fair and not too long of a wait. Very happy to have them!

Took me as a walk-in, the place was clean, the service was quick, the staff was friendly, the doctor was knowledgeable, the prices were fair.

I just moved to the area, so I looked for a vet clinic near me with good reviews and I decided to take my dog here based on the above criteria. I didn’t really feel great after meeting the vet for the first time (he didn’t introduce himself to me, want to know more about me, or my dog etc like they normally do to establish relationships). I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and took my dog back for a second time where I saw another vet who was polite and okay, but who also didn’t attempt to establish a relationship. Following the second visit, I called this morning because my dog was on his last allergy pill and I needed refills and let them know I get off of work at 5:30 and confirmed they closed at 6 so I could pick them up after work. There was traffic so I called at 5:54 asking/ pleading them to wait for me for a few minutes as my ETA arrival was 6:04. Taylor said I don’t think we can but let me check and puts me on hold. As I’m on hold my ETA changes to 6:00 on the dot. She comes back on the phone and says they cannot wait for me and “are in fact even leaving a few minutes early, like 5:58”. I said I will be able to make it to you at 6:00! I am turning left on Powerline now and she LAUGHED and said “I don’t know what to tell you, I’m just relaying the message, we are leaving early and are not waiting for you”. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE especially for a vet practice who make so much of their money on items such as allergy pills. Terrible customer service to not only say they aren’t waiting, but are closing early while I am saying I can make it on time and that I am 2 minutes away! They have now lost an entire customer over this. I do not respect nor will I support a vet practice who doesn’t even attempt to do right by their customers. Very disappointed.

I have not been to this vet yet, but they seem to have good reviews and now I’m having second thoughts about the vet that I used and looking for a possible change. My vet charged me over 300$ for a round of puppy vaccines and a blood test to prep him for his neuter the next day I brought him in for neutering and the bill was almost 400$ after neutering and added microchip. So in two days I spent almost 800$ on neuter, microchip and round of vaccines. Is this a normal amount to pay? I’m wondering if I was taken advantage of and maybe this vet is better. Good quality and good pricing? Does anyone have any information? — he is a 10lb dog
