Staff is Great. Prices are great. I believe that every kennel should have a camera so you can see your dog/cat, they have general area cameras in poor angles..

We got one of the suites with 24 hour camera access. They were not taking care of him as described by the agreement. He spent the whole first day without water, and it took two calls to get them to address the issue. They also did not let him out for the first 8 hours of his stay so we called and they let him out, and then they didn't let him out again until right before closing, and that's only because we called them a second time. They told us they were short staffed and that they would call to let us know when they were taking him out because it motivates the workers (their words not mine). When we called to ask about the calls they said they were too short staffed to call ???? Half the times he went out to play there was little to no interaction and he just stood around. It was just one thing after another. I could go on with examples but it's more of the same. The only reason I didn't give this 1 star is because some of the employees did exercise him well and were interactive. I'm not a complainer, but I don't tolerate poor care for my pets, especially not providing basic needs. No excuse. Pets can't tell you what's going on at the facilities, but they are not doing everything that needs to be done here because of understaffing and a few bad apples.

Pet Paradise dog groomer: Avon LaSalle is the rudest and most unprofessional dog groomer in Broward County, FL. Scheduled for a full groom, confirmed my appointment twice if not three times. I arrived on the scheduled time and date; Avon stated she could only offer a mini groom. Miscommunication between Avon and the front desk "girls". She then proceeded to give my 70 year old mother an attitude and excuses on why she couldn't do it or perhaps "squeeze" my dog in for an appointment. So Avon, please explain...how do you "squeeze" in a full groom if your booked up with all mini grooms? You can't rush full grooms. So, that didn't make sense. I didn't appreciate Avon's condescending tone to my mother, so I stepped in to interject and Avon proceeded to argue with me (A united states Army and Navy Veteran) and told us, my mother with dog in hand, she refuses to perform any grooming services for my dog at all. Avon's personal appearance isn't that professional either, which makes us wonder about her professional ability to groom dogs at a professional level. I highly advise to take your puppy, dog or other pet to a "real" groomer. Pet Paradise, you surely can do better than this....

Overpriced. But very clean

We are first time dog owners of a yellow lab and have been apprehensive about leaving our dog with anyone else but family. Our dog has extremely high energy being a lab and our normal sitter was not available. After researching and finding decent reviews and a dog bone shaped pool, we though we found a great place. Well, huge mistake. Our dog came home with 'kennel cough' and we were never made aware that this could happen. He is miserable. Pet Paradise sent us a link for a waiver after we dropped our dog off, when we were out of town already. They want us to pay to come and get him checked out and medicated. That is laughable. I will never give them another penny. He has an appointment first thing in the morning with our vet. Pet Paradise has horrible communication. Plus, I was not able to reach them most of the time I called to check on him while he was boarded. Not very piece -of-mind like at all. I never seen him on the cameras, they never provided a play schedule. I paid for extra play time because when I got there to drop my dog off, they said that he would not be able to play with other dogs because he was not nurtured. I was never told or asked about that during the time I was making a reservation. I was supposed to get him nurtured in 5 days, but now I have to postpone until my dog feels better. Pet Paradise did not do the right thing for the many opportunities they had.

The desk-clerk was not helpful and unapologetic, I wanted to sign up for the premium wellness plan and she handed me a card and could not answer any questions I had, the vet staff is caring and tried to help me but the clerk was terrible, she just did not care at all. Otherwise the care is good, get someone who treats customers well.

My dog was NOT the same after boarding him there. He developed a terrible cough and was dehydrated. And diagnosed with Kennel cough... Be Careful... Won't be going back!!

I highly recommend them I am very happy with how they have cared for my animals I will never go back to my old vet I am going to bring other pets to them

Looking to board a senior pet for a week. Beautiful looking facility, but the only two people in the waiting (quite crowded) waiting area wearing masks was my wife and myself. When we asked two employees about masking requirements, the two employees looked at each other, laughed and said masks not required. Enough said!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had. I received a call the night before I had to pick up my puppy telling me he was going into surgery the next morning for a tooth extraction. My puppy is 7 months old and I never scheduled any surgery. I rushed to go get him as soon as I could and they couldn't find him because the cashier wasn't spelling his name correctly but scared me none the less. Then the grooming services I had scheduled for my puppy during his stay were never completed. Complete waste of time and money. Spoke with a manager and the first thing she says is, "did you get his ointment?" I never left an ointment, I really hope they did not administer any medicines to my puppy. Will look else where for boarding and grooming.

Best staff ever. Everyone is friendly and know the name of my dog. She gets out of the car so happy and doesn’t want to leave. I’ve used it for daycare, boarding and overnight and would totally recommended it.

Customer service is the worst here. Leave you beloved animals with people who actually care not a corporation that just sees them as a paycheck.

The worst....absolute worse place you could leave your pet. They do not care about the pets at all they just care about the money. You would be better off leaving your animals elsewhere.

Everyone is very friendly. It is a clean facility. Pool for friendly dogs. My dog is dog aggressive so she was kept away from every one. She came back in one piece. Made me very happy!

This is not for vetrainary staff but grooming I recently got my dog groomed here at what a waste of money my dog didn't even look any different very disappointed in the grooming service here..

I left my two dogs for 3 nights at their boarding facility. They did great ! They were taken out and played with the dogs and enjoyed themselves ! They were very alert and responsive when I would call to check in the on the dogs. They have webcams outside their facility so I was able to see them play and enjoy themselves. Will be definitely returning!

First off, this staff works HARD. These are young folks handling a lot of juggling and never complaining. I don't just refer to my visit but what followed. After you read this, you'll understand that they don't expect much and STILL go the extra mile. Pet Paradise offers a trial option for one day, which my family took advantage of. Our dogs were cranky coming in. The staff was not. The dogs were dropped off and all was right in the world. At the end of the day, we came for the dogs, got an excellent tour of some startling, expansive facilities, and then left. That's when we noticed one of the dogs was missing his collar. There was a lot of back and forth, but the staff provided a photo from their camera showing when the dog entered the morning in question. Pet Paradise did this at around midnight. Not once were they rude about our concerns. They were, in short, professional and went well above and beyond. Please don't test Pet Paradise like this. (Believe me, I wouldn't ever want to deliberately do this to a business, and wish this never happened.) Take my experience as proof that these folks want to give their best effort. They have vet services, grooming services, and high energy staff. Recommended. Oh, and we found the collar, because Pet Paradise cared enough to help us eliminate a big variable.
